James 'Iykos' Frost

Iykos' eyes flicked up to the slight glint of metal in the window and frowned an almost unnoticeable amount. Tarvelli was unhinged, that was fairly obvious, but he at least knew how to give himself an advantage.

Or at least he would have, if Iykos hadn't already taken precautions to prevent things getting out of hand. They were expensive and heavy-handed, but James Tarvelli wasn't a man to be taken lightly. Iykos felt his left shoulder burn slightly at the though, a memory of his first few months resurfacing, not that the failing mob boss would remember his part in it. With a slightly darkened look, he shook his hand.

"I can accept that. I'll give you three days. If you're out by then, the data is your's. The phone too. If not, It'll take more than a sniper in an attic to prevent the shit-storm you'll invite."

He released the man's hand and looked pointedly at the attic window of the Tarvelli's house before looking James dead in the eye and turning away, his hand gripping his phone in his pocket. He briskly walked back the way he came before he stopped and he face softened slightly.

A small, ragged cat trotted out of a small alcove in the rubble. He crouched down to scratch it behind the ear, subtly slipping a note under his collar before letting him go with a small smirk, unnoticed by James. As hoped, the feline went over to Clover to rub himself against her leg. Iykos locked eyes with her and subtly tugged his collar before continuing on his way. He softly muttered to himself.

"Hopefully she'll listen to the warning, or she'll burn along with her father."

Bishop Wallace

Shortly after leaving his building and crossing the borders of his main turf, Bishop was with his right hand man and two others, wanting to check out some unmarked territories called, Grey Zones, that weren't really ran by anyone but was basically a free area to do whatever. usually the ones here were the severely poor people who had to scavenge daily for what they wanted. Bishop Usually stayed out of other's territories unless he had business to deal with them.

Quietly walking through the Grey area, Bishop's right hand man got a call on his phone, relaying the messages to him "Bishop...there's a little problem. Our....'gate keeper'....he's having trouble. The South Border Clique....they're threatening him to have the weapons come through them so to gain some more heat. He said they're threatening to torture him if he don't give them access to what he has and soon.." Bishop gave a sigh. The SBC were known to be quite ruthless and if they fucked up his weapons smuggling, the Joker Boys will not be getting their items soon.

Bishop stopped for a moment to think. The Joker Boys were still in the middle of a turf war with their rivals, so calling them to handle it was not an option. The rest of his Black Out Crew were spread out through the prison city. He noticed a young woman sitting on the steps of an abandoned building and getting a little distracted by her looks, Bishop pointed to his right hand man. Listen... I don't think any of our people to handle a fight with them bitches right now but I know a motha fucka that may be able to handle that group on his own. You remember James Hunter and his territory? Call our guys nearest to him and have them see if they can reach him and have him meet with me for a meeting....I got somethin to handle right now. he said heading towards the young woman, while Bishop's right hand man called the guys.

Walking up to the young woman who was sitting there alone Sup lil ma. Ain't it a bit dangerous for you to be sitting here alone in a place like this? He said starting up a conversation.

@Claw2k11@arca9@jordy0403

Northwest from where Bishop was, two members of the Black Out Crew was right outside The Crusher's territory when they got the call from the right hand man to search and contact The Crusher to schedule a meeting between him and Bishop. The two men looked at each other crazy knowing this big hulking brute could easily kill someone and they're being sent straight into the lion's den to speak with him. Shrugging and seemingly reluctant to do so, they headed to the territory, walking pass two individuals, a male and female who didn't look threatening at first glance except for the gun they noticed and one of the goons spoke up "Aye! punk-ass and bitch....is a motha fucka named James Hunter around here?" he asked the two, calling them out of their names. They seemed a little uneasy, like they just got away from a threatening situation.

And then, the man in question came out of a half-destroyed building. He was a huge man, easily as twice as big as the two and with arms thicker than logs. He saw the two armed men there, but he wasn't fazed. "Please, put down your weapons, or you might get hurt." He hoped the subtle threat would work on the two.

"What do you two... men want?" He asked as he realized they were part of a gang and he tensed up. "Put down the guns and we can talk like grown men."

