...you know, I had thought about Mai actually begin to question her orders after the mishap with the sniper. Considering it's position, it's in a nasty camp spot over there on the south west part of the map in general. Despite her handi-caps, she may proceed west.

Was thinking "move, move, mini-thruster evasion" or say that Mai began focusing on the sniper so that she could dodge it's next shot or shots as she approached, focused on "evasion" through her "mini-thrusters" more than an additional movement square to increase her odds on evasion. Based on what Ariamis wrote, the T system ain't going to protect her at the current sync level if he said that the shot pierce the midsection of the Neo Angel.

Besides, due to her training, she may say that she'll distract the sniper.

Edit: But then again, considering the new positions of the enemy units between her and the sniper, that move could end badly. Simply put, were being forced back. So even with increased evasion, I don't think Mai's going to be able to dodge all that fire now that I'm taking a closer look at the map.
