So...this character I'm working on...exactly how does one apply to the Vortex Club? (I read that, promptly forgot it, then haven't looked at like half the posts in this thread, thinking I probably wasn't going to participate, especially at the OOC post rate)

As for the vortex club application (Just in case) It's in the OOC post, under Other.