Sophia Harrison

Sophia's eyes flew open at the sound of footsteps approaching her. Who she saw coming was a man, roughly around the age of thirty. Glancing near where he'd came from, she saw three other men; one with a cell phone up to his ear, speaking urgently. Her stomach growled as she watched him come closer, contemplating what she should do. Her first instinct was to reach for the knife in her back pocket, but she decided against that. She immediately tensed up, though, once he'd reached her.

"Sup lil ma," he said, "Ain't it a bit dangerous for you to be sitting here alone in a place like this?"

Soph fought the urge to roll her eyes as a small smirk found its way to her lips. "Dangerous? Sure," she said with a chuckle.
"But let's just say I know how to take care of myself."

Rob Harrison

Rob and his boys finally stopped running and hunched over, trying to catch their breath. They silently heaved before Chuck, one of Rob's boys, spoke up. "You don't think he followed us, right man?"
"Let's hope not," Rob said as he took one last deep breath.
"We should split up, though, try to find some more food. We can meet up at the house later."

Without another word, Rob's boys took off running in opposite directions, leaving him alone in the alley. Dusting off his shoulders and readjusting his backpack, Rob continued straight ahead, eventually finding his way to an old neighborhood. He looked in the windows of abandoned cars as he made his way down the street, looking for things he could take, but stopped when he saw two figures approaching. He took the hammer out of his backpack and continued walking, hoping that he wouldn't have to use it.

@King Tai @Claw2k11 @jordy0403

Dawn and Rayne didn't get much further down the road before being called at by two men. "Aye! punk-ass and bitch!" They asked if James Hunter was around. Dawn answered, "Not that I know of." Before Dawn could say any more, the voice of James Hunter boomed from behind them, "Please, put down your weapons, or you might get hurt." Dawn didn't look back. She dragged Rayne into a back alley and broke out into a run, hoping no one would come after them. They sprinted for a couple of blocks, twisting and turning one street to the right, before finally stopping to catch their breath. Dawn watched the path intently as she said to Rayne, "I think we've gotten away."

@mskennedy615

She was unusually tired, both from escaping a dangerous situation and from having an empty stomach. She started walking forward with the intention of finding food, listening for whether Rayne was following her, and saw a boy about Rayne's age approaching. The boy took a hammer out of his backpack. The backpack interested Dawn. Who knew what could be inside. Maybe food. Maybe a helpful tool. As they got closer, Dawn planned how she would steal the backpack without the boy noticing. Perhaps she would cut the straps. Then, hopefully she could snatch the pack and run away before the boy could react.

The girl's pretty good at running, and knows how to get out of a situation. That's good. Not dragging someone useless with me, no matter how temporary it is. Were Rayne's thoughts as he followed the girl into an alley. Man, around my age, backpack, hammer out, could have something worth it, but could be a part of a gang or something of the like. Play it safe for now. The girl seems to be the type to want the pack, she can have it if she manages to get it, I don't want to risk a fight with her. All went through his head soon enough though. "Sir, I'm sure you have your reasons for being here, and I'm sure you don't want any trouble, but may I just ask which way is the closest wall?"

Bishop Wallace & The B.O.C

After the two guys asked the two individuals about James Hunter, the hulking man appeared before them and watched the two others run off. Goon number one stood there for a moment when asked nicely to put away their weapons or they'd get hurt. The first one was calm but goon number two didn't like the last part about harming them. "Yeah put my gun down to make it easier for you beat my ass? you must be out yo rabbit ass mind. Ol' big coconut jolly green giant lookin ass-" The first goon punched his partner on the arm "Bruh...shut the fuck up! This man already took out out 3 of our boys before." the first goon said to his partner.

The first goon turned to speak to James Hunter "Look man...Sorry about my homeboy...we always dealin with somethin so he's usually on edge. He get like that sometimes. We ain't here to fight or start some shit with you. We was sent here by Bishop Wallace....you know who he is?" The goon said lowering his weapon and eying his partner to do the same as he reluctantly did so. The first goon spoke some more. "Look...our boss just wanna meet and speak to you about somethin...a deal most likely." he said hoping this monster of a man wouldn't feel offended by his partner's comments and attack them.

