*Neric would watch the two, raising his arms and head slowly after a moment. Looking at the two people coming out, his arms retracting and the dark cloud covering over his head. The cloud slowly shrinking down till it's a small form at the ground, Neric coming out of the small cloud as a cat. Walking slowly over as James approaches him too, petting the Void as he looks back at everyone and over at Cecilia as he sighs* "I'm truely sorry..." *Neric curling up at his feet after a moment, James looking down at him and sighing. The Void not moving as it speaks* "I over reacted... I just don't want another to die if I can help it..." *The Void going quiet as James just kneels down and pets him, him sighing and waiting for what reaction he'll get. Wondering if everyone will scold him and Neric for acting out, he's used to it. He's already pondering where they'll go next if they are kicked out for this. The little Void shaking a bit against his hand*

"Oh Neric..." Helena said when the little shadow cat admitted his fears. She didn't know what happened with James and Neric, but whatever it was it traumatized Neric. "Maybe I overreacted too. We all her scared sometimes," Helena said. She held out her hand to the shadow cat, nonverbally asking for permission to pet him.

Cecilia could only watch helplessly as her friends, if she even had the right to call them that after this was over, nearly came to blows. Soon the world around her faded into obscurity, nothing registering as perceptible except for the all consuming void. The darkness and its otherworldly current and flow seemed to beckon in a way that seemed to hypnotize her, taunting her though fully knowing that she couldn't move out of fear.

Cecilia? [relieved sigh] There you are. You've had me worried... Hm? Asleep?... [chuckles] Alright then, up we go.

[sleepy moans] Uh... Daddy?

Hey sweetheart. Back at it again, eh?

Can you tell me what's so amazing that keeps you stargazing? [soft laughter]

What?

Just an old song... Cece, I'm not going to tell you to stop this, but can you at least pick a spot nearby? You scared me half to death earlier.

I'm sorry... This was the best spot. So I could hear them.

Hear what? The night sky? There's nothing out there.

Yes there is daddy. The stars. They're my friends.

But sweetheart. Stars are just inanimate gaseous objects. They can't do or say anything.

Yes they can. They told me not to be afraid, that mommy is safe... and that one day she'll return to me.

[sigh] Cecilia... You can't honestly believe that, can you?

The conflict, for now, had subsided. But Cecilia felt numb, hearing nothing. It took all her strength just to keep standing, and now that was gone. She fell to her knees, her legs sprawling to the sides as she realized what had happened and how powerless she felt to do anything about it. She had failed. Of what did everything she said and did amount to. The unknown. When it truly mattered, when faced with it and all its dark uncertainty, she froze. Her hands fell flat on the midday grass, her head sunk low, facing the ground. A familiar sting wore away at her eyes until she honestly couldn't take it anymore. Tears accumulated on her cheek until they gained enough volume to drop to the ground. She was silent, plenty of practice. No one was hurt in the traditional sense. But could she genuinely expect to look anyone in the eyes after this. Yes, someone didn't belong in this camp. Cecilia knew the answer and the truth broke her heart.

Mystery stood there behind his sister unsure what to do, "Ummm Sis?

Spirit looks down at her brother, "Yes Brother?"

"I'm going to go find a friend of mine."

Spirit nods her head, "Okay. I'll stay jere and try to make some friends. If anything happens please tell me."

Mystery nods his head and runs off to Edmond still his little fox form. His tail swaying happily and his whute coat shining slightly.

Spirit sighs then turns her attention back to the group to see some girl on the ground. She quickly runs over and drops to her knees, "Hey? Are you okay?" She said shaking the girl gently.

*James would look at Helena, not stopping her and Neric certainly isn't. The little Void shaking on the ground as it's curled up, the rough, grindy feeling soon changing to soft, cat like fur if Helena did try and pet Neric. A few tears running down James's face as he keeps his eyes on Neric, feeling guilty that he couldn't stop Neric in the first place. Not even looking at Helena as he speaks* "I'm sorry Helena..."

*James sighs as he hears the little girl walking over to Cecilia, watching for a moment before looking away. He didn't think she would talk to him after this, maybe she understands but Neric did threaten people when he got set off. Sighing softly as he Looks at Helena* "I shouldn't dare ask this of you after this... but can you tell Cecilia sorry for me afterwards?" *He feels guilty about the situation, looking at Neric again. The Void soon stopping with his shaking, but still curled up*

@The1Rolling1BoyCecilia could hear Spirit and felt herself being nudged. However, she wasn't up for responding for a minute or so, her own state of well being not her foremost concern at the moment. Yet she knew she had to say something. The struggle came in deciding the earliest possible moment to respond. The voice was less than familiar, but she still felt as though she would need to check, so she tilted her head and peered up through a opening in her hair. "Yo-..." she managed before deciding to breathe in and try again. "You're Mystery's sister...?" Cecilia's face fell short of direct eye contact, but wasn't quite towards the ground either. "I don't know... I just realized... (panged gasp) that I'm afraid...! and I don't know what to do...!" she revealed miserably before returning her gaze to the grass, admittance sending her to another quiet fit.

