@Greenie Alright I think I'll most likely keep things in sequence. I just don't want you guys to get bored. You always deliver eventually, so I'm not worried.

William does need something to do besides get drunk haha.

@DrunkasaurusRex Maybe this should start with William looking around for any way to rig the jousts in classic mafia style, looking around for any hedge knights seedy enough to take a dive in the lists for gambling money.

William could be the one who takes the fall for Malrik. Let's him advance in the lists but he owes a favor. Or they could have a straight contest. Just some ideas.

@Masterkeun Have at it!

@Asura A lot of the major Houses are still unspoken for. Martell, Greyjoy, Stark, and Tully aren't being played by anyone. Also the Velaryons are a pretty important House now and there are many other notable families. Or House Thenn as I think you expressed interest for. You could always be a travelling adventurer as well. A Bard, an alchemist, a merchant family with aspirations, a holy man, any variety of Essosi type characters. There's a lot of different things you could be in this world.

@MrDidact I'm not much a fan of playing or heavily interacting with canon characters, thus I'd like to avoid the main houses as a result. What occurred with the Dothraki and Dany exactly in this canon?

@Asura That's understandable

Basically, Daenerys went to Vaes Dothrak, and demanded all of the Khalasars bend the knee to her and follow her to Westeros, as well as to give up their raiding and slaving ways. The Khals who refused burned, and their followers either fled or burned with them. The rest united into a single Great Khalasar under Daenerys and helped her lift the Siege of Meereen. Then they sailed across the Narrow Sea with the rest of her forces and helped her fight Cersei and Euron before participating in the War for the Dawn.

Of those who survived, some decided to return to the Great Grass Sea, but with her new rules, while others decided to settle in Westeros; mainly in the Riverlands and near King's Landing, primarily as freeriders or riders in service to noble houses while others have started to branch out into different professions. Many went into service in the Royal Army in a light cavalry division called the Night Riders, and the royal family now has Blood Riders to protect them as well as Kingsguard. Back in the Great Grass Sea, the khalasars are divided into those who follow the Great Khaleesi Daenerys and those who want to return the Dothraki to the Old Ways, and these are united under a Great Khal who seeks to make Essos bleed.

The great Khal sounds like a fun plot line to partake in but alas, Essos is a world away and playing by myself for 4 seasons is such a Targ thing to do. I suppose I should pitch my interest in a second generation Dothraki.

Anybody wanna have him on their payroll?

Yeah the Dothraki civil war is in the background right now, but it will become more focused on later in the game. Right now the primary threat are the pirates and rebels who are uprising in the Stepstones. But as with the actual book series, a lot of these different conflicts are all tied together somewhat.

My Targs would be happy to have a rider in their service if you wish.

As much as I can't stand Dany as a character, I see no harm in having my Dothraki being the son of one of her Blood riders. Perhaps sworn to one of her sons or daughters in a symbolic gesture. Which do you think could most use one?

Well Dany is quite a bit older and changed a lot from the girl she was in the main series so perhaps she won't be super insufferable to you haha. And at least there's Jon.

The Crown Prince Aemon is the heir, so it'd make the most sense for him to have a rider sworn to him.

I uh.. Don't see a sheet for him. Presumably, being the 'blood of his blood', my character would know a bit about him. Mind filling me in?

I would assume his squiring under Podrick may dissuade having a Dothraki swaggering around him.

@Asura That is entirely my bad, I have been putting off making sheets for their children.

Aemon just turned 25 and is a lot like Jon. Conscientious, honorable, just, and a natural leader. But he also has Dany's passion and strength of personality, as well as her compassion for the suffering of others. He's not really a very social person or one for the arts, intellectual pursuits, or most noble distractions. He's the more martial type and spends most of his time training his men or overseeing Dragonstone. Just got married to a childhood friend, Julianna Lannister, daughter of Sansa and Tyrion. Currently in King's Landing for the wedding.

Don't suppose he takes the bloodriders sharing the khal's wife thing to heart, ehhh?

I'll await his sheet until I begin working on my own. We'll have to workshop some things, like when the oath was sworn and their relationship beyond 'don't let me die'.

I'll start on his right now and let you know, then we can get to working.

I'm thinking the oath could have been sworn when Aemon came of age at sixteen and inherited the Lordship of Dragonstone.
