In-Depth Appearance:
Josh's looks can be somewhat intimidating. He has a toned physique, but is in no way buff due to how lanky he is, towering over most at 6'1". The pale pallor of his skin makes it seem as if he's never actually seen the sun, and he has a prominent structure with sharp cheekbones and a strong jawline.
His hair is longer than most guy's and is, most of the time, a blonde mess that he constantly finds himself pushing out of the way. Hand in hand with his fair hair are the cool blue eyes he has, skeptical and almost always half-lidded in a lazy expression. The hollows of his cheeks suggest malnourishment, but most know that this guy could eat a whole cow and not put on a pound.
Joshua prefers the loose, dark garments that are typically associated with antisocial teenagers. Josh walks with a relative amount of swagger, but makes sure not to slouch - he makes more of an effort than it may seem. He smells of smoke and wood.
Personality:
Most would describe Josh as being the typical bad-boy-slacker kid. He comes of as being brooding, careless and rash. He tends to think before he acts, which tends to get him into trouble. A lot. He isn't shy to cursing or slagging others off, but most of the time his heart isn't really in it.
Underneath the antisocial little shit he makes himself out to be, Josh is most likely one of the funniest people you will ever meet. He seems to always know what to say and when to say it. It will usually be at another's expense, but overall his humour tends to be more funny than offensive.
It is rare to see the tender side of Josh, especially considering how he betrays little to no emotion when it comes to other people, but he does have a gentle heart behind his harsh pessimism. Although he is known to be a player with the ladies, Josh knows how to treat a girl right in a serious relationship (even though he's only really had one significant one). He can be gentlemanly and kind to those he cares about, and the things he views as weaknesses are most likely his best traits.
Backstory:
It is suprising to people that Josh comes from a typical close-knit family. His home life certainly isn't problem-free, but it's better than most. They had their ups and downs but it was clear to everyone that they were head-over-heels in love with eachother. Their breakup came as a shock to most after such a strong relationship, but the two decided to go their seperate ways as the end of school loomed over them.
The breakup wasn't at all messy, but things between them both are still a little awkward. Especially after a recent drunken hook-up with Josh and Alyx in which Alyx had called out Callum's name instead of his. Pretending to have forgotten, Josh moped around on his own for a bit until finally mustering up the courage to rejoin their old friendship group. This holiday together was something he was at first reluctant to take part in, but somehow ended up attending anyway.

Eva is a petite asian female, standing at 5'2", weighing a mere 96 lbs. Her hair is long, soft, and in certain lights appears almost strawberry brown. Her skin is like porcelain and her face is oval in shape. Her face is small but healthy in that it is thin but still full of life. Her smile is small and her expressions soft. (This doesn't mean she always looks as graceful as she does in her photos.)
The one blemish on her skin comes in the form of a scar on the back of her head. The scar has been with her as long as she can remember and was the product of a rather serious accident where she fell from a bridge and her head hit the bottom of the river.

Eva fears that she is lost. She fears that when death knocks on her door, she will reflect back on her life and not like it. That she won't accomplish anything worth-while. She fears becoming the kind of people she hates, that is those that do nothing but play around with others.
Eva is also very blunt. She is very much a "Won't take shit." kind of person. This doesn't mean she's no-nonsense. Eva just knows when to stop someone from crossing the line. She believes firmly that if you don't clearly draw the lines for someone, you will never gain respect from them. She doesn't take disrespect very well, be it for herself or for others.
Eva also behaves very much like a vigilante. She loves to be a protector and will often put herself in situations where she becomes the target to protect the little person. Eva was born to rich parents but under odd circumstances she was separated from them. When Eva was born, she looked very much like another baby that was also born that day, same time, same weight, everything. They were so identical at birth that when the nurses went to put Eva back in her crib, she accidentally placed her in Eva (Eva's real name is Annalise Peterson). It took a few years for Maria to realize that her daughter looked nothing like her and a quick check confirmed her suspicions.
A year later, Eva was brought to her parents where she would be forced to live. Eva, however, had other ideas. She refused to be called Ana and often ran away from home to go back to who she considered her real family, her grandmother. Eventually, the king and queen decided it was in their daughter's best interest to let her do as she pleased. They would get nowhere confining her. Maria was quoted to have said, "She's so much like me that keeping her without her consent is practically impossible if I want to keep a good relationship with her."
Years later, on Eva's 17th birthday, her grandmother passed away. Since she's been living with her real parents rather reluctantly. Eva had been introduced to Elizabeth via her real parents when she was younger and always held a distaste for the girl until they got to know one another. She soon realized that she and Elizabeth were actually more similar than they were different, Elizabeth just handle the whole 'rich' title better than Eva did. Elizabeth soon included Eva in all of the friend-outings and Eva grew close to them, considering them her new family.