She could hear James. She wasn't interested in any apology on his part. If anything, sentiments of guilt towards her condition would only aggravate her disparity. As far as she's concerned, this was bound to happen. Just an eventuality of her willing obliviousness to the real world and her cowardice when it shows itself.

His fire unleashed and burned his shirt and jacket to a crisp, leaving his pants because they were fire proof. His flames almost burned Helena, but they soon died down till only one of his hands were scorching with flames. "Sorry!" His breathing was hitched as he looked at Spirit who was being snuggled by Mystery. He did not mean to scare the girl, but why wouldn't you be scared of a stranger holding you? He moved to set one of his burning hands onto his bear cheast and breathed in deeply, letting the air take over. Suddenly James, Neric, and Cecilia rush in and they all had a curious and bewiled look on there faces. He was about to say something but Helena had already explained. His eyes then traveled to the ashes that were now lettered around him. He frowned at his aragens and huffed, "And I really liked that jacket to." He came to the camp but didn't wear his fire proof shirt because he thought he could handle it. But a least he wore his fire proof pants.

Helena ran her hand over Neric's fluffy fur. "Oh you're so adorable," she cooed, loving the feeling of the Void's fur. She looked up to James as the tears slipped down his cheeks. "It wasn't your fault," Helena said, though she could never be 100 percent sure of this. She wasn't sure in what ways James and Neric were connected, but that didn't matter. "Besides, I've been needing a reason to transform. So thanks," she said with a slight chuckle. She then looked back at the cat and chuckled, running her hand along his flank, "Thank you too, I know you were trying to help." In all honesty, Helena was glad to see Neric friendly again. If he hid in James's scar she wasn't sure if she would trust him much. "Yeah, I'll tell Cecilia, don't worry about it," she assured. The girl looked at her arm. It was slightly red from Edmond's ignition, but it definitely wasn't a burn. It was awesome seeing his powers in affect, even if that did mean he lost his favorite jacket. At least we know what he'll want for Christmas she laughed in her head.

Valencia saw Cecilia falling on the ground and imideatly jumped out of the tree. She ran to her friend the balls followed. "Cecila are you oke??" She said with a loud voice almost jelling. She saw that some others were already near Cecilia. She sighted as relieve that Cecilia was fine. Well not really fine as before Cecilia was dozing as if she was dreaming about something. Valencia walked closer to her. "Cecilia, how are you feeling?" she asked with a softer voice.

*Neric would slightly purr as Helena continued to pet him, him still curled up as he looks up at her. Looking her face over as he speaks up quietly* "Yes it was, I got paranoid and acted too quickly. But if you want to believe that it is your choice." *Neric looking to James and then to Cecilia, his tail twitching a bit as he looks at James again* "James, go to her. I'll be fine." *James looking at Neric, then over at Cecilia as he sighs softly. He was still feeling bad about the situation as he slowly gets up, leaving Helena and Neric to each other.*

*James would slowly make his way over to Cecilia, seeing everyone mostly converging on her as he kneels down next to her. Seeing her looking the way she did didn't make him feel any better, speaking up softly once Valencia asked and if Cecilia responded. Trying to be respectful to them, speaking softly after* "C-Cecilia? Are you ok...?" *He didn't go to her first thing when Neric was who he was at the time, as much as he wanted to tell her straight away while it was going... he couldn't unless he wanted others to be harmed due to his Void. Wiping away a few tears as he tries to comfort her as best as he could, but not know what to do in this situation*

Spirit looks at everyone then at the guy in front of her, "Would you like to comfort her, Sir?" She gave him a soft smile and patted a spot next to her, "My name is spirit by the way. I'm Mystery's twin" She giggled looking around at everyone

Mystery looked up at Edmond and turned back into a human but still had the tail and ears, "Hi Ed... So uhhh What would you like to talk about?" He asked awkwardly trying to start a conversation with him. The ears perked up slight and he gives him a soft gentle and warm smile.

Helena continued to pet the shadow cat. "Well, maybe it is your fault, but you don't have to worry about it too much. We all get scared and act in out instincts, whether what we did was right it wrong. Besides, no one got hurt, right? I'm not sure how Ceclia is feeling," Helena said and looked to the girl. Maybe people surrounding her right now wasn't what she needed. "But everyone else seems okay. I think James is taking care of Cecilia, everything is okay." She continued to pet the cat, even massaging his paws a bit. She always loved playing with animals and supposed her connection to them. "Oh you are just so adorable like this, Neric."

Cecilia admitted to herself that her words earlier to Spirit were on the cryptic or oversimplified side. Yet at the moment, she doubted that saying anything would make any difference. Would she understand? Could anyone? Perhaps, to some extent. Valencia and James soon came to her; she recognized their voices. It wasn't as though she abhorred their concern, but she felt as though she couldn't have been more embarrassed. Now aside from being useless, she was causing them to worry.

