@JoshieWhat happened to Ian's Carbomb? I rolled for that and wanted to pen an opportunity for my ally, I think.

Also, is this Sai we're dealing with or something else

Edited. I left it vague enough that those of you taking advantage of the opening can add unique details to the narrative.

@JoshieI think original villain is better and seems less random, though I'm curious by that 'I'm free' line

In my head, I'm thinking along the lines of someone who was trying to hack into the computers and have broken free to do so.

-has no idea what's going on, or how two people who have been in the area before could have accidentally not gone to the actual control room-

The way I see it... the butthole adults tricked/lied to keep Andrea and Alex in the sim without them knowing... only it backfired.

Okay, so I feel like this should go without saying, but just to be totally, completely, one hundred percent sure; these civilians are not real, correct? I mean, they're solid light holograms capable of hurting us, sure, but they aren't flesh and blood human beings, or, at least, Alex doesn't think that they are, yeah? Because it would be responded to differently by her if they are, I mean realistically she's capable of just ripping human equivalents (size, strength, toughness, whatever) to literal bits if she wants to, and would be willing to light up holograms with what to biological organisms would constitute lethal force without question, but she would not be willing to harm random people and thus would, to be sure, react rather differently. Again, though, I obviously think they're not human beings, as I assume Alex also believes, seeing as they seemingly came from out of nowhere, but I'm just making sure that these holos didn't feel the need to open the literal door and walk in like normal humans would have to, but rather simply materialized in the control room and assaulted a couple teenagers without provocation beyond poor taste in music before I proceed with my post. @Joshie

Also, I have this idea that some computer virus ala Riley's pr@n habit has gotten into the computer mainframe, courtesy of Alex's bluejack, and has now become sentient, --, and now that I write that down on paper have developed serious concerns about the concept of a sentient computer pr@n virus which finds itself capable of manifesting physical form. Good luck @Tengri, @Hyper Harlequin, @Grey, and @Raijinslayer but I think Alex will be taking Andrea out through the front door now. She promises to call the IT guys down to help you in a bit, though. ;) @Ermine she's not really gonna call IT...

Yep. Hardlight Holograms. :)

And do you really think it would be as easy as walking out the front door? Please, like I overlook thatItotallyoverlookedthat.

Err meh gerd, guys, work has been way busy this week. D: I'm working on getting posts up in everything tonight, sorry about the delay. Tomorrow will be super busy, too, but I have the day after that (Saturday) off, so it should be regular posting tonight and Saturday. @Joshie @Ermine @Tengri @Raijinslayer @Grey

EDIT: To be safe, considering I don't know what exactly firing lasers at the computer qualifies as roll-wise, and I feel a case could be made for directly engaging enemies, unleashing powers, and trying to defend her teammates, I'm just going to roll 2d6 and if it's Danger mine's -1, Freak is 0, Savior is +2.

In this case, it would be directly engaging a threat (she is fighting the projections that are going against her and Andrea.

That would make your roll an 8 and you get to pick one of the following options:

• resist or avoid their blows
• take something from them
• create an opportunity for your allies
• impress, surprise, or frighten the opposition
