"It is okay, you are not being pushy at all. I sort get why you want to be alone." Iris says taking James hand again, "I only have my mom and I am surprise she is still alive." Iris starts to giggle as that is funny about meeting more than one James. She stops laughing as she is enbrass about her laugh. "Don't worry about my mom, her looks may scare you but get on her good side." She could not hide how she was raise, she was mostly control when she try to go her own way. "I am thinking if your dad is going to like me or put me down."

Roxy lead him to the reception. She didn't want to think about how she felt when Roman held ger. She had almost felt safe. That was a feeling she hadn't had in a long time. She had thought she had out grown that feeling. Now she wasn't so sure. She didn't want to become dependant on anyone. "Your parents or mine?"she asked. She figure the would have to met each other's family.

So it was worry she was feeling, smiling softy James shook his head "I wouldn't worry about him, I've got more reason to be scared of him then you do"

James paused briefly before the reception hall, straighten up both his suit and his posture once more. This was all still like a dream, Whether it was a bad or good dream was still up in the air. Gripping Iris's hand a little tighter before letting it, he shuffled awkwardly towards the door trying to remember what Uncle Doppler had taught him about chivalry slowly he bowed his head low and opened the door for his wife. The thought still didn't seem to sit comfortably in his mind, 'wife' perhaps it never would but that was for time to tell.

Roman thought for a few minutes, "I'd prefer to meet your family first to be honest. Mine can be a little abrasive to say the least. Also sorry about the whole picture thing." Romam said rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

"Fine. You'll like my parents. I'm sure you'll like them." Roxy assured him as she opened the door to the reception area. She lead him to her parents. They were an odd couple. Her dad looked like the street rat he had grown up as while her mom looked like the princess that she was. Roman is is my dad Aladdin and my mother princess Jasmine. Mom, dad this is my new husband Roman."

Roman readied himself and then approached with Roxy, He bowed slightly before speaking "Hello, it's a pleasure to meet both of you. I've heard a lot about both of you over my life time." Ronan said with a smile as he extended and hand to both of her parents.

"What are the reasons that you are afraid of him?" Iris ask as she is not use to the word husband in the husband referring to a guy friend. "You know you do not have to be that formal with me, I am not made of glass." She says as she walks into the reception hall, she sighs as she wonders if she will get use to a crowd this large. Iris wonders if she will feel real like a real human.

Roman slightly laughed and itched the back of his neck, "Ha it's okay I think I've got her figured out for the most part. Uhh well there's not much to know, I'm the child of The big bad wolf and Snow White. My mother figured if she was able to control my father than me getting married would control me. Uhh other than that I'd say I'm a relatively boring person, I'm highly allergic to sliver, I enjoy symphony, and philosophy. I'm also very captivated by your daughter, she's definitely unique and mysterious but also delicate and hostile." Roman laughed to himself slightly nervous, he took a small tooth pick out his pocket and slipped it into his mouth.

"T-the reason?" James stumbled a bit with his words as he straightened up and attempted to keep a pace with her "A lot of my future's in his hands right now, This whole wedding thing, my education and at present the only way I'll ever get off this rock" he careful scanned the room for his parents "How about we meet up with your mother then? I'm not sure I can hand my family just yet" hopefully this would take up most of the evening and leave little time for his family. He couldn't see his parents or even his 'cousins' for that matter this was both a good and bad sign.

James winced a little at the glass remark "S-s-sorry, I didn't mean to offend, I'm not quite sure how to act with..." he gestured to her whole body "you...".

That came out wrong, this noise from the hall wasn't helping, he could feel sweat slowly forming on his brow, his chest tighten and he found himself breathing ever so slightly faster.

Roxy growled at being called delicate. She was not delicate. She hadn't been delicate in a long time. She glared at her husband she doubted he had her figured out. No one had truly figured her out. "I am glad that you find hercaptivating. Most people find her difficult. Tell me what do you think of ruling a kingdom?"

