Marc is usually popular with most people, though he has a little trouble with girls on occasion. He loves the thrill of a battle, whether it’s him at the advantage, which is usually the case, or someone else. However, when he fights he becomes a monster. Unrelenting, brutal, vicious, and incredibly effective would be the best traits to describe him with, that or just outright murderous. If he gets the opportunity and learns another’s technique he won’t use it on them, but he’ll sure as hell counter it in a painful way.
History:
Marc was born to an upper middle class family of two Neurosurgeons. His father was Japanese and his mother was American. Due to the clash of culture and life in a privileged environment, that when he was six and was asked to choose a hobby, Marc chose to follow a path that both of his parents could be proud of. Martial arts. His father being Japanese was very respective of the discipline and the hard work it took to achieve it, and his mother thought the competitive aspect would be a healthy thing for her son to partake in.
Marc was then enrolled in several different martial arts programs. Eskrima (Filipino blade fighting, hapkido, tae kwon do, kendo, and grappling. Marc proved to be more than just a natural at these disciplines. He was a prodigy. Marc discovered that he was able to replicate a move perfectly after seeing it only once, and by the time he was eight, his reaction time was so fast that he broke the world record.
Marc embraced these powers and used them to rise in the martial arts world. However, despite his success, he was very down to earth and humble, enjoying the challenge and not the win. His motto is “Whenever you do something give it your all and be happy. Winning isn’t important.” With this motto, Marc trains every day, despite not needing to. He also applied this philosophy in school, ending up valedictorian of his class and enrolling in Stalwart University.
