I'm ShireDarkDesire, but feel free to just call me Shire or DD. I've been on a quest for awhile to find a cool roleplaying site, and was invited here by a friend. I've been actively roleplaying for around six years now, though honestly it's really felt like it's been longer. My first roleplay experience was on a gaming forum that was pretty popular at the time. It stared out as a soulcalibur rp that slowly developed over the years into a multiverse type rp, complete with stats, battles and inventories. I find myself craving this kind of roleplay again, and am hoping to find some others here that have a similar interest. It's been awhile since I was last active though, so my post lengths might vary until i get back into it again.

Along with multiverses, i also enjoy casual fantasy and fandom roleplays. The ones I have an interest in at the moment are Digimon, Dragon Quest Monsters, Final Fantasy, Pokemon and Bleach. I'm not a big fan of futuristic and realism, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't be willing to give it a try if the plot is compelling enough. And so far my roleplaying career has mainly been in groups, but I would love to find some partners to brainstorm and world-build with. c:

As far as hobbies and interest go, I love playing video games (like the ones mentioned above) and making art. I also enjoy watching anime, reading and writing lore for my personal characters, which range from a fiery arrancar to a purple bum-biting dragon to a lusty demon crow. They're what my username is based on actually.

So yeah that's pretty much it. This is probably the longest intro I've ever posted on a site lol. Hope to meet a few of you guys soon!

Welcome to the guild. Interesting to find someone who started out on a Soul Calibur role-play (big Soul Calibur V player here). I started out on a Final Fantasy role-play forum on my end (also had stats, battles, inventories, etc), at least in terms of text-based role-playing, but I usually only work with my own project's setting. It's usually complicated explaining the genre of that project, but I enjoy brainstorming and I've done so with various people in my circle before. Anyway, with that many different interests you shouldn't have trouble fitting in here.

@Shoryu Magami Thanks! Sadly I really haven't played much SC since SC II on GameCube. Don't think I was that good at it either lol, but I loved all the characters in it. I tried a Final Fantasy role play as well, but it ended up dying out pretty quickly unfortunately.

That's too bad about the role-play dying out, but unfortunately it does happen all too often. As for SC, I've been playing the series since the original Soul Blade, and SCV is easily my favourite. I'm pretty much something of a fighting game buff so I play most of them (there's a few series I don't bother with since I don't think they're interesting) at a rather high level. I've pretty much been infamous on SCV due to it since it's the game I've put the most time into playing other people. Anyway, all the best.
