lol I wouldn't get my hopes up for skyrim remastered when it comes to the PS4 because Sony is pretty much fucking over their users with Increasing limits on mods.. First there was to be no scripts, and no external items so no unique skins or anything good. Now I've heard they have also decreased the limit on mods, meaning you can't even think about having many mods at all.

Xbox one though is all for mods they are going fully blast on the concept, probably to increases sells since if they have something that has it's proper freedom that sony wont allow, then they will be getting a lot more customers.

I am an original PS player, I played PlayStation 1, and the PlayStation 2. I skipped the PS3 because my bro had to get an xbox, which I didn't mind since I enjoyed a lot of the games on it, though it did suck when I couldn't play the Ratchet and Clank games that was released for the PS3 loved that series.. But either way, Sony isn't playing ball with Bethesda.

so basically all we are truly getting is a Graphic upgrade, possibly a Performance upgrade, few possible bug fixes and a very slight enchancement to combat. but that's all if we are even getting more than the graphic upgrade.

@olcharlieboi I know it blows chunks that mods aren't enabled very highly but even on 360 I logged hundreds of hours in game play without mods

I wont deny the game has many hours of content (I haven't even gotten around to exploring everything or doing every quest since I get to caught up in other things). But some of the game's systems could use serious improvement... Magic massively so (I loved magic back in oblivion so much verity and options.. so limited in skyrim), Enchantment needs also work because it pretty much just a system to make magic cost for spells 0 and break the game. Restoration Necromage perk is pretty much a cheat ability as well because if you turn into a vampire you can heal yourself by such an insane amount that it is broken as well.

So the game has a lot of game breaking mechanics basically, Smithing is always a forced perk tree, and Speachcraft is rarely to never used, same for illusion and alteration. This is rather annoying on many accounts, which is why I love mods because some completely retrofit the game and fix many of these and some even add new content. Like the mod Requiem it completely changes the game and makes it 20x harder, yet makes the system a lot more rewarding as well. not to mention it makes it so there is over 200+ lore friendly and balanced spells. along with a better balanced system so you'll be less likely wanting to use armor as a mage. (Makes spells cost more with armor). it also retrofits a lot of the perk trees to make them more verity, more unique, and more likely to use certain trees.

All I will say is: PC MASTER RACE!

Why is it that wherever I go, I see Skyrim? It's like Bethesda's tryna get me to play it again. I had close to 500 hours logged on that game with a shit ton of mods that nearly destroyed my game. Good times.
