@IgnisMendacium Not to be "that guy" or anything, but public relations and a receptionist are two entirely different things.

This seems pretty full but is there still room for one more?

@BurningCold you are absolutely correct but as there are many positions to fill within a single radio tower being a person of many hats isn't necessarily a negative thing story wise.

Also who's the first person you see when you walk into a station? The receptionist. If he/she just happens to be the person in charge of public relations then you know they have communication skills and as a bonus being on the forefront of the station there's never a chance for a missed opportunity to build strong public/business relationships.

Now 2 questions that I have in return are:

1. Why have people not applied for more behind the scenes jobs (for the love of God will the bathrooms stay clean?)

2. Does our station have any veterans? We all see pretty young. The average radio veteran would be like early 30s. Just curious.

I woulda chose DJ myself as it's a path I'm currently pursuing in real life, but why be me when I can be you?

I applied for sound engineer, if that's anything.

Truth I especially enjoyed the:

I was more kidding than anything about who's working what jobs. Dictating how others role play is super not cool... unless you're captaining this ship.

I've been thinking about making a second character, if this thing ever gets going.

Probably would be a cameraman. Might just go ahead and make one.

Just thinking there might be a traditional news thing. I mean, it is the radio tower, but TV/News Cast shows gotta come from somewhere, don't they?

I don't see why they wouldn't have one at least, considering its the source of all news/radio in Johto.

that said, It is perhaps taking a bit more freedom with it.

@IgnisMendacium Well you can't exactly be running two jobs at once in the same location either. That would just be impossible. It's like a fireman being assigned to drive the truck as well as man the hose.

Does the hose even operate whilst the truck is in motion? Can't the firefighter drive the truck. Stop and operate the hose?

In the end this is Absolis' if they say I can't be both I will gladly just accept receptionist.

1. Always open, my opinion is the more the merrier.

2. Cameraman would be a bit iffy, but, I'll think on it.

3. Public relations and receptionist are two different things yes, but an exception could be made. Suffice to say, a receptionist would know the audience personally, since they would handle the lottery, and would be the one to speak to visitors, taking their complaints and praises to later give throw in the trash of the radio hosts. So, in the absence of a specific PR person, the receptionist would be the next best person to ask about those things.

4. I will definitely be setting up the OOC tonight. The internet had to go down for thunderstorms, but with that out of the way nothing shall stop me.

Did a couple of towers in Big Town, and even helped set up for a couple of contests in Florando."
