Bio: Not much is known about Lord Jalos. What is known is it seems he might be immortal or a title passed on from person to person. There has been reports of Lord Jalos being slain each generation, but if the reports are true, why does Jalos keep appearing? Currently in a civil war.

Personality: Each Jalos is always arrogant, although they are powerful enough to back up that ego too. They all have the habit of using the word "fool" often.

Race: Tenebris(The predecessor race of the Tenebri. Now almost extinct.)

Bio: Not much is known about Navitas other than he made the Tenebri. Want to find out more? Well that's on you, good luck.

Personality: Navitas a psychopath, belittles life itself and wants to bring eternal darkness upon the world. He doesn't care about anyone, all he cares about is his own darkness. (Yay, the first OC of Timmy.)

Energy type: Despite not being an energy user, he seems to be able to use Dark energy.

Personality: Joan smiles always, no matter what. It kills, it cooks, it infects, no matter what it does, it always smiles.

Name(/titles): Archangel Loyas, king of Sanctus.

Race: Jalosian.

Age: Twenty nine.

Gender: Male.

Appearance: Loyas is a muscular Jalosian male. (Which is average for someone who has been in wars before.) For his race, he naturally has no nose, he has dinosaur-like legs, he has 3 fingers in both hands and he is about 7'4" tall. His eyes are blue and his real hair colour is black, but he dyed his hair white. He also has a goatee. (Here is an older picture of Loyas to show what a Jalosian looks like.)

Bio: In his past, Loyas didn't know he was a prince. At young age he had a wife and a newborn daughter, when he was sent to the Nega War. In this war, Lord Jalos murdered Loyas' wife, which was so traumatic to him that he was sure he could never love again. Afterwards he has been helping more and more generations of the group he was in called "NOVA", in case another war such as that could be stopped before it even starts. Soon after the war ended, it was discovered that he was in fact related to the current royal family. So, he had to go become a prince. His experience in the war did change him and soon enough, he became king once his father had to step down thanks to old age.(Note, one hundred and two.) Years later, he received an invitation to Excidium from the group Libertas to discuss a "free trade" agreement.

Personality: Loyas is a calm father figure, which did fit in his role for NOVA, which has since disappeared, as he comforted the young new members. He is always ready to fight for his friends, very loyal to his allies. He is a kind man overall.

Voice: Deep fatherly voice.

Energy type: Like Navitas, he has something similar to an energy type but isn't. His is called Archangels light.

Name: Nate Ver Sbratsis

Race: Human(?), Energy user

Age: Appears twenty seven.

Gender: Male.

Appearance: Standing at the height of 6'5, we have mister Nate Ver Sbratsis. He has black hair that is slicked back, revealing the sides of his head and his face(Like Albert Wesker.) He is like an Albert Wesker ripoff because he wears his gold sunglasses in doors, at night, during the daytime, and pretty much all the time. As for build, he is rather thin. If one was to make an observation, it would seem like he actually starved himself. As for clothes, he is usually found wearing a black suit with a yellow tie.

Bio: The billionaire owner of a club known as "Infinity" doesn't really have much known about him. All that is known is he showed up one day and opened the Infinity club. There seems to be something... off with him. Who knows? Maybe it's just me being paranoid, but I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him... which might be pretty far considering he seems to starve himself. What I'm getting at is this guy is bad news... probably. ANYWAY, the guy is a heavy smoker, you can usually find him with a pack of cigarettes from any brand.

Personality: He seems rather friendly or cold at first glance(Depends on the person,) but there is something obviously wrong with him. I mean, the guy seems like he starves himself so who knows. For all we know, he could have some mental disability and we are just rude.

Name: Fade Ohtar

Age: 22

Biography: As a teenager, Fade had lived his entire life within the walls of Excidium looking up to the soldiers that protected them from the dangerous outside. Aspiring to be a help to Libertus he joined their ranks. It wasn't long before Fade realised that the show they put on for the populace to keep them satisfied, seeing the despair that this rule had brung upon the lesser off. At the first word of a rebellion he searched around and joined Neo-Clearance.