No amount of culture has been able to beat it out of her, she frowns upon displays of childish behaviour or anything deemed socially unacceptable.

She is obsessed with her image and her social standing among her peers, though she tends to put a damper on it around her close friends. Ali has got a temper though it manifests itself an odd way. She was born in the UK and has lived, for the majority of her life, in and around Arundel, on the south coast of Britain. Her father is a duke and her mother a duchess, they raised each of their children fairly and properly, though her father doesn't hide the fact he favours her brothers.
Ali has grown up wanting for nothing, her every whim has been catered for and no dream has been left uncharted. She attended Ampleforth College from the age of 5 and spent most of her school years boarding there.
Since she was young she has been allowed the freedom to decide what activities she wanted to do, often with hte view to take it on as a part time career later in life. Her parents felt obliged to entertain any and all dreams -of which there have been many- purely because it was within their power to do so, they didn't mind, besides activities were a sure way to keep her busy and leave them with more time to pour into her brothers.
She figured out what they were doing eventually and became bitter over it. Which in turn led to the inevitable switch in her mood and her activities. Despite being coward she decided to deliberately involve herself in high risk activities and hobbies. Still, only two of them really stuck and to be honest they only did because her parents were so against them. Ali became more involved in Archery, more specifically Horseback Archery, entering into small competitions until she was accepted into the British Horseback Archery Association. Once she was a member she became aware of a lot of international events and has spent large chunks of time mastering the sport and making a name for herself, whilst paying less and less attention to her studies.
This in turn pulled the wrath of her parents and before Ali finished school, her parents made the rash decision of sending her away to America with an aunt. The upheaval was catastrophic for Ali, luckily she hadn't started her GCSE's but it didn't make integrating into a new school and education system any easier on her. The saving grace of it all was that she was able to continue her hobby in America after befriending a member of The Mounted Archery Association of the America's, she grew quite fond of the country as a whole especially the weather! Alongside mounted archery, Ali has recently followed through on her promise to take up stunt riding...which has 'pleased' her parents to no end.
Considering she's only 19 she's done quite a lot of note worthy things, she's done small bouts of acting, placed in international mounted archery contests, partaken in an archaeological dig out in Egypt, secured herself a place in a good college and most importantly, found herself a group of interesting friends. Being plucked out of her cushty school and home life to be dropped into the throng of a state school in a country she knew little to nothing about, was a lot to take in, she had to adjust quickly if she wanted to survive.

Despite this, she can't see any good reason why they can't get along...well, actually, she see's one, it's about 6'0, built like a brick house and about as independent as a joey kangaroo. She met Alyx through Callum when he introduced her to the group, again, the first thing Alyx knew about Allison was that she'd shot Callum with an arrow, though he tried to lie about where it had hit him to her.

Ali's hypocritical statement above has some merit. She does in fact enjoy being around positive people, of which she considers Rose to be one of these people, even if she isn't overly positive herself. She enjoys simply being in Rose's company, though chatting about random stuff is always a welcome bonus. Ali met Rose through Callum, she was the first one in the group she felt comfortable around.

She especially likes the fact that he pays attention to conversations and that he appears to be a fairly calm person...she hasn't been in any tight situations around him yet, so for now she's convinced he wouldn't change in a crisis. She has a sneaky suspicion that Loki's crushing on Callum, she hasn't brought up the subject with him yet or hasn't planned to. Ali met Loki through Callum, just like everyone else, though it took her a while to start communicating with him.

