Uh, not sure if I like guys or gals. I'm 12, so I guess I should be worrying more about my grades than this right now.

But, eh. I actually am not scared of either one, even though I'm a Christian and in my religion, being gay or bi is not a good thing. I'm totally not going to tell my parents if I figure out I'm gay, it will be awkward between us.

So yeah...

you're my son now and it's never too early to figure out what you like, but you can also just not care about labels. It doesn't really matter, like who you like (:

edit: i sent mixed signals, basically you can worry about it, but in the long run it doesn't really matter, love who ya love.

Just do what you gotta do kiddo. @Wade Wilson Has the right idea, see what your parents think about the community first before coming out.

And you don't have to make any decisions on your sexuality or whether you wanna tell anyone for years yet. Or at all if no label feels right.

Your journey is your own. Don't worry if it seems to take you longer than others.

I didn't figure out I was unattracted to masculine presenting people until last year and I'm 25 :P

And you always have us old people to help out if you need it

Ahh there's so much love and acceptance here it makes my little heart happy. You're all some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting and having the support system from here is such a huge thing to me.

I didn't have much of a support system from the community growing up (I didn't even know there WAS a community) so I want to make sure I'm there for the younger ones because it's so nice to have that!

@Rica you've got yourself a heart of gold. I do that with people who suffer with mental illness. I search triggering things so I can find the people who need someone to talk to because navigating life is hard especially when you feel like there isn't anyone around who understands.

@arockysmith I've suffered a lot of different things. Bullying, death in the family at a young age, toxic friendships (and relationships). You name it I've probably handled it one way or another.

I want to try and make the world a place that's not completely awful to live in. I can't do much but if I can make a few people feel supported and cared for then I can happily say I did something.

You need to be hidden away from the bad things in this world. You're one of those kind souls. I relate to your words on a personal level because that's how I am. If I can help just one person then I've succeeded in this life.

@arockysmith Hahahaha I admit I have my flaws (My anxiety and abandonment issues can make me a not so great person to be around sometimes. I'm working on it.).

I am glad I found someone who understands my intentions with this. I've had a lot of people think I'm too.....unrealistic?

Like I don't think it's too much to ask to be respectful of one another as people. So many people think it's impossible so we shouldn't make an individual effort. But if we all make an individual effort then it wouldn't be common to be disrespectful anymore?

At least that's how I see it.

@Cynder You and @Chaotic Chao can sleep in a fort I make out of sheets and blankets in my bedroom. I am best Aunt.
