"uh Kaji... im kaji kamigami, it's not you. its just everything thats happened today. i dont get any of it and on top of that i got no bat. it all...just...weird" he tried to shrug it off but it wasnt working....at all

Ah- He's... With guilt eating away at her heart, Kaiya hid it with a bright smile, "Nice to meet you, Kamigami-san! Do you mind if I walk with you a bit?"

kaji looked skeptical "you can do what you want. dont be surprised if your friends stop talking to you if they see us" to the rest of society that didnt have freaky light show powers he was a dangerous person. one that no one actually hung around. but right now, he didnt mind the company

Kaiya blinked confusedly, "Why would they stop talking to me? And besides..." Her gaze turned cold and a bitter grin replaced her usual smile, "If they stop talking to me just because of something like this, I don't need them."

Reverting back to her smiling face, she turned to him and asked, "So, where we going?"

"i need a new bat. i uh....got money for it" and by got money he means beat someone up a few blocks back and took it but she didnt need to know that. besides it was pent up frustration that needed release. All that matters is the other person started it and kaji just so happened to finish it and borrow some money. "sport supply store is where i usually get them from"

"Well... I guess...?" Kaiya was pondering over the question when a middle-aged woman met her eyes and waved with a smile, "Good evening, Kaiya-chan!"

"Good evening!" she greeted back. The woman made a gesture for her to come over, and she excused herself to Kaji before walking over to her. From the rather large grocery bag she was holding, the woman retrieved a small plastic bag with some sort of bread in it, which Kaiya instantly recognized. Her eyes sparkled.

"This is for you. I accidentally bought too much," The woman placed the bread in Kaiya's hands.

"Thank you so much!" She thanked her with a bow, and waved goodbye to her with a call of, "Take care!"

Returning to Kaji's side, Kaiya began to eat the bread, chatting in between her bites, "I was raised here for most of my childhood, so I kind of know everyone, or at least see a lot of people. How about you?"

"i moved around a lot. but the last couple years ive been moving around this city. i dont try to get to know people" he explained. he mostly was mostly picked on and wound up getting into a lot of fights. So much that fighting became common place. Thats why he has such a rough demeanor and a worse reputation

"That so?" Kaiya said, finishing the last bit of her bread and throwing the plastic bag in a garbage can they passed by.

"Ah, Kamigami-san, is that it?" She asked, pointing towards a store that seemed like the one they were looking for.

"yep thats the one. maybe they have something better than my last one" though if they did there was no guarantee he'd be able to afford it. They walked it and Kaji went right to the bats. he could feel the shop keepers eyes on him but he didnt care. he never cared. there were wooden bats, aluminum bats and metal bats. metal bats were heavy but durable. aluminum bats were light but dented too easy. and wood bats had a habit of breaking as well but they were also on the heavy side, compared to aluminum. so he picked out a red metal bat. "this one matches my hair" he tried to make a joke....and most likely failed. he took it to the counter and paid for it

Kaiya left the house with the doctor who always took care of us. She was given pain medication, ointments, and instructions to keep Masako from feeling pain and also to heal up faster. Masako fell asleep while the doctor was treating her, so Yuzuki left the medication on the bedside table with some water. She took a look at some of her external wounds and dung around in her large first aid box. The only reason why the box was so large is because she can't trust Kai to be out and about without getting hurt... She took out the bandaging wraps and the ointment for Masako's wounds. Zuki slightly rubbed in the ointment into her wounds and then fused the bandages with sun flames and then started wrapping her wounds.

Laughing, Kaiya nodded at Kaji's attempt at a joke, "It does!" While waiting for him to finish paying for his purchase, she decided to wait outside of the store, taking in her surroundings to pass time.

"Ah, so we meet again!" a certain young man with dark, spiky hair in an orange tanktop called out to Kaiya, giving the middle schooler a wave with his left hand. He had a nice, wide grin and had his right hand stuffed securely in his pocket. Compared to their earlier, Nami Middle meeting, Nagato looked much more... disheveled? The assassin jogged up to Kaiya. "So what's up?" Nagato asked casually.

"Hmm?" Kaiya tore her gaze away from a store that piqued her interest and almost immediately brightened upon recognizing the young man, "Oh! Hi, Kurosaki-san!"
She returned a cheerful wave of her own as Nagato jogged up to her. "I'm waiting for a friend of mine. And you?" Kaiya responded, and couldn't help but add in a remark, "You look like you just ran a lap around town with a bear chasing after you..."

Kaji exited the store with the bat in his hand, a nice study shiny red that when placed over his shoulder did indeed match his hair. It matched in an almost devilish sort of fashion that only needed a dark glare to be intimidating. But he was actually happy to finally have a bat in his hand, he wondered it if it was weird to have an obsessions with bats but remembered he didnt care...at all so he dropped the thought. He glanced around looking for Kaiya and noticed her talking to someone. He leaned against a wall and waited for her outside of the conversation. Even though he was pretty sure she would leave and forget about him.

"Oh that? That's nothing, I just had to help my dad out with some stuff, no biggie," Nagato answered, sheepishly rubbing the back of his head with his free hand, "might'a dropped one or two things though... ha..." The disguised assassin noted a presence that had exited the store, his glanced at the red head for a moment. "Anyway, I'm just on my way back to where we're stayin'," he explained before pretending to have just noticed Kaji, "is that your pal over there?"

"I see," Kaiya nodded. Following Nagato's gaze, she responded with a cheerful, "Yup!"
In the midst of turning back to continue her chat with the young man, she glanced up at the previously bright blue sky fading into a mix of faint orange and purple, and it dawned on her that she was supposed to be running an errand. At her own mistake, she couldn't help but laugh a bit. Kaiya turned back to Nagato and apologized, "Oops. I forgot, I was supposed to be running an errand. Uh..." She glanced over to Kaji, unsure of what to do. Should I bring him with me? ...Nah.
"Alrighty. Well Kurosaki-san, it was nice seeing you again. Also, Kamigami-san, I think I'll just go to the shop alone. I've already taken enough of your time." She began to make her way to her destination, but not before throwing a "It was nice seeing you guys! Bye-bye!" over her shoulder.