Despite herself Ali likes Josh, not necessarily in a romantic way, more of a simplistic way...as simplistic as Ali gets anyway. She believes he's not all too fond of her though she hasn't worked up the courage to clear the issue with him just yet. She's seen him behave like a perfect gentleman and a broody bad boy, but she can't quite figure out who he is, which is probably a bonus, in this situation she prefers to say it how it is rather than pretending otherwise. She's like the older sister that rolls her eyes and sighs into her hand when he does something immature or says something cringe worthy. Their dynamic is rather natural, considering they've known each other for two years. Allison is fluent in all things Callum, often able to recognize what he needs before he does...it's an odd partnership, perhaps even intimidating to the many girls Callum has dated but Allison will be the first to point out that their relationship is completely platonic. There was an accident that left Shay hospitalised and took his brother's life. After this event Shay's family life slowly begun to deteriorate. The loss of a child was too much for his parents to deal with, the blame would often bounce from one family member to the next before bouncing back round again. Shay's mother couldn't deal with the pressure so a year after the accident she upped and left, leaving Shay with his father.
His father had always favoured his brother but he tried to support Shay in what he does, if not in a somewhat awkward manner. He doesn't believe that acting is a steadfast career but because Shay has his heart set on it, he's quietly determined to help him however he can. Shay's opinion of Elizabeth is showered with praise. He likes her selfless attitude and willingness to please others, but he also has a certain level of disdain about it. He feels like she sometimes gives too much, so he's made it his personal mission to give back to her, be that through small gestures, gifts or words. He can be very funny towards her when she tries to shoulder any blame that wasn't hers in the first place. Shay prefers to use actions rather than words around Elizabeth, especially if she's upset, he has no qualms offering a shoulder or a hug. He likes to spend most of his time near either her or Alyx. He met Elizabeth through Callum during the dreaded drama performance stage, since then he's gradually built up a high opinion of her.

Shay can't help but love Alyx. Not only does she constantly snipe at Callum which brings him no end of joy, but he likes her sharp around the edges attitude, plus the sass that comes with it. He's not so keen to see the day she turns on him and for the time being, he actually goes out of his way to stay on her good side. He's especially fond of any and all gossip that comes from Alyx, perhaps a little too much. As it is Shay thinks highly of her and is always willing to lend her an ear or shoulder, he's not sure enough to break the hugging barrier yet. He met Alyx through Callum when he was introduced to the group, he instantly took a shine to her when she berated Callum, inevitably winning the small back and forth they had.

He can't relate to the pain she must have felt losing both of her parents, but a part of him understands such a deep seated loss, this similarity makes him feel just that little more comfortable around her. He won't allow her or Callum to loop him into any pranks but he does find it amusing if Rose gets involved in them, well unless they're directed at him, then he tends to get sulky with her and completely ignore Callum. He gets frustrated when Rose struggles to stay focused, especially if he's asked her to run lines with him or something. He met Rose when Callum introduced him to the group, took a while but after a few meetings he started to warm to her.

On the other he can't help himself from getting involved in Loki and Rose's business, he'll often encourage Loki to ease off if he gets too protective of Rose, which he knows isn't his place to do so and often sulks if he gets backlash for it. He met Loki when Callum introduced him to the group, though it took a while for him to form a steady friendship with him.

I'll give him his dues though, when he's not being an anti-social git, he's pretty awesome to hang around with. He is the master at verbal burns"
Shay likes to point out to Josh that the whole broody vampire click went out of fashion a few years back but the truth of it is, he admires him. Not necessarily because of those things but because of what he accomplishes through it, yes he is jealous that he's a successful ladies man and yes, he's ashamed of being jealous about it. He wouldn't go as far as to say that him and Josh get on brilliantly, being as they have very little in common on paper but he finds his company pleasant enough. Shay tends to put on his 'actor' mask when he's around Josh, mostly because he unintentionally intimidates him, much like Callum does. It should be said that regardless of the fact his break up with Alyx was drama free, Shay is and probably always will be in Alyx's corner. He met Josh when Callum introduced him to the group, it's been a touch and go progression of friendship.

Shay met Callum during a drama production. Callum wasn't there by choice, Shay of course was. He had been gunning for the main until Callum was cast for it, much to both of their dismay. Despite hard feelings, Shay made the decision to help Callum succeed in his role for the sake of everyone else in the play and the performance itself. It was a success and through Callum, Shay was able to meet the others of his group and increase his network of friends. Since that play, his and Callum's relationship has been an odd one, made up mostly of necessity with a huge dollop of rivalry and a sprinkling of genuine friendship. He is ultimately intimidated by Callum.

