You know what I hate? When you get those condescending RPers who 'speak for the GM' when they arent around.

Like "If it were my RP, I'd make sure every player provided a sample post before approval".

Seeing people with really neat CS's that have good grammar/spelling, then looking at their posts and seeing one to three lines (in Casual, mind you) that are complete trainwrecks in terms of spelling and grammar.

It makes me feel so...misled.

It makes me feel so...misled.


I think it's the same phenomenon as is responsible for sexless marriages, tbh: you try really hard to win them over, but once you've succeeded, you feel like you don't have to try anymore. You've already won, after all.

@pugbutter While I dont agree with her status, I think your critique could do without calling her a bunch of vicious and disgusting names.

Because we're not so fucking vapid and dumb that we have to interpret disagreements as personal insults.


I dont see any personal insults in her status, but I see a disproportionate amount of flaming on your end. Again, you have every right to disagree with the status and bitch about it. But this is just coming off as nasty and bit desperate to be edgy and sweary. Be a little mature about you differences of opinion please.

@Garattee Nah, son, that's not what this thread is for. It's for calling rancid cunts rancid cunts without dragging their names through the mud. It's flaming which the mods overlook because it keeps the aforementioned rancid cunts anonymous.

Doing it here, in a controlled environment created specifically for bitching, is a lot better than trying to turn it into a public issue first by gossiping about it behind my back to your friends (she admitted to doing this), and then whoring the situation out on the status feed for easy Likes.

You're basically telling me to go back there and start the argument up all over again, so I think you're having trouble seeing the forest when there are so many trees in the way.

@pugbutter Again with the nasty name calling, it just looks childish, the thread is for bitching about general hangups and issues you have with Roleplays and what roleplayers do. Not to clearly target one single individual and attempt to drag 1x1 PM issue into a thread.

No one is saying you cant complain, but there is a difference between "what some RPers do sometimes" and "I have an ongoing issue with this individual". And while you may have blanked the name out, any of the 10 people who liked that status are going to know exactly who you are talking about, as well as the rest of us who have memories longer than a couple of days. You took it to far, you are in the wrong.
