My ideas so far(Sawbones would voice them once other people would post, since it's impolite to run ahead of them) are:
Sawbones and Nergal in the lobby/on the stairs, keeping up the gas cloud and bonking anyone who tries to push through. Area denial.
Mako on the second floor/in the back of the first floor, ready to zap people with his trident or, in critical case, draw the water froom Maine to facilitate our absconding. Fire support/flanker(ready to pounce on someone trying to flank US).
Phone Freak and Black Magic stairdancing and either supporting other groups or slinging the spells at the attacking force to keep them pinned. Fire support/battlefield control.
Ed, depending on if he's packing sniper rifle, on the top floors or with mages, keeping the heat on the attacking forces from the windows. Fire support/pinning and critical assets hunting.
That leaves us with the Hannibal, Maverick, Queenie, dragon and the Harpy in reserve. Depending on the attacking force, we might have to knock their fliers out of the sky, so there's that. Otherwise - Hannibal, Maverick, Queenie and Harpy cover our shooty guys, dragon joins people slinging stuff at the attacking force from the windows. Close quarters cover and bogging down/Flying flankers.
Now, this plan assumes those guys would not have reasonable protection against toxic cloud created by Sawbones and Nergal - if they would have, then we'd have to defend the lobby conventional way or abandon it altogether and risk people going for the vault, but otherwise plan stays largely the same.
Again, the plan assumes that there would be mostly police forces; we might need to change our plans based on what supers exactly would show up.

I don't intend posts to become long when I start writing. They just... kinda get long. Oh, well.

I think that happens to plenty of people...myself included. I don't see anything wrong with it though, I prefer having a bit extra to read then not enough.

Also I know it's been mentioned we can be graphic but I think I'll avoid directly describing any of Nergal's handiwork, that kind of stuff gets rather messy

I wonder if there are any bits of the security system I could talk around to our side?

Also, maybe we should find a way to close off the upper floors.

Depending on how exactly the systems were disabled, elevators might not work, which leaves stairs. We could place gas grenade traps on them in case someone comes down.
We could also try restoring power to hijack security and PA system and tell everyone to stay on their stations if they don't want to be harmed.

How many elevators and stairwells are in a building this size? Because if we found them Dianna could transfigure the door into walls and trap everyone in the floors above us. There's no way to secure a building this big with so few people, so lets make the area we have to worry about smaller.

Yeah, but Dianna can do that. Pretty easily too, I think. There's much more conceptual difference between a kitten and a ring than there is between a door and a wall.

As for floors, I think two would work. It would give us a better lay of the land outside when the police arrive. But the people above that don't know we're even in the building, and so long as they're kept ignorant of what exactly is happening Team 1 has more time to get the vault open before someone calls the police.