I've never met anyone that warm and welcoming with that much money before, she's so willing to help others...though I like to remind her, she needs to be selfish sometimes. Shay's opinion of Elizabeth is showered with praise. He likes her selfless attitude and willingness to please others, but he also has a certain level of disdain about it. He feels like she sometimes gives too much, so he's made it his personal mission to give back to her, be that through small gestures, gifts or words. He can be very funny towards her when she tries to shoulder any blame that wasn't hers in the first place. Shay prefers to use actions rather than words around Elizabeth, especially if she's upset, he has no qualms offering a shoulder or a hug. He likes to spend most of his time near either her or Alyx. He met Elizabeth through Callum during the dreaded drama performance stage, since then he's gradually built up a high opinion of her.
|✧| Alyx - "Ho, ho. Now here is a girl you do not want to get on the bad side of! I love Alyx, the fact she has claws just makes everything that much more entertaining. Do not repeat this, but I see through her...I know underneath all of that bravado, she's a kitten"
Shay can't help but love Alyx. Not only does she constantly snipe at Callum which brings him no end of joy, but he likes her sharp around the edges attitude, plus the sass that comes with it. He's not so keen to see the day she turns on him and for the time being, he actually goes out of his way to stay on her good side. He's especially fond of any and all gossip that comes from Alyx, perhaps a little too much. As it is Shay thinks highly of her and is always willing to lend her an ear or shoulder, he's not sure enough to break the hugging barrier yet. He likes to spend most of his time near either her or Elizabeth. He met Alyx through Callum when he was introduced to the group, he instantly took a shine to her when she berated Callum, inevitably winning the small back and forth they had.
|✧| Rose - "She's so bubbly and full of life. I mean the smallest thing can get her hyped, just being around her makes me feel lighter than air! I get excited about the weirdest things when I'm around Rose. She can be frustrating at times as well, her attention span is pretty darn short"
Shay thinks he gets on well with Rose. He finds that she makes him feel younger, even though there isn't much of an age difference between them. He can't relate to the pain she must have felt losing both of her parents, but a part of him understands such a deep seated loss, this similarity makes him feel just that little more comfortable around her. He won't allow her or Callum to loop him into any pranks but he does find it amusing if Rose gets involved in them, well unless they're directed at him, then he tends to get sulky with her and completely ignore Callum. He gets frustrated when Rose struggles to stay focused, especially if he's asked her to run lines with him or something. He met Rose when Callum introduced him to the group, took a while but after a few meetings he started to warm to her.

It's funny how things work out though, Ali ended up in the group in a very odd way. After showing off in an archery lesson, Ali became the target of one of Callum's pranks. This one involved an exploding arrow, that was designed to douse her in horrible yellow and neon green paint from head to toe whilst Callum and a few others watched from the sidelines. Long story short, the arrow ended up in someone elses hands, the teachers to be specific. Callum tried to rectify the situation but before he could the arrow exploded. Ali had been about to take the shot but the surprise of the explosion, distracted her and she loosed the arrow in the wrong direction...at which point it embedded itself in Callum's backside. After that meet and greet, he introduced her to the group, his way of breaking even for bailing him out of detention.

Callum's opinion of Shay is lacking depth, which is normal for him really. The pair met when Callum was dished out a different kind of detention. He was scripted into helping with one of seasonal drama productions and given the lead to boot. Completely lacking talent and instruction, it fell to Shay to teach him the ropes and whip him into shape. In turn Callum introduced him to the rest of the group and after the production was done, he kept up contact. He'll often ask Shay to be his wingman but overall they only really get along when the group is together. Callum is mostly unaware of Shay's rivalry with him, he tends to compete with everyone naturally but the 'rivalry' between these two is for the most part one sided.

@FaithsRose both of your characters are great! I can't choose which one I like best xD maybe Shay because Alyx would love him tbh, but also Allison because Alyx would probably dislike her for the most part and she doesn't really have anyone that she isn't friendly with atm

Hey @Teddiplier! ^^ Erm, in the OOC, the rest of us are each adding in a new character o.o Filthy Mudblood has added Josh, I'm adding Shay and Rose is either adding Eva or another guy(?).
