Title: Academy City's No. 7 Level 5; Number Seven

Appearance: A man's guts are what determines his worth!

Personality: Gunha has what is essentially the classic mindset for a tokusatsu hero: he is hot-blooded, thick-headed, and always fights for what he believes to be 'right'. This does have a tendency of getting him into trouble, though, as often times he will rush into a battle knowing nothing about the situation for the sole purpose of stopping whoever he opposes. This rashness does not imply idiocy, though; Gunha can be reasonable if the situation calls for it, but it's the need to 'trust your guts and act first' in his mind that stops it from being fully realized most of the time. Also loves quoting 'guts' as the reason behind his actions, in some way, shape, or form.

Ideals: Well, guts and justice, but mainly guts.

Biography: Gunha is the 7th-highest ranked Esper in Academy City and was trained at the Kihara Research Institute to develop his abilities. For the most part, his life was that of a normal student within Academy City, save for the fact that he is one of the most well-known figures within. His desire to intervene for the sake of others, though, is a good reason as to why he's become wrapped up in some of the city's larger incidents and has been part of the reason as to why a few of them have been resolved as a result.

Powers: As a Gemstone and one of the top espers in Academy City, Gunha's potential arsenal is... Rather large. The most relevant of this set is listed below.

• Super Strength: Gunha can throw things a fair distance; for example, he launched a certain spiky-haired misfortunate high school student down a long path towards their target. Reasonably, this can be extended to punching and/or kicking things. Repeatedly.
• Pain Resistance and Increased Healing Factor: Gunha doesn't really FEEL much pain from most normal attacks and can shrug off things like, say, gunshots. Having resisted one of Misaka's larger lightning strikes and having caught one of her famous Railguns with his teeth, Gunha doesn't really care about that. He can also forcefully reconnect broken bones and staunch bleeding with, as he puts it, 'guts'. He can still feel pain, though; it's just the smaller stuff that really doesn't faze him.
• Explosion Creation: In classic tokusatsu hero fashion, Gunha can create explosions of various types for different circumstances. These can be used to make a dramatic entrance or for more practical, combat-oriented purposes. Usually the former, though.
• Attack Crash: Gunha takes a deep breath, assumes a karate stance, dramatically opens his eyes and yells out the name of his signature move before launching a punch at his intended target. With enough force to damage a target over ten meters away, this attack is able to break through large chunks rubble (and possibly more). Gunha claims it to be psychokineis, but the truth is that even the scientists within the city don't understand how it works.
• Aurora Guard: In a similar fashion to his 'Attack Crash', Gunha shouts the words 'AMAZING PUNCH GUARD' and... Well, punches projectiles to the ground. Though it's not a perfect defense, it can also deflect projectiles that have no real tangible form, such as electricity or lasers.
• Enhanced Physical Capabilities: Aside from his super strength, Gunha can also move at superhuman speeds, jump absurdly high, and... Can shout loud enough to create a shockwave that can break a fall.

Weapons: THE POWER OF GUTS!
...So, really, just his fists.

Equipment: He has a bandanna and a jacket. Also the clothes on his back. That count?

Universe of Origin: Raildex (A Certain Magical Index/ A Certain Scientific Railgun)

Is there any way for characters who need to resupply equipment in some way to do so? Say a character has something they can only get from their setting, can they get more of it?

I've got a character I like to use in these RPs. Would a toon-power character be too much for you? (Even if they're technically a demon)

Could we be a character from this dimension? Do we have to be a human? IF the character from whichever piece of media we choose is dead, can it be un-dead? Sorry, just asking what the options are.

I don't think "hyperbole" is generally treated as a character ability before a writing technique.

• Name: Hana Song
• Title: D.Va(I mean it's not her real name)
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: "MVP: D.Va!" Can't find an official height, but she seems to be about 5'1 or so.
• Personality: Hana Song, commonly known as D.Va, is a rather cocky and arrogant girl who always plays to win. She is highly confident in herself, and has a rather deep affiliation for flaunting her skills and abilities. She dislikes losing immensely in any context, be it in video games or in real life when piloting her MEKA. She's also rather cheerful and upbeat, cracking game-reference jokes brightly. This helps her keep her generally cheery mood, along with her self-confident attitude. D.Va is a pretty big fan of a wide variety of video games and other media, though she excels at Starcraft to the point of being a professional player in her home country of South Korea, and the top-ranked Starcraft player worldwide. While she is arrogant and cocky, D.Va is also dedicated to her duties as a MEKA pilot, namely repelling the omnic that repeatedly threatens her home country. To say she shies away from the fame that this role gives her would be a lie, as she even streams her missions for her fans worldwide. That being said, she also works hard with her fellow MEKA pilots, and desires to defend South Korea and everyone living there. Even though she's willing to work as a team for sure, D.Va is still cocky and arrogant. But at least she knows how to work as a team.
• Ideals: Playing to win, defending what she cares about.
• Biography: Hana Song has been an avid player of Starcraft, and may other video games, since childhood, following in the footsteps of her father. She developed a great deal of skill in playing such games, and by 16 she became the top Starcraft player in the world. She proceeded to successfully defend her title for the next three years, and in the process earn fans worldwide. Basking in the fame, her skills caused her to become drafted into the South Korean army's MEKA program, in order to combat the omnic that continually threatens the country. In spite of never previously having combat experience, D.Va took to the position quickly due to her fast reflexes and became quite a successful pilot, even streaming her missions for her fans. All this successful combat experience and those fast reflexes have made her an excellent candidate for a certain international peacekeeping organization formed of exceptional individuals...
• Powers: D.Va has fast reflexes and good aim. However, on her own, she's a small girl without much defense aside from her light pistol. She's very light on her feet as well.
• Weapons: D.Va carries a light pistol which can be quickly reloaded and do a decent amount of damage to enemy targets, provided they aren't using any form of serious protection.
• Equipment: D.Va's true asset, however, is her customized MEKA. Equipped with powerful jump jets, twin fusion cannons, a multi-layered defensive shield capable of blocking most forms of damage from the front for a period of time, and an adorable rabbit theme, it's a threatening piece of equipment. The cannons do not require reloading and can fire bursts of projectiles that tear apart foes, armored or otherwise, at close range. At longer ranges, their effectiveness falls off, and firing them does slow down the MEKA, and the defense matrix stops her from firing. As a last resort, D.Va can trigger the MEKA's self-destruct system, explosively killing anything near the robotic weapon after ejecting D.Va so she can escape to a safe distance. However, as she cannot replace her MEKA easily in another world, she is unlikely to use this feature.
• Universe of Origin: Overwatch

