I don't think I'm going to take a canon after all since I really am itching for an OC but if any of you want to discuss relationships and such, let me know!
I'm going to be working on this character sheet and a few others for different roleplays.
I think its still an option to have two characters if you want. Like one OC and One Canon (plus maybe one or two more of either type), that's perfectly aloud from what I hear (and did lol)

I'd be happy to do Tracer!
I mean, if @Katakon wasn't gonna take it or anything.
Abilities: Breath Deep: Digger takes a deep breather of modified Hogdrogen. While it still heals damage taken it is greatly reduced, instead filling Digger with "Piss and Vinegar" for several seconds. Digger runs faster, shoots faster, reloads faster, and melee damage increased while under this state. Ability 2: Ability 3: Primary Fire: (Name of Primary Weapon) Secondary Fire: (Name of any secondary mode of fire) Passive: (description of Passive Abilities) Ultimate (Name of Ultimate): (Description)

Should I post my CS here first? I know I posted it before, but I don't believe Nemo was officially accepted?
lol doing it anyway

Code Name:
(Captain) Nemo
Real Name:
Captain Rahul Nemorajan
Age:
41
Race:
Human
Nationality:
Indian
Personality:
A man of immense courage, Rahul Nemorajan is devoted to helping his friends, teammates, and generally those suffering from the hands of oppressors. As such he’s rarely one to back down from a fight. He is a terrific leader proven by his ability to captain a crew as large as that of the Nautilus, with him being known to be able to inspire those working for him. Also, though he is short-tempered, he rarely expresses his anger, not letting his emotions control him. Rahul is extremely determined in everything he does, striving to improve both his body and mind constantly. As a result, he regularly partakes in strenuous physical exercise, as well as spending his spare time reading literature.
Physical Appearance:
A tall, powerful man with a commanding presence, Rahul has a lean yet muscular figure. Atop his head is a mass of curled charcoal hair, reaching just above his shoulders. His chin is warmed by a rugged mess of a beard, with its colour mirroring the rest of his hair, save for small patches of grey. This gives himself the appearance of a man shaped by the sea, shown as well through his rough face and his scarred body. His eyes however tell a different story, reflecting not the life an old grouchy captain, instead holding in a sense of adventure and wisdom.
Affiliations:
The Indian Navy, Overwatch, The Nautilus
Brief History:
It was his parent’s efforts during the original Omnic Crisis that initially inspired Rahul to join the Indian Navy. Due to both of his parents being on active duty during his birth, he ended up spending the first few of his formative years on the water, which allowed him to develop a love for the sea. This love continued even when he returned to India, with him insisting on going out fishing in the family boat whenever he could. As such, he signed up with the Navy as soon as he could. Many years later, just after reaching the rank of Captain, his efforts reached the ears of Overwatch, and they were impressed.
It was on his very first day alongside the peacekeeping force that he met the gorilla that would become one of his oldest friends. With Winston having just finished reading Verne’s novel "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea", upon hearing Rahul’s name, he instantly pointed out their similarities, jokingly referring to the man as Captain Nemo. Intrigued, he too read the novel over the next few days and promptly became inspired, just like when he wished to join the Navy all those years ago. The nickname soon stuck, with it becoming his moniker once he became a field agent. Nemo and Winston grew close over the years, bonding over both their love for literature and their love for science. It was through this that they decided to begin work on a new mobile headquarters for Overwatch; inspired by ship owned by the original Captain Nemo, it would be a vast vessel with submarine capabilities. The project was huge, taking a couple of years before the construction itself even started. Unfortunately once the ship neared completion, things weren’t looking good for Overwatch. The group came under investigation from the UN, prompting the two to put work on hold until things cleared out.
Things never did, with Overwatch disbanding and the Petras Act deeming any Overwatch activity illegal, and liable to prosecution. Nevertheless, Rahul knew he could just give up. Calling in a series of old associates he had met during his time on the team, he resumed construction of the ship, determined to continue fighting the good fight. Upon completion, he hired a crew, amassing people from all around the globe. Christening the ship the Nautilus, his life began anew.