Personality: Although a man of action and urgency whenever fighting breaks out during the downtime he is one that a lot would associate with sloth. It's hard to get a read on how he is feeling at a lot of the time. If it's not important then he doesn't give it much thought and won't take it seriously. Doesn't meet new people very well as he comes off as abrasive.

Name: Patricia "Patty" Longeharte
Age: 23
Race: Human Rebel

Appearance:

Personality: Patty is a real spitfire. She's highly sarcastic and seems to be fearless. She has no issues starting fights with people three times her size and will gladly use cheap shots to win. Patty is actually quite friendly aside from her sassy demeanor, and when it comes to someone being in trouble, even if it's an enemy, she's at their side in a flash. Though she likes to poke fun at people, Patty's a real sweetheart and is often looked at as an older sister figure by those around her.
Bio: Patty was an orphan at the age of three, her parents supposedly dying in a car crash. She was raised by her uncle on her father's side, Jerry, until the age of 15 when he was arrested for being involved with rebel affairs. Her uncle sent her to run away so she wouldn't be caught, when Patty overheard the people arresting her uncle say how he was 'against the government just like his brother.' Patty connected the pieces as she ran towards the address Jerry had given her, and has since been a member of the rebels.
Voice: Sassy Posh Britain Accent (think Bayonetta)

Name: "Zevrox"

Age: Appears to be early twenties.

Gender: Male.

Appearance: Standing at 5'11, we have this guy in his natural habitat...

Bio: "Zevrox" is currently one of the remaining Neo-Clearance operatives. Once, he was one of the two to have made Neo-Clearance, but the group split right down the middle, leaving a council in charge. "Zevrox," however, was unhappy since he had to share power with what he viewed as "pathetic weaklings." He has, however, since kept his silence. He has simply just sat back, relaxed, and let things play out, occasionally giving a little nudge to events or helping operators with their missions.

Personality: At first glance, he seems rather relaxed. (Probably because he is the one muse I have that is usually doped up, quite similar to Simon from Cry of Fear with his morphine addiction.) Well, at least he does until you get to know him when he isn't doped up. "Zevrox" is a very pessimistic individual who grew up knowing only fear as the way to rule. In other words, survival of the fittest. If given the chance, he would kill anyone for power, even his own allies! In short, the guy is a psychopath.

Voice: His voice always conveys the affect he is tired.

Name: Ceradox.

Age: Unknown, Ceradox is always masked and no skin is shown.

Gender: Male. He does, however, seem to be feminine but I'm too lazy to change things I already wrote to it because it would make Ceradox more mysterious.

Appearance:

Bio: Not much is known about the man named Ceradox other than he is the commander of the Libertas elite unit, Hell's Guard. Not exactly the leader leader of the Libertas army, but close.

Personality: Well, seeing as he doesn't speak, he really doesn't have much of one... He does, however, have this little habit of popping his neck at the most random times, especially around those who are new to or afraid of him. It is shown he has a rather sadistic side and a clean freak side too, as his first appearance in a political rally, he chose to mercilessly beat a protester to near death for simply not throwing trash into a trash can before he started to clean the area.

Name: Asael (no surname)
Age: 19, though they appear much younger
Gender: androgynous. Uses 'they' pronouns.
Appearance:

Stands at 5'4. Eyes are usually a soft hazel color, only turning red when angered or using their power.
Bio: Asael's history is clouded in mystery. No one really knows where they came from or why they're here. They were taken in to Neo-Clearance simply because of their strange potency in energy, unnaturally strong for their age. They claimed not to remember their name, and so was named 'Asael' after the fallen angel.
Personality: This, too, is shaky. Asael can seem like a sweet child most of the time, adding to the confusion of their age, but can suddenly become enveloped in evil and madness out of nowhere. They tend to keep to themselves, but will happily talk to anyone who comes close enough to them. Asael is always surrounded by this strange aura that usually scares off people, but they don't mind. No one really knows their evil side, and those that do meet "the little satan" are laughed at and called crazy.