• Name: Sakura Kyouko
• Title: N/A
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: "I'll kill you if you waste food."
• Personality: Kyouko is a rough, abrasive girl with a rather selfish attitude. She has no qualms about stealing food or other items, and feels that it's simple fact that she has to do whatever she can to get by. She's something of a tomboy, and her taste in fashion makes her come off looking rather like a delinquent(which is not an entirely inaccurate assumption given how she acts). She is also somewhat obsessed with food, carrying snacks on her person at nearly all times and frequently seen eating. And eating. And eating. Kyouko eats a lot. In spite of her selfish, abrasive attitude, Kyouko has a softer side that sometimes comes out. A girl who sometimes remembers she wanted to help people, a girl who likes stories that, no matter how bad things get, have a happy ending. As a result, even if she initially tends to treat them like idiots, Kyouko has a soft spot for people who want to help others, deep inside her. Due to certain events in her home universe, her softer side is now more likely to come out. However, this doesn't change the fact that she's often abrasive and rough towards others, and still quite selfish.
• Ideals: Working for herself, trying not to be obvious about working to help others.
• Biography: A girl who suffered tragedy after becoming a magical girl, which formed her current worldview. Due to a chain of events, one that massively effected the world, she now has more company and likely a brighter future, even in her eventual death.
• Powers: Kyouko's body is stronger and more durable as a result of being a Puella Magi. Kyouko is far more difficult to kill then a normal human, but if her Soul Gem is destroyed she will instantly die. Kyouko also possesses illusions and an enchanting ability that in action is basically being able to sweet-talk others into doing things for her, but she is as of now unwilling or incapable of using it. She sports an aggressive fighting style fueled by her equally aggressive personality.
• Weapons: A spear that can unlink itself to become almost-whip like, the segments connected by chains. The spear is highly extendable as well, and incredibly sharp.
• Equipment: Her Soul Gem.
• Universe of Origin: Puella Magi Madoka Magica

Title: Grand Confessor

Gender: Male

Appearance:


Personality: A charismatic and zealous man, who truly believes in the power of Tiberium, and the vision of Kane. Peace through power.

Ideals: To Isaac, Tiberium is the future, the way forward for humanity. Living his entire live within the brotherhood and under its teachings, his faith to Kane and the brotherhood is what drives him above all. In the face of traitors, cowards, and self-serving apostates he has stood fast, and eliminated threat after threat to the prophet's vision.

Biography: Raised in yellow zone Y-6, which was formerly the south east of the United States of America, Isaac was quick to join the brotherhood of Nod, inspired by the message of the Prophet and the chance for a better life, a better humanity. His devotion and knack for rhetoric and preaching soon saw him raised from the rabble into the priesthood of the Brotherhood of nod: The Black Hand. While the Black Hand is an organization within itself, as a Confessor, Isaac's duties have always been to lead, guide, and teach the file and rank of Nod's army. When Kane was once more thought defeated, he kept the faith alive, preaching to the disheartened and downtrodden that soon their salvation would arrive, along with their Prophet. When Kane did re-emerge after the third Tiberium war, Isaac stood by his master's decision to join GDI in an attempt to make Earth habitable once more, and denounced the traitor Gideon with terrifying zeal. One of the few of the Old Guard priesthood remaining, many began to grant him the once prestigious title of Grand Confessor. As one of the few still upholding the word of Kane and the message of Tiberium, it seemed fitting, though it was not till Kane Himself blessed the title upon Isaac that he recognized it as his own. Since gaining the title, he has fulfilled his duty of leading Nod's intelligence agents and shepherding the flock, always beholden to the path paved by his master.

Powers: Gifted orator and demagogue, able to easily proselytize and inspire people around him using the teachings of the Black Hand and his own natural charisma.

Weapons: Combat knife, 9mm sidearm, hallucinogenic grenades, and a Nod rotary rifle.

Equipment: Nod datapad with EVA, Mark 3 Nod combat armor. He keeps on his person a large chunk of tiberium stored within his censer, spreading a small cloud of Tiberium gas wherever he goes. Accompanying Isaac is his personal retinue. Three Black Hand soldiers, a Nod Shadow, and a Nod Engineer/saboteur.

Man... I'm already in another Multiverse RP based off Video games... but I ESPECIALLY know on at least one character on who to play. I've played him before in a previous RP, but after watching one certain movie recently... ho ho ho MoFo, things are gonna get LIT.
