Here's my rough draft. Not entirely sure of how well it came out, so I'm completely open to any edits.

@Sundered Echo I have no idea what you're talking about.

@HeySeuss With @Heat also joining your team of SpecForce you may want to bump up and take the full 20.

@SepMy friend, would it be possible for me to have a Mandalorian squad that fights because the Empire is in its way to reforming the Mandalorian culture?

Doable. I also need to figure out what they were doing at Anaxes. I feel like they might have been providing some sort of assistance with getting the larger force out, or they provided the initial way in.

It was probably Besk's first ride with Rancor.

As a special forces unit, I'd imagine that they were either the first wave of the assault or acted as a diversionary attack, in order too draw the main force of Imperials away from the true objective.

@chayden13 that's what was what I had in mind, but I believe Seuss was wondering more in terms of what Vesk was doing on the last mission.

They probably performed site reconnaissance, identified landing zones and got a layout of the place prior to assault.

The way I see it, when the Anaxes op started to go south, they provided some sort of fire support to disrupt the Imperial reinforcements and buy time for the main force to extract. That would depend on the SpecForces guys being in U wings which have hyperdrive capability. I'm going with the idea that they were mostly calling in starfighter support and designating targets, since engaging with their own weapons would be insufficient and reveal their position. That makes a lot of sense since Besk did the recon, his team knew the terrain the best. Once the rest of Rancor was in the clear, they probably got on the U-wings and got the hell out.

Name: Ibus Trad
Age: 26
Species: Human (Onderonian)
Gender: Male
Rank: Lieutenant
Unit: 3rd Rifle Platoon, Rancor Company
Skills:
    Platoon-level Unit Tactics (Intermediate)
Can speak, write, and understand Galactic Basic Common and Onderonian
    Marksmanship Training (Intermediate)
    Close Quarters Combat Training (Extensive)
    Mountainous Terrain Tactics (Intermediate)
    Asymmetrical Warfare Tactics (Extensive)

Weaknesses:
Anxious: Despite his role and being quite content with it, Ibus suffers great anxiety due to doubt in his leadership abilities.
Dubious: As previously stated, despite his current rank, Ibus is rather doubtful in his own leadership abilities, looking to others for guidance often.
Aggressive: Being rather bloodthirsty in the heat of combat, Ibus often overstretches his troops or pushes them a little too far forwards, causing needless casualties on occasion.

Equipment:
A280 Blaster Rifle (Medium Condition)
DL-44 Blaster Pistol (Medium Condition)
Combat Knife/Bayonet
Alliance Junior Officer Uniform (Good Condition)
Alliance Ballistic Helmet w/ Ballistic Goggles
Tactical Datapad (Good Condition)
Rucksack filled with field necessities. (Good Condition)
History:
Born in 26 BBY in a mountainous and densely forested region of Onderon, Ibus lived a quiet life until the age of four, when the Clone Wars broke out. After Onderon’s king was overthrown, the horrors of the war soon came to the planet, with the Onderon rebellion and the Separatist armies clashing on the field of battle many times.

By the end of the war, the Separatists had been pushed off Onderon and the previous king was reinstated. However, the charter of the new Galactic Empire left many people on Onderon bitter, and even more so when the Empire constructed a massive supply depot on-planet.

The spark of rebellion flashed once more and bands of Onderonian warriors trained by the previous generation struck at Imperial supply lines. Among these young guerilla fighters was Ibus. In one such raid, Ibus’ section leader took a fatal wound and Ibus took charge, rallying the twelve other fighters and going on to complete the objective while minimizing further losses.

This earned him a promotion to section commander over fourteen other fighters, in which he led in six other successful raids and only suffered two losses and three wounded. Two more years passed and many other raids saw Ibus gain command of his own platoon. He led them through a mere two more operations before further up the chain, the Rebel Alliance offered him a formal commission. As he accepted he was assigned to Rancor Company, in hopes to bring new blood into the unit.

Now, commanding a group of fresh and eager troops, Ibus and his platoon are in a new environment and are prepared to follow each and every order they receive.

@POOHEAD189 Your character appears to be an infantryman, yet you mentioned he was in First Squadron. That is confusing to me. If he is an Infantryman, which platoon is he in? My Captain Mosh Karada has 1st Platoon with 26 soldiers, CaptainBritton's Lieutenant Ibus Trad has the 3rd Platoon with (46) soldiers, and I would like to reserve 12 soldiers for the Company Headquarters, which leaves 16 dudes for the Second Platoon. I have asked CaptainBritton to accept smaller numbers. Maybe his Lieutenant is brand new to the unit, but his platoon was involved with the recent action on Anaxes? That would be appropriate. I have not heard back from him yet.

You can always jump in with any one of the three platoons with a squad of infantry. All I ask is that you use the organizations we have already created. Thank you, sir and Welcome aboard.

I have an idea. Let's say, we include a small platoon of Mandalorians as shock troops. This way CaptainBritton can retain his 45 soldiers and I can reserve 12 for the Company HQs as well as the 26 I've spoken for, for Captain Karada's platoon.

Company Headquarters - Major Tavik - 6 men
Sniper Section - Senior Sergeant Bobec Felidron - 6 men
First Platoon - Captain Karada - 26 men
Third Platoon (or Second?) - Lieutenant Trad - 45 men
Second Platoon (or Third?) - Lieutenant Soda - 16 men

If CaptainBritton can go with fewer soldiers on hand, it would leave more available to Soda's platoon.
And Poohead, I have never met a Captain who was a Squad Leader. I have met Captains who were Company Commanders, Platoon Leaders and Staff Officers. I have even heard of Captains commanding Battalions because everyone at Battalion staff and command level was dead, but never leading a squad. That is an NCO's job. A squad leader could be a Corporal or a Sergeant, but never a Captain or a Lieutenant.

@POOHEAD189@CaptainBritton

Unless of course, your Mandalorian is a Fighter Pilot? which totally disagrees with the rest of your CS.