His new life was one of adventure and exploration, with Captain Nemo spending his time as captain of the Nautilus exploring the deepest depths of oceans, stopping illegal fishing vessels, as well as even assisting in the Second Omnic Crisis. His efforts against those damaging the oceans earn Nemo quite a reputation amongst the surface world, with many deeming him a hero, while others accuse him of breaking maritime law through his acts of sinking illegal vessels.
When the call came from his old friend, Nemo gladly answered it, deciding that now would be the perfect chance to test the full capabilities of his new enhanced diving suit.
Plasma Jets: Nemo activates his thrusters, launching himself forwards into the air a couple of metres. He stuns nearby enemies upon landing for 0.5 seconds. Jets had previously been used in order to navigate underwater. Hook, Line, Sinker: Nemo equips a chain to the next harpoon he fires. If the harpoon hits an enemy, it will pull that enemy back to Nemo, as well as temporarily stunning them for a brief period of time. Harpoon Gun (Primary Fire) Slow firing, but extremely powerful, Nemo can only fire a single harpoon before reloading. The harpoon has a serious knock-back, with it temporarily pinning enemies to terrain if they are close to it. Excavator Drill (Secondary Fire):Nemo's excavator drill activates, severely damaging any enemies in front of him. Pressures of a Captain (Ultimate): Nemo stomps his foot onto the ground, deploying a small magnetic-field that stimulates deep sea pressure. The field is in the shape of a sphere centered around Nemo, which moves with him, lasting 8 seconds. Within the magnetic-field, movement speed is slowed drastically, with enemy heroes being unable to jump or generally use any movement abilities.
Strengths:
While one of his greatest strengths would probably be aquatic combat, Nemo is also great tactician and leader. He has various means of pinning down enemies, using both his various harpoons (either pinning opponents to walls or pulling them towards him), as well as his magnetic-field, which allows for him to more easily land hits on enemies, stop them from attacking, or merely scatter them.
Weaknesses:
Due to the bulky nature of the suit, his movement speed is quite slow, meaning that fast moving targets can easily evade him on attack him from the rear. As such, without the stunning capabilities of both his harpoon and magnetic-field, he wouldn't be able to easily hit or stop his enemies.

Tracer is an energetic and cheeky girl, often loving a good joke and giggling during battle. She is extremely fearless and determined, not being afraid to take chances, as well as enthusiastic, and loves discovering new things and places.
❖Physical Appearance

Overwatch
❖Brief History
Born and raised in London, England, Lena Oxton always had an excitable and energetic personality. She would challenge her fellow classmates to races and sprints during the mild English summers. It was during her childhood that Lena developed an interest in airplanes, especially the sound barrier, top speed air crafts. Her room in her childhood home was dominated by planes and fast cars, foreshadowing her future job within Overwatch.
Joining Overwatch near it’s prime, Lena, now dawning the call-sign of Tracer, was the youngest person ever in Overwatch’s experimental flight program. She was ecstatic nonetheless. Helping those in need, hanging out with friends, all while flying her childhood dream, who could be more content than Tracer.
Due to her expert piloting skills, Tracer was picked to fly the glorious Slipstream, an almost dangerously fast jet. The woman accepted the job with leaps and bounds, and felt her heart racing while being seated within the jet. As the menacing blue jet ascended into the sky, a painful knot tied in Tracer’s stomach. Something felt... different.
Tracer’s gut turned out to be correct. As her finger lowered onto the button labelled ‘Teleport’ and pressed in, a deafening boom could be heard from around the cabin and high in the sky. The Slipstream’s body crumpled and imploded with a fiery orange explosion that fell ungracefully towards the earth. Tracer, not found among the rubble or ejected outside of the plane, was presumed dead on implosion. Overwatch members alike mourned for their young, lost pilot.
Waking from a comatose-like state, Tracer reappeared new Overwatch’s base after a few agonizing months. Her steps were not heard, and her body flickered in and out of reality. The woman’s body would disappear completely and re associate a few seconds forward or backwards in time, or for more extreme cases, for several days Tracer would not be seen around the base. She was a breathing ghost, out of the grasp of time.
