Rai looked on as Mita and Jean made their choice clear, " Looks like we're gonna fight..." Rai commented as he cracked a grin "... and I couldn't agree more!" With that, Rai threw his arms out to his sides, deploying the blades on both of his gauntlets, and prepared himself for the vampires attack.

Jean felt bad about what had happened with Mina. He decided to station near where she was, close enough that the others wouldn't hear him. "I'm really sorry. A lot have things have happened to me." He whispered to her. He was still ready to fight as he said it.

Eleanor unsheathes Asuramaru and prepares to fight "I suggest we use the barracks to our advantage, we can get them in an enclosed space and rather than having to defend all 360 degrees we only need to defend 270 degrees or less. Plus it minimizes the amount of vampires we need to take on at once" She looked to Mita and sighs "Im sorry for hugging you earlier. It's just being surrounded by guys has taken a toll on me and I havent seen another girl in a while"

Mita kept her eyes on the horizon. She honestly wanted nothing to do with Jean at that moment. "And your telling me this because?" She said,her tone couldn't be any ruder. "You've been through shit? Huh, sohave the rest of us. Your parents died, i watched my parents die,twice, my real parents and my step ones, so you can shut the hell up and deal with it." She got what he was saying,she does it to though she would never admyit it."You are weak."

Jean sighed. "Sorry." He walked away, knowing some people had to be left alone at times. Mina had spirit, that was for sure. He ran his hand through his hair. "I fucked up." He was very prepared for the vampires, just waiting for them to come. "Come on you smug bastards."

Mita sighed. She took a deep breath in as she eyed him walk away. 'He deserved it.' She thought though she new it wasn't completely true. She could help but feel a twinge of guilt. "Hey wait, I didn't mean it... And I guess I sort of know what you mean.I don't hate you, I just do the same." Her voice trailed out towards the end making it so she was barily auditable.

Jean turned around, suprised. He nodded to her with a smile. "Stay on guard." He hid behind a tree so he'd at least have the element of surprise. He started to talk to Geng. You ready? No, I have to put on my makeup. Yes, I'm ready! Just checking!

Mita was surprised by his answer but didn't ponder it much. There was no time, she glanced around at the others positions and nodded. "No dip sherlock." She stated referring to Jean telling her to stand guard. They should be there any second.

"It's probably safer if you guys pick a partner and cover each other on the melee side." He looked down at his own demon weapon. "Doesn't work as well for me. The likelihood is that they have already smelt humans; I doubt they know how many of us are here. An ambush would be stupid, they'd know and counter it accordingly. It's probably better to meet them head on."

He stared in the distance, and after a couple of seconds the familiar stench of old blood began to fill his nostrils. They were almost here. Ready to kill them all. This would be their first real fight as a team.

Valerian would then disappear out of side, completely stealthed in plain sight, as the first vampires could be seen heading towards the group.

Cheren slowly came out from the side of the vampire swarm and manages to ambush them from the side. His orders were simple: support the friendly forces and make a way for them to escape.
His long trench coat suddenly opens up allowing his 24 Demonic Knives flying out, strings attached to his fingers to the knives as they flew out and tried to penetrate as many vampires as possible. Laughing like a maniac, he forms a circle around him with the knives flying around; wolf-like illusions forming from each knife that flew around him. However, his range was extremely limited and his circle was only 12 meters outward. This led to him getting surrounded by many vampires, though with him in front of the group...his short frame making him a little strange when facing down a large force. The knives/Wolves just hung around, making a temporary barrier that he wasn't going to hold for much longer.

"Make...plan better. I...here to help. Sorry...for late. Wall...breaking."

Jean rushed forward, stabbing a vampire's throat and jumped back from a thrust another vampire tried to end him with. It was a weak attack, and Jean easily parried and beheaded the monster. Though he was being successful, it was obvious he would be swamped without help. "Come on, help me kill these blood sucking bastards!" He jumped back from a vampire's wild swing and impaled it through the back. He used the body as a shield from another vampire's attack, but another snuck up and landed a cut on his leg. It wasn't very deep, so Jean continued fighting, but he would need help very soon.

"Backup? Interesting, so there's more coming?"

Valerian had taken vantage in a fairly tall but solid tree, and was firing bolts from his demon weapon at some of the vampires at the edge. None of the bolts missed; no matter how far they ran, or how much they tried to outmanoeuver them, the bolts would always find their targets.

This could be difficult if we intend to escape.

Lyn chuckled. You're going to have to knock out more than just vampires, I guess.