Roman pondered the thought for a moment, "I've never given it much thought really, yet I have no quarrel with ruling. What brings upon this question?" Roman asked becoming slightly more serious, he knew one day he'd have to rule a kingdom but damn it was his wedding day.

"You can continue your studies here as well, maybe you can find something new that you discover. I guess make the better of things for now, I can't handle my mom right now. She likes to control me like a human puppet." Iris made a face like she eaten a lemon, her hand shakes as she reach for the hidden dagger on her. "Excuse me, I need some water." Iris hopes James will back off before she has the chance to use that hidden dagger.

"I suppose I could..." James pondered the prospect of study on the island, it would be hard to get all his necessary tools, notes and textbooks here in one piece but it wasn't beyond the realms of possibility. For the time being he could make do with the small kit he had brought with him until they arrived. Still not too far off in though he was brought back to reality as he tried to keep up with Iris words.

"I can't handle my mom right now. She likes to control me like a human puppet."

"That sounds rough" James looked away a little ashamed, she sounded like she had problems far beyond his own and yet he had done all the complaining this evening. Iris seemed a little more on edge then when they had walked in and maybe she needed some space, at least he knew how to do that without screwing up.

"Sure..." he trailed off taking a step back "Please come find me again when you're feeling better" Not off to the greatest start to a marriage, but how could it not be; everyone here had been rather sloppily thrown together in the hopes of maintaining a fragile piece. Finding a corner of the room James sat down and rested his chin on his arms thoughtfully, he had to make sense of this all.

"Aw, and here I was hoping to cuddle." He joked and winked at her as they walked. "Well, on the bright side, guess I can still teach you how to swim and not worry about a husband getting upset." He said.

"I thought we just cuddle, in a very awkward way in front of a camera. At least I did not have to punch you for wrapping your arms around me. Sorry, I am still getting use to a guy, I just marry too." Lila says as she continue to walk as she did not mind being cuddle a little bit by a pirate. She is thinking on whos parents they are going to meet first, "what is your dad like?"

Iris sips on some water as she calms down, she closes her her eyes as she feels a little it better. She notices James in a corner of the room. She grabs a plate of food and walks over to him. "I brought you some food, you seem you are thinking hard maybe some food can calm you down." She says sitting next to her husband sipping on her water.

"You had better think about it. You ate going to be ruling someday. It isnt thing to do. Every decision that you make effects hundreds of lives." Aladdin warned. His consent was his daughter marrying someone who couldn't handle her and the kingdom. He knew his daughter was a hand full. "I don't want you to ignore my daughter."

"I do." Akio answered softly. His mind was on the fact that the was stuck on an island for a year. He hated islands. He was terrified of islands. He hoped their house wasn't near the water. He didn't know if he could handle that. He took his new wife's hand and turned towards the crowd.

Those gathered there cheered for the newly married couple. The minister leaned over and whispered in their ears. "You will walk down the hall and outside. You will take some wedding pictures while the guest head to the reception."

Deep in thought James tried to make scene of the whole event that was taking place, nothing added up, everyone here seemed so happy yet he could have been apart of the only couple to be having issues. The smell of warm food brought him back from perusing these thoughts any deeper, Iris was back; she seemed to have a firm grip on everything so far.

"Thanks" he whispered taking the plate and offering her a look of appreciation "This whole things insane, everyone here met about an hour, two hours ago and now half of us are married" a nervous chuckle escaped his lips as he brought a small cut of meat to them. James shifted in his seat to better accommodate the plate now resting on his lap. "We don't have to meet your mother if you don't want to, though we'll probably have to meet mine" Iris didn't seem to have an issue with meeting his "Then you can do whatever you want for the evening, with or if you so choose without me"

"It is no problem, it is insane. It is what our parents want from us. To me we can do whatever we want without nobody really complain. Sorry, I was talking about being free a bit more from my mom. If you meet my mom, she will expirment on you. I don't need to meet your parents, we can slip away from the reception. Iris says as she wanted to leave the party with James to do something else than just talking with him.