She might have been relieved that Helena and Neric didn't come over if it wasn't for her reasoning that perhaps the reason for them staying away was that they didn't want to upset her. This is it... Whenever they look at me, they'll just see another person who couldn't handle the sight of what makes them special... This thought she entertained could easily be attributed to nearly everyone. Would they treat her differently from now on? Careful to not be themselves, lest she cower and cry again? Is that what lied in store for her? To continue being sheltered? Cecilia gritted her teeth. Never again. She'd sooner leave this camp and everyone in it behind, than ever allow that to be the case anymore.

But did that really mean that she couldn't stay here. It certainly felt like her time in this camp was over. Her mind considered the option of leaving at night when everyone else would be asleep. However, doing something like that felt like admitting defeat. She might not be able to live with herself if she did that. "I'll be fine soon..." she finally said weakly, lifting her head partially, though not making eye contact with either of the three, not feeling up to it quite yet. "I'm... s-sorry... for making everyone worry so much..." Her words were still a little broken up as she fought to say that much. Her left hand gripped her other arm as she held both over her chest. She wasn't sure what else she could say, and although she appreciated their sympathy, she would understand if they decided to leave her.

Spirit smiles, "Good because I honestly would like to talk to you one on one if possible. Don't worry it's nothing bad." She giggles and pokes the girl's nose gently, "Boop!" She moved some hair out of her face and looked around at everyone, "That's if it's okay with you guys if I talk to her in private"

*James would hesitantly rub her shoulder, shaking his head as she apologized for making people worry about her. He didn't wanna take that laying low, he spoke up as he kneeled next to her. His voice calm and relaxed* "Cecilia, after what happened I think we all are worried regardless... I mean if we didn't care would we be seeing if you were ok?" *James wasn't feeling good at all about what happened, seeing how everyone was now. Neric got set off and now he and James are paying the price, he didn't even know if Cecilia would trust him after this or anyone else for that matter. Neric just showed a more powerful and rather terrifying part of him, a part that they both knew about but tried to keep down. Looking at Spirit, then at Cecilia before Spirit again before nodding slowly. Sighing as he speaks* "Ok. I'm sorry again Cecilia and I feel bad about this all..." *Him nodding to Spirit as he backs up, looking around before finally just walking over and sitting down against the cabin wall*

*The Void would continue to purr softly, looking up at Helena as he speaks up but only loud enough for her to hear* "Well, thank you. It's better then the other form, I remember only a few times I had to revert to that form... one of them vividly in my memory. I remember them, Granger..." *Neric would go quiet as he thinks on this, letting Helena pet him for a bit more before speaking up* "If you meet a guy named Granger, wearing a black trench coat and a spiked bracelet... I'd advise you to stay away from him... Me and James made the mistake of trusting him, he and his Void can't be trusted even if they seem friendly enough. Though it seems I'm the only Void that is friendly as far as it seems anymore." *Neric getting up and rubbing his head against Helena's hand, rather happy of her trying to cheer him up*

Helena's smile became wider when Neric rubbed against her hand. "So you're the only friendly Void you two know of?" Helena asked. "I'll remember Granger, don't worry." She wanted to ask more about Granger, but wasn't sure if that would overstep her boundaries. The girl instead opted to to ask, "So you two have met other Voids, right? What are they like? I know they aren't so friendly, so what do they do?"

Valencia was happy to hear Cecilia react to them. She would like to know what happened to Cecilia since she was one of her first friends."Take your time, you don't have to tell if it's difficult for you." Valencia said honestly. *This could be from her powers or from her past that still haunts her, I could see why she wouldn't say it to every one. Even since this is a summer camp and with fun things time flies over and before you know it you're back home, alone.* Valencia thought to her self waiting for Cecilia to answer them. Valencia sat down near Cecilia on the ground, she forgot all about the balls that where still in the air.

@The1Rolling1Boy "Well, first I need a shirt. Edmond scratched the back of his head and stood up, and put his hands into his pockets. He wasn't the most muscular kind of guys, and was more slim then anything. But He could easily sprint down a football field with out losing his breath.
He looked around and spotted his trunk full of his belongings. Ed walked over, rolled his shoulders, and pulled out a long sleeved shirt that said 'PianoMan'. He pulled the shirt over his head and put his arms into the sleeves. "There, now I'll come and sit next to yeah. Edmond walked over to were Spirit sat on the bed, and had beckoned him over to her.

Mystery chuckles and sits next to him and crosses him legs and folds his hands in his lap then sighs. "Hey didn't you ask about how anyone in my family had any other powers like fire?" He asked curiously trying to remember if he did or not. He then looks over to Edmond and gently smiles, "If you did I don't think so... I don't even remember my parents that well... They are honestly a blur in my memory."
