@BingTheWing Sounds good to me, PM me if you have any questions.

@Atrexiel And don't worry, take you're time. We're a slow going lot. During the last roleplay when things got really intense and people started collabing together on everything, we got posts once a week, or every two weeks, so we're all a patient lot.

@Zi It's fine, don't worry about it. We still have to figure out how your character will be coming in, and there's time between now and then, so don't worry at all.

God, Shadar acts all tough, but he's just an anti-social nerd and softy on the inside.

Well, I hope everyone has enjoyed the sappiness, because now it's time to return to your regularly scheduled struggle, violence, and despair. You know I couldn't stay away from it for too long.

So I'm going to start working on the transition post. So everyone knows the timeline of it in advance, consider the current day in the story as "day 0;" the transition will skip to "day 2," which is when the arrival of some resources to start figuring out the mystery will happen. I'll be coming to people as necessary for the transition, but right now I know @Big Dread is on my list at the very least. There's also another character, belonging to someone who has been lurking (yeah, I'm calling them out on it) that will involved as well, so you'll be getting two new people/characters for the price of one. Be happy, @Atrophy.

Day 2 will involve an immediate departure by some characters, so new characters not situated directly in Kyora will be able to certainly enter very soon. When it comes to when I plan to get the initial time transition up, I'm leaning towards tomorrow evening, when I go to bed, or that Tuesday if I'm too slow. This is to give @Atrexiel some time; I know they wanted to possibly insert their character in this first round, but it seems that something may have come up, and for the sake of everyone I don't want to slow things down too much.

Speaking of, @The Harbinger of Ferocity let me know if you went through with that idea we discussed for there to be a brief glimpse at the activities of your character, or if you're wanting to hold off. If you're actively going through with that, then naturally I'll delay the transition. Same thing goes for Atrexial, for that matter.

@The Darklight Project, I have a few plans in mind that I would like to put forth this coming week given delays with my partner, as you are aware, so you can expect to hear from me soon.

Well, with that said I'm gonna slow down the pace! That's okay, I probably needed to anyway; I was probably overeager with my estimate of getting two collabs done in one day anyway.

Yep, I was overeager with my estimates. Had some people come to me worried about this, don't worry, the post is coming. Just been some unforeseen blockages.

@Sol GrimMob Psycho is a new one that I think is pretty cool, and Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood is a classic masterpiece that everyone should watch. Drifters is another recent one by the guys who made Hellsing, and it's pretty great(though that cliffhanger ending makes me want to slap a bitch). Other than that, nothing comes to my mind at the moment. Sorry if your looking for more old school ones, as INuyasha and Bebop are about the only ones I really know about.

Edit:Oh wait, I almost forgot to tell you about Jojo's Bizzare Adventure. The shows weird, but cool(though the first season isn't as fun a ride as the others, but a necessary watch to get context for everything else). I think you might enjoy if you give it a shot.

@Sol GrimFor my favorite "softer" series, I always go with Rurouni Kenshin. It's got a wonderful story, pretty art, funny characters, all of that jazz. Hell, Kenshin himself was the original inspiration for Joachim, so you're going to see a lot of references and shit to a specific part of that manga's story inside the current arc.

You want hardcore? Oh, you're gonna get hardcore, and you're not going to be ready for it. Berserk, hands down. Fantastic story, horrifying creatures, monsters who look like people and people who look like monsters, epic and satisfying violence. A lot of what I want to do is in the vein of Berserk. Go into it ready, though; the violence and swearing is the most tame part of the series. There's a lot of dark things that happen because, well, people are awful.

Edit: Also, note that I read the manga for these; rather, was recommending from the manga standpoint, though I've watched the anime of both series and am familiar with the flaws in both. The anime for Rurouni Kenshin is okay until up to a certain point, where it diverges from the manga entirely and just goes pure filler. On the other hand, Berserk's anime, is, well... There was the original 90s run which covered the background arc, and it was followed by the Golden Age Arc movies which told the same section, just more updated, more action, while skimming over some unnecessary stuff, and then they went into the 2016 series, where the animation is CGI and not the best, but damn, it's still Berserk so I eat it up. Plus they're improving it for the Bluray release, so yeah.

Well thanks that's plenty of options to fill my week! And yes, the violence is where my heart lies. So those will probably be first.

@Sol Grim Quick Violent series that arent out in several versions-(looking at you Berserk) Hellsing Ultimate and Drifters. Quick, bloody, gore filled and gorgeous both animated and in the manga.

Bebop was one of my first animes so it holds a special spot for me but its a nice sit down, watch a few episodes and just enjoy kind of series.

Kenshin- need we say more? Watch it.

I'm not really one for strictly violence but stupid/funny shows are always entertaining to me. Ranma 1/2, Golden Boy, and Tenchi Muyo are all good contenders. Little bit on the older side of animation but classics none the less.

@Sol GrimHellsing Ultimate if you choose to watch it. The original Hellsing does that thing where it stops following the original storyline and that's always... meh. But Ultimate is just fantastic.

The promised time has finally come! The post will be going up tomorrow, finally. Collabs are done, I just need to flesh out the last few details. It would have been done today but some delays hit me, so I apologize for that.

Alright, I posted! With this post, you've learned who the big bad guy for this arc is, and have some insight into how it's gonna work. Now, it's time to go to Kyora, the last major place of the East that I've organized myself (by that I mean if people want places if/when they want to plan arcs with me, then we can always fit it in, but yeah). Now, though, I'm gonna go into detail about what's about to happen.

Basically, there are three paths to pick from here: Joachim's, Cyril's, and Christopher's. Joachim's path will involve following along with Joachim (which is an option), heading to Kyora first. To do that, collabs involving Joachim will be necessary, as the departure happens.

For Christopher, same thing. Some events are gonna happen where he's going to decide to leave before the Sentinels, but after Joachim and his minigroup leaves. It's going to involve a different path to Kyora, arriving at a different time, etc. For the "thing that happens," @Atrophy I think I want to work on a collab for that. Have to make the final decision there.

And, of course, Cyril's group, which will be leaving last, and taking a very straightforward path to Kyora. This path will have the least amount of interruptions, if anything at all. Still futzing around with some ideas here and there.

So, for the three groups, Joachim's will naturally be the smallest because, well, he's leaving now technically, so he's only going to "slow down" for a few people. Christopher's will be the next biggest, and a trainwreck in its own right, and then Cyril's gonna have everyone else, with no posts necessary there.

I apologize for the quality of the post by the way. It's long, but I don't know how high the quality is; I haven't been feeling well at all the past few days. Further more, so much happened and it's got so much in it that some errors may have slipped through here and there, so I'm going to be on the constant look out for them like usual.

Any questions? Throw them my way, like always.