Her mood spiraled downwards, wanting to be over with this constant moving and disappearing. It took an immense toll on Tracer’s mental health. Believing she was a lost cause and would remain a ghastly figure of Overwatch, until a figurative light guided her in the right direction.
A profound scientist in Overwatch’s ranks, Winston, developed a chronal accelerator for Tracer to ground her in the present time. It took weeks of physical training for Lena to learn how to control her own time, allowing the agent freed movement and abilities to rewind her clock. Tracer is forever grateful for Winston. If he had not shown up when he did, the woman might’ve completely have fade into the fabric of time.
❖Combat Role & Sub-Class
Offense – Rapid-Fire
❖Abilities
❖ Ability 1 – Blink
Blink teleports Tracer a short distance in the direction she's currently moving. This allows Tracer to move unpredictably: she can Blink past an enemy to attack their back, or Blink to the side to dodge an enemy's attacks. Multiple Blinks can be chained back-to-back, allowing Tracer to travel across gaps that normally can't be reached with just her jump.
❖ Ability 2 – Recall
Tracer bounds backward in time, returning her health, ammo and position on the map to precisely where they were a few seconds before.
❖ Primary Fire – Pulse Pistols
Her primary fire rapidly shoots both pistols, dealing heavy damage. These pistols have a large cone of fire and heavy damage drop-off, making them ineffective beyond short range engagements.
❖ Ultimate – Pulse Bomb
When activated, Tracer tosses her bomb forwards a short distance. If it impacts an enemy, it will stick to that enemy. Otherwise, the bomb will stick to the first solid surface it lands on. After a short delay, the bomb explodes, dealing a heavy amount of damage to enemies in a small area around the bomb. Note that this explosion will also damage Tracer. Pulse Bomb is devastating on clustered groups or static defenses like Torbjorn's turret. A common ability combination to safely bomb a target is to use Blink to get in close, toss the bomb on them, and then Recall to get back out of danger.
❖Strengths
She is extremely mobile, quick, and makes good hit damages. Her primary fire rapidly shoots both pistols, dealing heavy damage. These pistols have a large cone of fire and heavy damage drop-off, making them ineffective beyond short range engagements.
❖Weaknesses
Her low base Health and lack of regenerating shields means that she must make good use of Blink and Recall to avoid or reverse damage.
In case @Famotill didn't see my new OC character yet.
"Rappy"
Novaraptor
Code Name:
"Rappy"
Real Name:
Novaraptor
Age:
26
Race:
Novaraptor ipsumius
Nationality:
Horizon Lunar Colony
Personality:
Rappy is an intelligent and hot-tempered Raptor that has a slight affinity for gun weaponry. He can be friendly and outgoing in times of peace, as well as possibly mess around with some of his fellow mates, but then become serious and focused during battle or other no-nonsense situations. He tends to be a little aggressive at times, often talking smack to those he doesn't like and occasionally tries to slash their faces, depending on what they've done to piss him off. Rappy can also be sneaky when scouting deep into enemy territory and loves to unleash an ambush on the enemy forces, for he also has absolutely no fear of almost anything and anyone. He also despises Talon with a vengeful fury, all after what they did to him those years back...
Physical Appearance:
Rappy stands at 5'3" and is 20 feet (7 meters) long from tip to tail. His usual color is a very dark crimson color on his back, which transitions to being more brown on the sides, ultimately becoming white under his belly. He has six black feathers at the back of his head which can also determine how Rappy feels (straight means he's normal, standing up means he's happy or angry, and drooping down means he's sad or intimidated). He also has three sharp claws on both his hands, which still allow him to pick up weapons, as well as three on his feet, with one being a sickle claw on each. His red-n-black armor is also custom fitted to fit with his body, however he cannot take it off as it stays permanently to his body like Winston's.
Affiliations:
Horizon Lunar Colony (Formerly) Talon (Formerly) Overwatch (Formerly & Currently)
Brief History:
The Horizon Lunar Colony was a space colony intended to serve as a launching point for humanity's next step in space exploration. In an effort to study the effects of long-term living in space, the station housed a number of genetically enhanced gorillas, as well as other creatures onboard as well. Despite the majority of the genetic animals being the great apes, there were some that weren't an ape. Hell, some weren't even mammals in the first place... let alone extinct. One of these creatures was the first revived dinosaur to be ever genetically created. This was a Novaraptor named Rappy.
