The only thing I was taught at school beyond the usual was how misery-causing five and a half hours of sleep every night was, especially when interrupted with the constant, stress-induced nightmares.

Unfortunately, I was only partly joking. I have had more than a few teachers in the past who didn't really set the standard on how learning instructors should teach.