Cheren shakes his head and says in his weak voice,

"Commnad...sent me...only. I can help...defend. Help escape."

He quickly shifts over to the stranger who charged right in, and stands within 12 meters of him so his circle was reaching. Upon doing so, every time a vampire went for the stranger's blindside, a knife would end up either wounding or killing the vampire in the middle of its attack. However, this resulted in more spilling through his defense toward the others. "

"...pull back. Can't...protect everyone. Too far apart. Limited...range. Limited...knives."

Jean continued fighting. As soon as a vampire landed a cut on him, it would close up quickly, the time varying on the wound. He was relentless, cutting through their forces. "FUCK RETREATING!" He ducked under a swing from a vampire, and jumped on top of it, wrestling it to the ground, then quickly slit its throat. He dove in between the legs of a particularly large one, and stabbed upwards, sliding away with his momentum. "This is it. This is what I trained for." He whispered, and smiled. He saw Valerie cover him with his weapon, and whether or not he did it on purpose, Jean gave a thumbs up.

Rai crouched down into a sprinters stance, eyes locked on a vampire who was about to slip past the newcomers barrier. Rai takes a deep breath in order to steady himself, Let's do this Saki! Rai takes off sprinting towards his target, his own speed amplified by Saki. With a shout, Rai brings both of his gauntlets up to impale the vampire in his abdomen. He quickly shakes the corpse off of his gauntlets before moving to cover the newcomer's back, lashing out at another vampire who was about to break through. "Everyone still alright?" Rai asks.

He shakes his head and pulls back toward the group, getting ready to support them and protect them with his ring instead of the solo fighter. His mission was to save many over a single person, so he was going to commit to that. Cheren quickly regroups with them and opens up his jacket more so that even more knives flew out and made the circle extend up to 15 meters...his fingers starting to drip blood onto the ground. Cheren's wolves kept "biting" and eating the vampires as the knives kept swirling around the group he was trying his best to protect or support...though one or two of those wolves rotated around himself to at least parry blows instead of killing. He was just trying to set up kills instead of taking the vampires out since it's better to delay them instead of finishing them off at the moment.

"...more coming. Saw earlier. Can't last...retreat was the order. Someone...talk to sword man...please. We...go now. Before more come."

Mita nodded at the advice Valerian gave. She eyed the other members of the group before she added on,"Don't separate to far. " With that she held up her weapon,"No vampire will be left standing." She mumbled under her breath before she ran towards them. Once in distance she swung her sword,catching one off gaurd, scraping there skin below there neck. She took a. step back and used her demonic weapon,a sword, to wip around a few more. This time the attack was blocked. She instantly jumped back realising this. Doing this she barely dodged another sword that would of cut her arm off,instead it slashed the skin of her arm. One of the vampires laughed, she backed up from the croud but they came foward. She knew not to turn around. One lunged foward,mita put her sword up to block the attack. The force knocked her over ,leaving her breathless on her back. Things were going south,fast.

Jean turned around to stab a vamp behind him, and saw Mita being overwhelmed. He dashed over and quickly impaled a vampire, but got knocked over by another. He continued to power through, eventually making his way to Mita. "Need some help?" He grinned, and quickly spun around to cut a vampires leg, almost separating it. He finished it off with a stab through the chest. "This is great, huh? I'll stay with you, Geng can heal wounds."

Cheren just does one...long look...at the group that immediately just charged into the fray. Sure he did so in the beginning but he really wants to retreat, the vampire's forces were going to be increasing soon enough. Looking at the group...to notice that one lady was being swarmed, the one in the tree was providing enough support from afar, the gauntlet person supporting his side, and the charging swordsman who went off into the crowd.

No fighting for...two days after this.

He quickly pulls up his sleeves of his trench coat and more strings wrap around his arms that immediately began to bleed. However, this led to a maximum of 19 knives (Wolves attached to the strings) and his circle's line extended to a final 20 meters. He tries his best to be in the middle of the entire mess, sending out multiple knives to support the others. Sending 5 knives to the woman to block all attacks that would come at her and aid in her swings by crippling the vampires she swung at so every swing of hers struck true. Another 3 went over to the gauntlet user and constantly took out the knees of those who the gauntlet man was fighting so that his swings would have more force while aiming at a lower target. Finally, he sent two knives to protect the sharpshooter and one knife at the swordsman so that he wouldn't be blamed for not supporting him either. However, the rest of the knives either circled around himself or rotated around to take down high priority targets he believed would be dangerous...though his defenses were slowly crippling.

"...closer. They're getting closer. Escape...soon. Defenses...breaking."