As a hatchling, he was taken great care by the scientists onboard the facility and basically grew up with them. He also made some friends with the gorillas onboard the base, including a very specific one named Winston. In fact, out of all the gorillas, the two has a pretty good bond for one another, both being overshadowed by their original owners. However, during the Gorilla uprising of the HLC, Rappy and the other scientists were forced to escape the station. While most of the scientists were killed, some of those working with Rappy took them to their space rocket and simply flew back to Earth.
Despite safely leaving the moon base, the landing on Earth couldn't be said the same. While approaching the atmosphere, one of the wings broke off from the ship, making the pilot loose control and crash into a densely packed forest in Africa. Everyone but Rappy was killed during impact. The raptor was able to survive the crash but was now alone in what to him was an entirely new world. For years he traversed the continent of Africa, keeping himself mostly out of sight and trying to keep himself alive, until eventually being found by the Talon terrorist organization. This terrorist organization kidnapped poor Rappy and tried to make him part of their group. Threatened by death, he was forced to accept being with them and was brainwashed into serving them.
For the next few years, Rappy was forced to work for Talon and to fight Overwatch. Despite being mind controlled, he still had his own mind still in tact and tired to escape the brainwashing that the terrorists forcibly bestowed on him. He even tried getting the brainwashed chip out of his head, but was unfortunately unable to do so as any attempt in doing so would simply shock him. However, all would begin to change on that one day where he was on a mission at Watchpoint Gibraltar. It was there that he finally met back with Winston, that old childhood friend he had back on the moon base. It was there were Rappy's memories began to fluctuate, as if the memory of him was trying to refuse the brainwashed chip from controlling him, only to be met with agonizing shocks of electricity. At first, the two fought against one another, until Rappy begged in agony, that Winston should remove the chip from his head. Despite the raptor furiously fighting back against his own will, the gorilla agent was successful in removing the chip from his old friend's head and finally released from this brainwashed torture.
Rappy gratefully thanked Winston for his help and soon after joined Overwatch. Unfortunately, despite seeing some action, that too wasn't to last, as soon enough Overwatch was disbanded. This forced Rappy to hide in the wilderness once again, trying to stop any crime wherever and whenever it happened, as well as assassinating any Talon operatives he could find, making himself quite a target for them. As the years passed by however, he eventually received the Recall from Winston and Overwatch, allowing Rappy to finally get back with the program he so rightfully deserved.
Combat Role:
Offense
Sub-class:
Scout | Flanker
Abilities:
Double-Jump: Rappy can double jump using two launchers, each on his leg armor, that allows him to reach higher places.
Stealth Mine: Rappy can drop a stealth mine that detonates if an enemy steps on it. Usually used in tight corridors or in sneaky locations. He can drop three active ones at a time.
DG-93 Burst Rifle (Primary Attack): The DG-93 seeker rifle can fire four rapid shots per trigger.
Bite (Secondary Attack): In close combat situations, if Rappy gets close to an opponent, he can also bite them, causing some damage to them.
Wall Climb (Passive): Rappy can wall climb on walls, both vertically or horizontally, and can latch onto said wall.
Killswitch (Ultimate): Rappy's eyes glow yellow as he locks on to his next victim. If he can lock on to his prey for three seconds, he'll instantly run super quickly towards his opponent, latch onto it, slash and gnaw it, and take off 90% - 100% of the enemy's health, while also regenerating most of his health in the process. While searching for his opponent, he has ten seconds to find and lock onto it, and if he fails, it simply doesn't do anything but heal him up by 50%.
Strengths:
Rappy is a very fast unit that can maneuver very quickly and strike pretty hard whether it's with his guns or claws. He's also quite stealthy, with his smaller body being able to hide pretty well and ambush when the time is right, as well as being a good distractor against the enemy. With his double-jump, Rappy can also hop onto places where no normal human would be able too.
Weaknesses:
Despite the armor, Rappy isn't the strongest unit, and can be picked off fairly easy by heavy fire or simply a well placed shot to the head or any exposed skin.