@mskennedy615

Once approaching the young woman and getting her attention as she answered him "Dangerous? Sure," and "But let's just say I know how to take care of myself." Bishop stared on for a moment looking serious but then nodded his head and displayed a smirk Ain't that tha fuckin truth..... looking her up and down In a place like this, one would usually find a shawty like you either as someone's bitch that's used for selling ass, or with some so-called big shot and not to be touched because you're already someone's girl. Or.....you'd just be street rat fighting for scraps. Unless you're a female big shot yourself but I would've heard of you by now, like Ms. Ma Dukes. He explained. So, Baby...mind if I ask what you doing out here alone? If.... looking around ...If you are alone? being a little curious as to why this pretty little thang was alone in the first place, trying to make sure this was not a set up even though his boys were close by.

James only looked at the man who refused to put down his weapon,as if daring him to refuse him, giving James a reason to kill him. However, his friend seemed to have more sense as he spoke, convincing his friend to drop his weapon.

'Bishop Wallace, a gang leader, he hadn't met him in person, but a few of his men thought to impress him by taking the Crusher down, by taking him down. They utterly failed, all three of them were dead.

"I accept to meet up with your boss, however, should you fellows attempt to ambush me, you'll end up like him." He said pointing at the Bull's large body, with it's caved in skull. "Now let's go, I'm in need of a few... supplies and my scouts haven't found any yet, maybe your boss would he willing to help with that."

As Rayne was asking the boy a question, Dawn walked a little further ahead, just out of the peripheral vision of the boy. She acted before the boy had a chance to answer. With one quick swipe, she slid the knife out from her belt and cut both backpack straps just on top of where they were attacked to the pack. With her other hand, she pulled the backpack off the boy's back. Putting the knife away so she could carry the bag with both hands, she took off and turned into a narrow alley, not caring if Rayne was following her or not.

Clover Mae Tarvelli

A bellowing laugh came from James Tarvelli's mouth as Iykos pointed out the sniper in the attic. "Alright kid, you got it." he said, as he turned towards the house and raised two fingers, signaling that the deal had gone correctly and that he wasn't needed anymore. "I'll be seeing you in three days then, give me some pictures of some titties and asses on that phone as well if you can. It gets lonely in here, and I can't spank off to my daughter anymore she's getting too old." his eyes widened in a crazy look. He was a disgusting man, this much they knew was true.

They shook hands on it, the deal was done.

Howard, Clover's stray cat she had been kind of feeding and taking care of rubbed against her leg lovingly. "Hi baby." she cooed, as she squatted down and pet through his always matted fur. Clover glanced up at Iykos as he took his leave, she watched him tug at his collar suggesting something. Looking back down to Howard's collar she noticed a small note tucked in. She reached for it and unfolded it, her bright eyes reading the context as her mouth gaped slightly.

"I pursued my enemies and crushed them.
I did not turn back until they were destroyed' 2 Samuel 22 38
James Tarvelli is my enemy. You are not. I implore you to keep it that way."

~Iykos

Swallowing, yes swallowing the note, she swooped up the cat swiftly and turned around around to walk back into the house. She wouldn't have swallowed the note if she hadn't thought it was possible that her father would search every inch of her if he had an inkling of doubt that she wasn't 100% on his side through anything. Dropping the cat in the entry way of the house, she went into the kitchen where they had piles of stocked food and opened up a can of cat food for the creature. She dropped it into a porcelain chipped bowl for the creature as she leaned against the run down counters.

She had to get out.

James Tarvelli walked in a few minutes later, plopping down on a couch and beginning to take a nap. He would deal with his men a little later in the evening, as that is when things usually became more active.

James 'Iykos' Frost

The sun was low in the sky as Iykos weaved back through the buildings skirting the BOC territory. He used the low light to his advantage as he avoided the patrolling gangsters. Truth be told, he'd rather pull the pistol from his hip and shoot a few of them down to burn off some stress, but he had to focus on tearing down one criminal first and not draw the attention of arguably the most powerful gang in the city. He slipped out from the shadow of a dilapidated bank and was almost in the clear, until...

"Yo, stop right there mothafucka!"

Iykos stopped and stood up straight, raising his hands in a non-threatening manner. Two gangsters had spotted him, and pointed their guns at him. A quick look told him it wasn't a pair of BOC, god knows he doesn't need that heat right now, so the only other gang operating in the area were Tarvelli's. He frowned to himself and muttered to himself.

"I warned you, Tarvelli. This is on your hands..." .

The two gangsters edged closer until the closest one was within arms reach.
"That's it. Nice and each, bitch. Don't try anything smart with me."

"Smart? I doubt you'd understand it if I did."

