Personality: Mirei is a girl with very low ambition for life. She care snot for outward appearances and dresses in comfortable wear regardless of the season, and enjoys wearing clothes that can perceived as pajyamas.
Rarely caring about major problems Mirei prefers to lounge around at home, spending time reading books halfway through and sleeping her life away. Her drive to live life to it's fullest has almost disappeared. Confused when looking at the future, she turns her back on steering her life and hides in a stagnant state of bordem.
When getting involved with Digimon she becomes more excited and uses it as way to meet new people, a simple hobby that she's extremely good at. Not one to boast or brag she treats it as mere game and encourages people to play with her and have fun. It's rare that she chooses to interact with others outside of a Digi-Game battle, unless they were extremely fun to play with.
Despite her grey visioned sights on life, she does enjoy interacting with others as it makes her feel a little alive to interact with other sentient beings. Her favorite things to do in social gatherings is gossip-monger, tease and chat about mainstream media. In situations of panic, she can be helpful - despite her heart racing at the speed of light, she even knows CPR and know's how to follow orders.

Background:
Mirei was born in an average house hold, to two older parents and a brother that left her in his shadow for the most part of their lives. The siblings were close, as close as competitive siblings could be. The duo were constantly trying to out over-achieve each other. Be it sports, academics or hobbies. It was all the way through her schooling life until her brother graduated. She then had nobody to compete with anymore, her drive died down only a little, she still focused on her studies and other activities, but she was doing them to best her brother in the first place, now she did them because she was stuck with no direction.
After finishing school her drive for living died down as she had no direction to steer herself once she graduated from school, unsure of the subjects she may study during University, assuming she even made it in the first place. Her brother had been off doing his own thing for long enough her Mirei to become uncertain of her future. She avoided it, lounging around at home being a burden on her parents. Pressured into finding some path in life, she one day received an spam email about some dorky card game about digital monsters.
