So, for starters, I'm not sure whether I want this in casual or advanced just yet.

Anyway, I would like to make a roleplay of a prison for "special cases." Basically; a prison for mutants, or magically blessed, individuals. It may be a maximum security prison, but, the guards go out of their way to keep the inmates comfortable because of their strengths.

Cells will be similar to that of an asylum: being that there are no bars, but, rooms that lock from the outside. Each cell will be an individual one, but, between lunch and dinner the inmates will be set loose to get excersize and socialize in a rather large rec room.

Though, despite their "freedoms," each individual with be strapped with a power limiter. These limiters are tailored uniquely to suppress to each individuals' powers, and, also double as a "punisher" when the individual were to get too out of control. These punishments are also unique to the individual to get maximum results.

The setting may be placed in a prison upon a small island based in America, but, it will not forever be stuck in there. Slowly, but surely, there will a prison break arranged. From that point on... The storyline is a free for all and will develop between the rpers participating in this rp.

I am looking for 2 people to play "main guards," 1 to play the "prison master(who will be the antagonist)," and at least 5 inmates who will be breaking out. If more than 5 inmates join not all will escape when the chance arrives. I would also like 1 of the guards to, hopefully, cooperate and "escape" with the inmates who do.

But, that's about all I can think of for now.

I don't think I'd want to be a prisoner but I could be a guard of some sort. Do you need a prison doctor/nurse or is it strictly guards?

You ask a good question. Because I have character idea but they would have two abilities.

How mutant are we talking here? Like, could I be a scaly skinned bruiser with a maw filled with fangs or is it, "Eh, superpowers."

@The ghost in black All I really ask is that you don't have "world destroying" powers(ex. The power to make every nuclear bomb on the planet go off at once. Poor example i know). It is an rp based in the human world after all. Your powers can be either magically or genetically gained. Or however they are gotten. Point being prisoners had "inhuman" abilities. Got in trouble. Got locked up in this "one of a kind" prison.
Keep in mind though. The more powerful or aggressive one is the less likely for other inmate or guards to trust them freely. But, theres next to no limits here. Just don't get too carried away. It isn't an inheritely "supernatural" world.

I believe this answers your question too, @Ghost Queen That's a fine idea for a character. As long as it doesn't fart anti-matter you'll be fine.

Also, @The1Rolling1Boy more than one ability is fine. Just make sure it doesn't know every power in creation.

@Sleepyhollows I don't see why not. Just remember. You'd be playing a human. In a prison full of "super powered" people. Don't expect that job to be done very frequently. I can't imagine inmates getting THAT injured aside from the brawls from time to time.

Heheheheheh my character is probably going to cause so much havoc that you meet has well kept them in a padded cell with a straightjacket on 24/7... Just don't piss them off is all I got to say. I'm currently typing my character up in my own little character topic thing, just using a rough average kind of sheet.

Okay but your telling me none of them will need medications of any sort? I think if you have a prison full of unstable persons your going to want them on medication. We'll see how it goes though! I am thrilled.

Wait... Okay my character has the ability to turn into a Dragon and they has Hell-fire breath that can be used when it both form... So how would the power limiters work for them?