The gangster grunted at the insult and made a grab for the gun on his hip, and Iykos reacted quickly. He grabbed the closest gangster's wrist and twisted the gun out of his grip before pulling him into the path of the other gangster's gun as he fired, the bullets slamming into his chest and ending his life. The shock of killing his friend froze the gangster for just long enough for Iykos to pull out his own gun and fire, two .45 calibre rounds finding their target in the man's stomach and lung. He went down and Iykos dropped the other man's body.

As he was about to leave, he heard the wounded gangster moan in pain. Without remorse, he stood over him and fired a single shot that tore into his skull. As his body fell to the ground, Iykos let a small smirk onto his face. Two of Tarvelli's men dead in BOC territory? That'll put pressure on Tarvelli, which will make it easier to get rid of him once and for all.

He quickly continued onto his hideout, making sure no-one saw him near the bodies. Closing the door behind him, he crossed over to a battered but comfortable couch and promptly fell asleep, the events of the day finally catching up to him and tiredness hitting him full force.

Dawn ran a few blocks with the pack, not looking behind her. She passed nobody as she turned through the buildings, speeding through openings and entranceways a person larger than her would have a hard time squeezing through. Finally, she ducked into what looked like the ruins of a small school or community center, spotting a corner under some crumbled stairs to hide in. She dropped the backpack beside her and opened it up. She had struck gold. An unopened loaf of grocery store bread was squished under a club-shaped piece of rubble, along with an empty plastic water bottle and some nails at the bottom of the bag. She opened the bread and gobbled up the first slice before stopping to catch her breath, remembering her tiredness from her recent getaway. Maybe she could sleep here instead of at home, with the backpack as a pillow and some bread in her stomach.

Well, the girl ran off with the backpack, and know I'm stuck with a guy with a hammer. And he probably thinks I'm on her side. Which, am I? That's a question for a later date though. Where the thoughts running through Rayne's head, before he started to think of a way out of the situation. "Hey, uh, mate, let's just take it easy, no need to jump to conclusions, or attack anyone, ok." Rayne said to the man, trying to think of a way to loop back around. The girl can survive out here, seemingly without others help, that could make her a good ally.

Dawn was awakened by the sun shining through the low windows directly into her face. Was it morning or evening? She didn't know. She didn't care. She figured she should go home and organize her things, check to see if anything had been pillaged. She grabbed the backpack and made sure everything was still there, even the empty plastic water bottle and the nails that she probably had no use for. She looked both ways before exiting the building, making sure there were no enemies and also trying to get her bearings. She would have to find a main street to figure out where she was. As she walked down the road and glanced at dusty, bent, and broken street signs, she realized that she was in Black Out Connection territory. Gang territory; a gang she did not want to mess with, especially now that she had food on her. Realizing her location, she walked quickly through the buildings in the general direction home, knowing it would take a few hours to get there. Her senses keen on listening and watching for people around her, she almost didn't notice the dead bodies on the ground. Her foot bumped into a heavy, somewhat squishy object. She stopped abruptly and looked down. Two corpses lay mangled in puddles of dried blood. Their clothes told her they weren't part of BOC. They were members of the other gang in the area. She knew there was rivalry between the two gangs, and wondered if this was BOC's doing. She looked around, just in case the killers were nearby.

James 'Iykos' Frost

An brief ringing from one of the three monitors on his desktop woke Iykos from his rather light sleep and his eyes flicked to the digital clock on the desk. It was early, too early in his opinion, but the sound that woke him meant that his system detected something on the camera network he had rigged across most of the prison city.

The computer system and the camera network it was rigged to would have normally been impossible for any single inmate to aquire and set up, but before Iykos was caught and arrested, he was part of the infamous hacker group 'Wolf Pack'. A group like that holds connections to every major department of every 1st world goverment and, most importantly, they never abandon their pack mates. While they couldn't spare him from 'The World's Prison', they had used the irregular supply drops to supply him with the parts necessary to build his network and help him survive. Generators, Cameras, Computer parts, food, water purifiers and even his now signature clothes. As some might say, it pays to have friends in high places.

