First off, nobody is gonna die permanently if they fall of that bridge. You are assuming it based on Hohenheim's toally not reliable information, which is obviously right for your characters, since that's Hohenheim's intention but, not for you as players to count on it. What will happen if you fall there is still a mystery but, I can say that it wouldn't matter for Juno, like at all.

Read my replies to Miyu (Juno said she would fall to the void if she was dropped on tat pit) and to Omega (Juno almost drew a message in big,bold letters saying: "Look, that's my real body out there, OUTSIDE OF THE NEXUS!!!, holding the whole place together.") You realize that she falling outside of the Nexus (given that she is one of the few who can com and go as they please) won't do anything for her, right? There's a damn good reason why Juno is known as the Serpent of the World. Despite the fact that her true body being there is supposed to be a secret, and no one other than Omega having seen it.

Second, Miyu is really asking for it. I hope you don't get annoyed at what is going to happen to her on my next post. Even if you do, I can't do much to avoid it, since Miyu is being a whiny bitch and actually said out loud that she'll betray the Heavens... again. So it's her only fault.

There are some things quite wrong with your post.

1 - The bridge won't fall. Like @Lonewolf685 I don't know where you got that idea stuck on your head, but the bridge is sturdy enough for Grafdakka and Balrog to cross, there's no way it'll collapse unless Hohenheim decides to destroy it, which she won't do since it would invalidate her own experiment and all that.

2 - Ni-Mu's traps aren't explosives or even intended to damage the bridge. They fire off armor piercing shrapnel (thus Bonesword's wouldn't protect him) and wouldn't be triggered by him in first place.

3 - You realize that you flew right into an ambush by Hohenheim's creatures, outmanned and outgunned, right?

4 - You don't need to edit your post, with so many things happening at once, we can assume that Bonesword was thrown there by a n number of things. As long as you now realize the kind of situation you put yourself in, right.

On the subject of Miyu saying she's going to join another team.

No. She didn't. Unless you happen to have a mind reader. ~ ~ means thoughts. " " means dialogue. At least in my lexicon.

And if you do then it was kind of dumb to go "Wow, this person really is having a complete crisis of faith and self-worth. Let's completely ignore it and tell her to suck it up. That will definitely assure she remains loyal."

Additionally, it's quite possible that drunk people think or say things they don't really intend on doing once they sober up!

On the subject of people falling off the bridge perma-dying.

So, with your answer in mind, Omega should know that it won't kill Juno, but everyone else is acting completely in character by assuming pushing someone else off the bridge has insane strategic value. Good good.

On the subject of Bonesword should just insta-die because of all the things against him.

A. According to you, there was no explosion, so he hasn't reached the Lamia yet. They aren't gonna get him.

B. That leaves... The rain? Is that gonna get him? He could die to the armor piercing shrapnel, but considering the loss of his entire body barely slows him down, a few organs being ruptured would barely inconvenience him.

To clear up some things...

1 - Bonesword as a character doesn't know the bridge cannot be destroyed unless Hohenheim destroys it on purpose, so he's under the idea it can be destroyed (unless it was outright stated and he's just a friggin dumbass, which is entirely plausible)

2 - Going off of what @The 42nd Gecko said a bit ago, the loss of his entire body doesn't slow him down (also he has no organs, for more clarification). Coupling this with how he can take another skeleton's body, and due to my guessing that Hohenheim has some skeletons lying around in the castle, you can really only kill him by breaking his skull. If only the skull made it across, he could technically still stay in this fight although he'd probably submit to anyone who he cannot hurt.

3 - If I don't need to edit my post, he made it across that damnable bridge. Right now he's just waiting at the other side of said bridge for other Machina people to also get across, namely Ni-Mu. I don't think he is far enough in to really be ambushed.

4 - If he doesn't trigger the traps, wouldn't it just be good to assume he started running, did a stupid jump where he flipped the bird at the other side of the bridge, then continued running where he tumbled to the end of the bridge where he left the alcohol for Miyu and waited for other Machina?

I don't mean to be rude or anything of that sort, and I admit that my post wasn't good (that bridge is a clusterfuck of business), so I can understand any confusion within anything.

He may have cleared the bridge, but he did just throw himself at or, best case, over the Lamias, so he's not out of the woods yet.

And there were no skeleton planned for this castle as far as my notes went. Hohenheim likes live subjects, so unless Bonesword wants to get grisly in his corpse mutilation...

Don't forget that Dorafraki's storm ducks up with acrobatics and anyone else with two feet on the ground. Rain makes it hard to maintain footing by making the bridge slippery and the winds are strong enough to push people around if they're flying or sent flying.

And Zeruel was barreling across the bridge using his size and mass to push through.
