3 to 10 early childhood.
Tashiro was raised in a clan known as the Hokori clan. At three years old his father Jin Hokori labeled a traitor and got to death for Treason in a failed attempt to murder the Second and current third Hokage trying to seek control over the leaf village. Tashriro grew up labeled the son of a traitor.
At five years old when Tashiro wanted to join the ninja acadmey he was nearly unable to join due to his father's actions, but after heavy consideration and a lot of criticism he was allowed to be in the ninja academy. He was heavily watched throughout his studies and when he started to learn ninjutsu.
While being watched all the time Tashiro started to do his best to be at his very best all the time. Looking to impress anyone that was watching and always seemingly trying to be better than his father was. At ten he graduated from the Academy near the top of his class.
10-15 Genin Years
At Tashiro's first years as a genin, in his first squad he was assigned to he showed up with his father's sword. The sword his father used to try to assassinate the second hokage and the third hokage. Tashiro wanted to bring something good back to his clan's name and the sword that his father used to dishonor the clan.
Four years as a genin he completed every mission given to him and almost completing them all successfully, he failed fifty mission total within four years when he was brought up to Genin. During his last year he took most of the year off preparing for the Chunin Exams. During the Chunin exams he pasted them on his first try after nearly failing and being killed from extreme charka exhaustion.
The chunin finals were on his sixteenth birthday he was paired against a Uchiha in the first round, The fight lasted for an hour and a half, a battle between multiple natured jutsus, he ended up passing out after one last charge. He was eliminated in the first round but he impressed enough to be promoted to the rank of Chunin.

| Ｆａｍｉｌｙ ｂｉｏｇｒａｐｈｙ: |
The Hokori clan are a rather spread out clan. The lineage dates back past the creation of the leaf village. The Hokori clan were a small clan they started off as a small clan of servants for bigger and stronger clans. Constantly trying to improve the clan's name by improving its status through any means. Often enough the clan would try to create arrangements with other clans they would serve. They would swear their lives and services to a clan if they arrange a marriage or two between their clans to bolster their numbers. They children would be born into the higher clans.
When the leaf was founded Tashiro's clan lineage was very spread out. His grandfather was a servant/friend to the first hokage. His grandfather Jōkyū Hokori leader of a branch of Hokori clan, one of the few 'pure' Hokori clan members that wasn't born throughout clan arrangements. His son Jin Hokori was born around the same time as the second Hokage. Jin was born with Uzimaki blood as Jokyu married an Uzumaki. Jin his only son meaning he would be the next in line to lead the Hokori clan as the head of the clan.
Jin was a prodigy child, his goal was to become hokage. He on the ANBU being one of the first of his clan to move up the shinobi ranks within in the leaf forces. He had became to know the first hokage's son. Almost becoming friends, but in the ANBU forces he developed a slight rival mentality when he didn't make ANBU captain. It only got worse his rivalry turned into hatred as the second hokage was made and it wasn't him.
　
By this time his father was dead, and Jin took the head of what was left of the clan. By the time the second hokage was made his clan was so spread out that it was mostly lost through the generations. During the winter and war he showed off his remarkable skills with a sword throughout ANBU missions. Completing assassination missions getting the nickname the red assassin. Mostly due to his red hair and being found covered in the blood of his enemies. His in the ANBU assassination core is mostly blacklisted, but he killed a lot of high priority targets in the war.
Eventually the Hokori during the second hokage's reign was weakened during the war. The clan nearly spread out through many generations the purity of the clan was nearly nonexistent. Most of the clan merged into other clans. Jin wanted to keep his clan from falling apart and disappearing from existence. He came up with an idea to attempt coup d'etat. Gain his goal to become hokage and rise his clan to the highest stature in the village hidden in the leaf. He plotted to assassinate the hokage and try to force his way into power.
After the birth of his son and three days after his sons third birthday he attacked and tried to kill the second hokage and who would become the third hokage. Using his skills through the ANBU to get close and around the ANBU personal guard. He was stopped and defeated in a rather quick battle by the ANBU personal guard of the Hokage at the last-minute and three days later put to death as a traitor to the hidden leaf village. He left his son to be taken cared by the mother of his son leaving his sword and ANBU mask to his son before he was put to death.

Dreams: Tashiro dreams of bringing his clan up to something that will be remembered. He also wants to remove the stain his father's treason has put on his family's name. His Ultimate dream is the same as his fathers and that is to become hokage. Unlike his father he doesn't want to become hokage to extend his clan's name. He wants to remove the memory of his father's treason from the village.
Fears: Tashiro fears becoming like his father was someone that is obsessed with personal gain and having ambition lead to his own destruction.

ＤｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎThe jutsu/Technique infuses the power of lighting and water into Tashiro's sword boosting its destructive power. The ablity uses a rather large amount of chakra per second. The sword gets coated in a blue water lighting mixture. The water moving across the edge of the blade at blinding speeds increasing the cutting power, and enhanced by lighting. The attack can only be used for about 3 seconds at a time.
The attack is used at quick bursts of raw gale/storm power. The attack makes a loud thunderous roar as it is activated.
The huge draw back is the attack can only be currently used only once every thirty minutes. Over usage can damage the jutsu user causing burns around the hands that has to hold onto the sword

Ｄｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎ A varrent of the Rasengan execpt it is incomplete and isnt the full complete jutsu. It has a spiral of chakra but not a complete contained sphere. Its destructive ability is much less then the rasengan but it is still violent enough to do moderate damage.

Side Note- Tashiro has been trying to complete this move but hasn't been able to finish the third step into completing the attack. He wanted to learn the jutsu since it is used by the Second Hokage, he figured learning it would help towards his dreams.

Ｄｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎ: The sword is that of a katana, completely black and made of special metal that absorbs the wielders chakra rather easily and lets jutsu of the wielder flow through it. The sword's sheath/scabbard is black and red. The sword is very strong and durable, it has been pasted down between three generations before handed down to Tashiro.
