@ProjectOdinOkay so I believe the character is interesting. I'll try and make this as clear and concise as I can. So here goes:

We're not at a point in time where Electro would be dead. Spider-Man, Peter Parker, is only 28, and while I don't mind a person utilizing a member from his rogue's gallery or something of that point it is necessary to stick to a proper timeline. Chance is 15. Peter at earliest started his hero career at 15. 15 years ago Peter would have been 13. Electro would have had to gain his powers and become a villain and then die before Chance was born and therefore before Peter even became Spider-Man. The same could be said for the olympic athlete. They would have had to die for some reason before Chance was born. However, even disregarding that, they would have to have some relation to Electro AND Chance for the theory of reincarnation, as you appear to be utilizing, at least in explanation, to work. I don't mind multiple abilities. Lord knows my character is chocked full of them. Still, you know you would need to properly list and explain each of them. You do that sure, but keep that in mind whenever you attempt to add more.

Then there is the point about SHIELD. SHIELD and the school aren't on... Well... Whatever. If SHIELD took him, he'd be with SHIELD. Not us. At most, an old Steve Rogers, Charles Xavier, or some other staff member or something would go visit or try to help him a more calm or civilized manner. Unless they had to fight SHIELD or something to get to him. You know? Overall, I can't accept him as he is right now. I think you need to rework and properly pull out his reincarnation and history. I don't mind you using the powers you have chosen but you need to make the time work.

Thanks for that, this definitely isn't my best character especially since I did most of the work on him at seven in the morning with no sleep, I know, it's not good to not give these kinds of things my all, my apologies. I'll get to working on him in eight or so hours, when I wake up.

I wasn't aware of the S.H.I.E.L.D situation, don't know if that was just me not understanding/forgetting/whateverelsemybraindoes (probably was, aha.) or if it just wasn't noted anywhere, or what happened. Simona died of a complication during a surgery for her brain tumor shortly after competing. And as for Electro, I figured that he was pretty risky, and honestly doubted he would work but more because of the fact he's quite the Spidey villain, didn't at all take into consideration the timeline, my bad completely, sorry. As for adding more abilities, I hadn't planned on him unlocking another for a while down the road, unless there was a legitimate reason for him to gain another so soon after he unlocked his newest. So don't worry about him just gaining more and more, ahaha. :)

Won't make it too hard, but it won't be too easy either. Go it? So get to thinking on a quick run course. And expect my post soon. I'm trying not to slack on you guys too much but after work, since I'm getting more hours than expected, I'm usually tired and sleep a bunch. Regardless I'm not gonna leave you guys hanging cause I'm curious as to where this'll go and how it'll get there.
