Don't worry about it, it was just a minor slip up. I try my best to not be picky, but sometimes it slips out.

Initial post process has reached about the halfway point for me! I've got it all planned out, and I'm starting to casually work on getting it written out. Should definitely be good to go for Monday, unless the job training I have this weekend surprises me with something.

So for anyone interested.

Arc 1 of The Origin was approximately 787 pages long with a word count of about 341,730.

Those numbers do not count the character profiles or anything discussed in the OOC. All of that copying and pasting into good docs I just did also caused google docs to crash after about page 670. So. Just fun facts for anyone interested.

And yes, I will do this again when Arc 2 is completed because why the hell not.

@The Darklight ProjectSorry guys, I'm gonna be behind on getting the back story up. With school and wpork, it was a bit hard to find time to get back on for writitmg Drosil and Shadar's stuff, especially with other RP stuff to handle.

I've been playing a ridiculous amount of Gears of War lately, going through the entire series with a friend, so don't think I won't use one.

Alright, it begins! So, here's the game plan for how we're gonna start. First things first, I think one round of posting for the people who were in the roleplay previously would be good to get everyone situated, and to shake out whatever cobwebs that might be there. For that feel free to collab with each other, with me (like almost always any of my characters are available), or to work on your posts on your own. Once that's done, the news of the decidedly un-holiday spirit actions will reach the Capitol, and we'll go from there.

For those who are new, I've already planned with some of you on when to bring in your characters! If we haven't planned already, or you have an idea, or just aren't sure, once again we can discuss together (and in the case of connected characters, all involved parties) to figure out how to get everyone into the action as soon as possible!

Compared to the first arc, the second one will be more... straightforward, for lack of a better term. I had always planned for the events of the first arc to take about a month in character time; for the second arc, I plan for it to take about two weeks in character time.

Well, I'm free of the chainsawing, for now at least. I hope my summary is okay, couldn't think of how to phrase actual events and what not, so I just focused more on what happened in the two month break. Speaking of, Drosil is now-missing an arm and an eye, as well as having half of his face either constantly under-wraps or looking like he was spliced with a ghoul from Fallout. Shadar looks about the same, though covered in specialized bandages and splints to keep his shell from coming apart(not sure if I should have Shadar shed to heal these armor cracks at one point, or just have to wait for them to heal naturally), but at least he's going to be out and about more often.

@Atrexiel For you, since your character is set up to have been sent to the Barceans, you can go ahead and have him there if you'd like. Just come check with me about the various details as necessary, such as if you want to gloss over his arrival and whatnot, and you should be good to go!

I will be messaging you some time today, @The Darklight Project. Just to be certain where a fair starting point would be.

Might we propose a plan for the character in advance for their 2 weeks, or should we just go with the flow?