Back to the alert, Iykos briefly searched the screens to spot a single girl creeping past the two corpses he had left in BOC territory with a cautious, almost paranoid amount of attention to her surroundings as she drew closer to his hideout. Too close to it. Looking at her again, he attempted to profile her in case he needed to act. 'Female, brown hair, amber coloured eyes, young, maybe 15 or so... A prison birth maybe?' Using the information he had, he quickly searched through his file until he came up with a name and background. Logging the information into his memory, he covered the monitors with a black-out sheet and grabbed the L1A1 rifle resting against the couch-bed and re-holstering his M1911 as he crossed the floor of his home and hideout. Locking the door behind him, he double-checked his guns before looking off down the non-descript alleyway his home was hidden in.

It didn't take him long to track the girl as she tried to creep between the buildings. Levelling his rifle at the back of her head before he said anything, she jumped at the sound of his voice when he spoke.

"Dawn Cohen, nickname 'Owl Eyes'. Daughter of Amber Cohen until she disappeared 7 years ago. Stop walking and put any weapons you have on the ground, including the knives tucked into your belt, boot and the small blade you keep in your bra. Don't try anything stupid because I've got 20 little friends here and they all run faster than you..."

Sophia tried hard to keep her eyes from rolling to the back of her head as she heard the man speak. "In a place like this," he said, "one would usually find a shawty like you either as someone's bitch that's used for selling ass, or with some so-called big shot and not to be touched because you're already someone's girl. Or.....you'd just be street rat fighting for scraps. Unless you're a female big shot yourself but I would've heard of you by now, like Ms. Ma Dukes."

Sophia threw her head back and laughed as he spoke. There was no way in hell she'd ever end up "selling her ass," or kicking it with some wanna-be big shot. She wouldn't call herself a street rat either, but, hey. You gotta do what you gotta do to survive. "So, Baby...mind if I ask what you doing out here alone? If...If you are alone?" The man looked around curiously, maybe even cautiously. After a moment's thought, Sophia tilted her head and folded her arms across her chest.

"Like I said before," she started, "I know how to take care of myself. Whether or not I'm alone is none of your business." Glancing behind her towards the door, Sophia smirked. "For all you know, there could be people inside of that building right now; all 'armed and dangerous' and shit." She shrugged her shoulders.

"But like I said, that's none of your business."

Sophia knew exactly who Bishop was. Hell, she knew about almost everything that went down in the prison, but she still asked, shifting her eyes from her sneakers to his boys that weren't so far behind, "Who are you, anyways?"

Rob stared at the boy and girl for a second before turning around and pointing in the direction of the closest wall. When he turned back, though, the girl was no longer in sight. He had no time to react before he felt the backpack slip from his shoulders; the straps had been cut. Letting out a startled cry, Rob turned around, but the girl was already gone. He knew that he wouldn't catch up to her. His grip on the hammer tightened as he turned back to face the boy. They were together, so he must have been in on it.

Thanks to them, he'd lost an entire unopened loaf of grocery store bread, along with other necessities. He knew for a fact that his sister was going to kill him. Slowly stepping towards the boy, hammer in hand, Rob growled.

"Hey, uh, mate, let's just take it easy. No need to jump to conclusions or attack anyone, OK?" The boy spoke nervously, so Rob took that as a sign of weakness. Grabbing him by the collar of his shirt, Rob pulled him closer.

"You'd better go and find that punk ass girlfriend of yours," he spoke in a low and menacing voice. "You either get my shit and return it to me, or we-" he wiggled the hammer, "are going to have a serious problem." There was no way he was going to go back to his sister empty-handed.

@Shadow Daedalus

A man's voice came from the alleyway, stating everything there was to know about Dawn. She was shocked and scared. How did someone know so much about her? Was it one of the invisible prison staff that supposedly managed the prison from the outside? As the man came out three buildings away from her, a few men appeared from the walls around her. The man knew where all her weapons were and told her to put them down. She complied, putting down her backpack, dropping the three knives in her belt and the one in her right boot onto the ground. She reached into her shirt and pulled the short knife from her bra, dropping it in plain sight. The men were closing in, looking like they were going to corner her. She had to escape before they completely surrounded her. She turned around and started to sprint away from the man who knew everything. She turned a corner onto a small street and crashed into a body wearing the same uniform as the people closing in on her, feeling strong muscles grab her arm and a hand clamping over her mouth.

I say, drawing my gun on him. "First things, first, though, she is not my girlfriend. Now, drop your hammer, and don't even think about throwing it at me, or I'l plant a bullet through your brain."
