Fun fact about bit characters #384.

Turns out Mariah did genuinely apply for the Iron Roses before becoming a Raven. Sadly the answer to the question "who are the twin goddesses?" was NOT "Lion and Mayonaisse" as she initially thought.

I digress. Chaotic Neutral of the sort "lets chuck things into things and see what happens" is funnier. Specially on tabletop and with a couple of beers in your system.

Chaotic Good is basically the same, but you get the added bonus of figuring out how to justify your actions.

I don't know, I'd think it's only hard to RP Lawful Good if everyone is just going random.

... Or if you play Lawful Stupid and nt Lawful Good.

I don't know, I'd think it's only hard to RP Lawful Good if everyone is just going random.

... Or if you play Lawful Stupid and now Lawful Good.


-Drinking the Holy Water from the temple.
-Sniffing up waitresses skirts.
-Trying to eat rat shiskebob.

My Kobold Rogue was tied up because of that.

Well hey, if it's in-character and all, eh-heh.

I guess the point I'm making is if everybody's playing in character the only thing that would be really hard to play is Evil Alignments, unless you're doing an evil party.

I do not really get it when I hear about the "hahaha random murder kill death torture evil ow the edge" chaotic evil characters some people try to shove into a party where the other characters are, at worst, Lawful Neutral.

Well, I mean seeing how that sounds like an edgy kid who doesn't even know how to write a villain at all they're probably doing it because they're dumb really.

Also, fixing up the whole alignment mess is one of many reasons why 5E is probably the best edition of D&D. XD

@AtomicNutI am... Like, the apotheosis of nerddom since the only editions I've never played at least once are the original white box edition and 4E. ^^; And part of me wants to at least give 4E a try since from what I've heard it's actually a solid system, just not really D&D.

...I really, really, really want to play D&D again though. D: Maybe see if I can dust off my old valley girl paladin from 3.5 or try something new for a change or something but I just really want to play it again but it's kind of nigh-impossible for me to play it anymore. D:

Same here too. But i'm now 32 and with a job and just having moved to a country so um, could be tricky.

Nobody will agree to just go raiding dungeons for loot any more. There always has to be some story or something.

JUST LET ME LOOT DUNGEONS IN 2E AND HAVE A CASTLE OR SOMETHING. D<

The most I know about anything related to it is having read Houkago Play. That's about it. Otherwise, I'd join you in raiding dungeons for loot, @Raineh Daze I'm always down for finding rare and cool stuff, upgrading my equipment.

I'd like to play D&D too. I've never done so before but I'd really like it.

... Also for the RP, I think I'll move to introducing the bottom floor once one group finishes up with their current fights.
