Max was oblivious he could tell when someone was studying him. "so what have you found out about me sense you have been studying me the whole time" max said as he looked up at Valencia putting the color pencils down.

Cecilia silently considered what Edmond said. "... Yeah, I suppose you're right. And maybe learning and mastering my power might give me more confidence," she reasoned aloud with increasing optimism, looking over at Ed and smiling thinly. From Ed, she hazarded a view of Helena. "Helena, I really don't want you be careful around me just because of what happened. Is that alright?" Cecilia asked sincerely, knowing the significance of her answer.

Helena gave a wide smile at seeing Cecilia's coming around. "Yes, that's perfect," she said, unable to wipe her grin away. "Maybe we can help you out with your powers," Helena suggested, though she wasn't exactly sure how they could. Even so, at least offering the support could be appreciated, even if their support wasn't much.

"Thanks for offering, though I'm insure how you can. My powers can get kinda dangerous at times. Even I don't know how far they go," Cecilia said, relieved to see Helena smiling at least. She momentarily glanced passed everyone and at Neric, who was perched at a window. She imagined that if Neric was by himself, it would be for a reason. With that in mind, it may be best if she doesn't force the issue. Back to the matter at hand, her mind was pretty much made up, but she did think it sweet of them to see how she was doing. They were good friends to her. The next few days would be about proving she could be one to them in turn.

Edmond grins as he begins to eat his Cinnamon roll, then gets a thought in his head. Edmond finishes his Cinnamon roll and asks James, "So James after this do you what to have a competition? Like a sparing match to test Neric and yourself? Edmond had whanted to know what Neric and James could do from the start and Edmond was itching for something to do. Edmond grinned widely as he thought of how James and Neric work together.

"Ya, we can all help eachother out with what we need worked on. I mean I don't know what much I can do to help but I will help." *James said as he smiles at the three of them, happy that Helena and Cecilia could work it out. Looking at her with a smile, though curious what she was thinking about for him and Neric. He'll have to ask later when they could talk on their own, James knows that Neric could be a very delicate matter to talk about. Though he was more then happy to help them all* "Though I will say Helena, if it was any other Void... doubt you would be as brave. They like to warp their forms to be scarier to others." *James said as he chuckles, looking back at Cecilia as he speaks again* "And I'll help you however I can, even if it's just to talk one on one even." *He chuckles very softly and shortly, wishing he knew what exactly to do to help her as his focus goes to Edmond. Surprised a bit as his want to see them in action* "Are you sure? I mean if Neric fights it's going to be all out most of the time. He doesn't know very well how to "have fun" with a baggering of a fight, though he is learning."

"Whatever you're comfortable with," Helena said in response to Cecilia's mention of the danger of her powers. Yeah, messing with your powers, especially powers like Cecilia's and even Edmond's powers could not only be tricky, but dangerous if not controlled properly. Once James mentioned other Voids, Helena shrugged, "If I get hurt or worse protecting others then it was worth it, even if it only served as a distraction while others escaped." These words brought up memories of several occurrences. Whereas she never went up against anything supernatural, not including Neric, she had been through a few fights with weapon wielders, including knives, bats, and knuckles in order to protect others. Whereas she tended to not talk about this, it wasn't exactly a secret. If anyone asked, she would tell them without hesitation.

The mention of James and Neric sparring against Edmond snapped her back into reality. The prospect of Neric fighting "all out" would be amazing to see, but against Edmond? "Maybe Neric could sit on the sideline of your fight so no one seriously gets hurt?"

Edmond frowned as Helena suggest Neric sitting out out of the sparring. "I understand your concern Helena, but im not just some kid wanting to pick a fight. I whant to pust James and Neric along with my self." Edmond stood up then gained his smile on his face. " So are you in? " He looked at everyone with a determine look in his eyes as he pumped his fist in the air. "Yeah! Now I can hopefully not burn my shirts anymore!" Edmond yelled!

Helena held up both of her hands, shaking them in an 'X' motion, "Oh, I didn't mean to offend you! Just wasn't sure how Neric would feel!" At his offer of joining the fight, Helena gave a smirk and a silly wink, "I don't think Neric and James are the ones you'll have to worry about in this fight." She loved sparring. Each time offered herself a chance to push herself and learn something new, even against people without powers. She had no experience fighting anyone with powers, so she was pretty excited.

