Personality: Gabe has always been a brute among his clan. From a young age, he was trained physically, expected to become a guard and hunter for his family. He often poked fun at the other kids, especially his sister, when they couldn't fly as fast or beat him in a fight. As he grew older, he became more tame, though still pokes fun at his sister for being smart.
Back Story: Gabriel and Gabriella Hawkwing were born in a hidden Avariel town atop a tall mountain. From their birth, their parents know their paths would be very different. While Gabe came out screaming and flailing, Gaby arrived with a look of confusion and wonder. The twins grew together and seperate as Gabe would be taken flying with their father and Gaby would listen and learn from her mother's reading. Because of this, Gabe learned to fly at merely a year and a half, his sister learning to speak at the same time. Then came time for his parents to travel to a nearby Elven settlement in the forest nearby. They never returned. With their parents gone and their aunt busy taking care of their cousins, it was up to the twins to teach each other.
Years passed as they continued growing closer together and farther apart. Gabe was quick to make friends with the other kids while Gaby preferred to sit in a corner and read.
After they turned 55, their age of adulthood, it was their turn to travel to the elves in the forest. Their trip to and from the settlement lasted only 5 days but they returned to find their town being engulfed by flames. They searched everywhere they could for as long as they could but found no survivors. They've been on the run since, looking for another Avariel town to take them in.
