@Buddha Yes but the character did say they cannot mess with living beings and under the impression that they cannot mess with their powers. Also, they explained that the examples in her powers, such as putting a door through a wall... the examples were the only feats that the char could accomplish. Stated that until the powers grow, the only things he can do would be what the listed examples of uses of his power are. Which certainly couldn't "kill" people and leaves it a loss less open-ended.

While some explanation and fine tuning may be in order, as nothing is perfect, it's best to just monitor the power and if any misuse happens we can say something and make them edit. But honestly I'm just trying to get this started, and with neither of the other GM on, I simply put my opinion and waited until the other two could cast their opinion and we could discuss the char as a whole.

So I apologize for any confusion but I was just trying to do my best mate, and while yes it was a very valid point I did my best to answer it and explain my reasoning. I'm not perfect either and I can't please everyone. But I'm glad you question things as well as others because questioning and answering and all that make for a better RP and more well-informed roleplayers.

@Superman I mean, I'm no GM so my word carries no weight here what so ever. It's just something that me and Savato have struggled with enormously in the past and that is

limits =/= weaknesses.

If I make a power that can destroy the world and then say 'oh he can only use it 1x a day' that's not really a weakness. Similarly. Not being able to use a power on humans =/= weakness, it's just a limit to what he can do.

In the same way, saying 'a power can grow' is ok, but like, how far can it grow? He can literally alter reality. So how far can that grow? That can be, literally, all-encompassing. As in, in 2 years he could've grown it so much he can literally do whatever he wants. And while it sounds cool that can lead to some pretty.. biased fights. Make reality be a place with no floor. Instantly everyone that cannot fly (read: everyone) can no longer stand and will be stuck in an eternal limbo where they fall endlessly.

That said I did tell Savato that he should at least say something about back-seat GMing, so I was one of the people that 'complained' about comments made in the OOC though I wouldn't really call it complaining. :/ I mean, it was a solid character otherwise and by no means am I saying to deny it, I was just trying to offer some constructive criticism.