*James rubbed his head as they mention it, laughing a bit as he spoke* "Well, the reason being... if any of you actually can 'hurt' him, it doesn't hurt him. It goes back on me, say Edmond tries to burn Neric's arm. He'll burn my arm instead, not like bad but it gets worse over time. Why he likes to go all out, to get the fight done and over with quickly to avoid damaging his human badly." *James nods as he looks at them, trying to tell them that any attempt to hurt Neric only backfires on James. Though he welcomes a fight, he wants to warn them how Neric may act if James is going to be the one hurting during this. Concerned that someone might get hurt, whether it be James or any of them*

Edmond quickly looks at James. "How about a nonmagic fight against you? What im trying to say is the winner of the first fight will get to fight you but with no magic. And that would mean no Neric, just fist flying." Edmond said. He smiled and patted James on the back. "But no afence but i do believe the young lady would like to sparr. And I am a gentleman so lady's first I guess. " Edmond winked back at Helena with a grin planted on his face.

Cecilia nodded mildly to James and Helena. She had never asked help from anyone, and that may be a habit that would prove hard to break. She really did look up to everyone she had met; she could see herself being strong for them and that strength might get her far for a time. But what would happen if they weren't there? Should that happen, she needed to learn to be strong on her own. All the same, she could only do so much on the first day of camp. The sickly feeling she had moments ago didn't subside completely, but she reckoned she would have felt worse if she had ditched everyone as she had considered.

Before she knew it, Edmond, Helena and even James were considering a sparring match or two among the three of them. Cecilia didn't see that coming. Although she wouldn't be the biggest supporter of the idea given what happened, it didn't seem like she could possibly hope to stop them. The potential danger loomed over her the entire time they talked about it. She didn't have a good feeling about this. But at the same time, she felt as though it wasn't her place to try and talk them out of it. Besides, witnessing a fight might be just what she needed.

She would go on to quietly sit or stand in the sidelines as audience should they follow through on the matches, granted they don't mind her being there. It may not be easy for her, but she was determined to go through with it.

Helena liked Edmond's idea of how they would set up the fights. She wasn't sure how she would fair in a power fight, but she felt good about her normal fighting styles. To her, fighting wasn't just about hurting the other person, it was about defense. She wasn't a brawler, every move she did had a purpose, even if it didn't seem like it at the time. She wondered how James's fighting skills were. Neric had lived through a lot of military lives, so he probably knew a lot of tricks. Her excitement grew with each thought that popped into her mind. Admittedly, she was a little ahead of herself since she needed to beat Edmond to get to fight James. "Alright, you promise you won't be too upset when I beat you?" Helena teased Edmond, holding up her fist in a fistbump. She then looked at Cecilia and asked, "Would you like to watch the fight? Maybe you can referee or something?"

*James smiles half-heartily as he looks at them, worried about the whole situation before looking over at Neric. The Void has been watching them it seems as he huffs once. The little Void flying over quickly and setting on James's shoulder, the Void looking at them as he speaks* "After everything that has happened today, maybe it would be best if we held this sparring for tomorrow or another day. Just so we can have some time after the events of today." *James looking at Neric, though he would like to see how they do in a spar... Neric was right. Today isn't a good day after what happened, though he looks to the others. If they wanted to then it's on them, James may join as well. Looking back at his Void as he pets it's wing gently, though if they had this fight maybe it will help each other train? Neric wouldn't say no to training but James would keep his mouth shut during this moment. Looking at Cecilia for a moment before looking away, worried that this may not be good for her either. Though maybe he is wrong about, who knows*

Edmond chuckled and came over to Helena, and laying one hand on the table as he tawored over her. "So you think you can bet the all powerful Ed?! Ha, you make me laugh." Edmond teased right back. Helena then held out her fist in a fistpump but he quickly flicked her nose instead. He stood up with his hands behind his head with a grin on his face. Suddenly Neric spoke up. He seemed pretty worried, but other wise he was right."Smart idea Neric. I mean it's getting dark and i would prefer seeing my opponent then not seeing them. So why don't we go hange in my cabin in the mean time?" Edmond asked as he moved his arms to cross over his chest. So far Edmond liked this little squad.

Helena wiggled her nose a bit after it was flicked. "Okay, now it's serious, you're not gonna win." She flicked his shoulder, and then her attention was drawn to Neric. She thought over Neric's words and agreed. "Yeah, tomorrow would be safer." At Ed's proposal of going in the dorms, Helena was about to agreed, but she realized something, "Actually, I'm not sure if girls are allowed in the boy cabins."

Valencia's face became a little red when Max literally told that he knew that she was studying him. Valencia looked down at the table. "Well, you like to have many people around you but don't say much so people don't understand you and pick on you." Valencia paused and looked back at Max. "You love to draw. Ehhm... I think that you're cute and that we have some things in common like that you are most of the time alone by your self but you want to make or to have some friends." Valencia picked her words carefully as she spoke. She didn't make a long story for it because she didn't felt the need for it. After telling what she had found out about Max to him she got curious of she was right. It were all conclusions from things she was and heard so they could be all wrong.
