@Peridot A little bit, but since the isle of the lost is a thing, and Hades is considered a villain regardless the fact that he is a god. He would be on the isle (probs underground). I say this because in greek mythology Hades was not a bad guy, he simply got the job no one else wanted. And it was Hera who put Hercules through his trials.

Yes, I'm aware of all that. Turning Heracles insane and making him murder his wife and children, and then making him go through the Twelve Labours to atone for it. Then he get's poisoned with Centaur blood by his second wife. Poor guy got a crappy hand in life, but I guess that's what happens when Hera is your Step-Mom and your Dad is the biggest whore of the heavens.

Anyway, I digress. All of the Olympian Gods did villainous things (Ironically enough, Hades was probably the one of the least villainous of them all, to some extent - at least out the Big 3.), so he'll still be in the Underworld. At least I can make him go from outright evil to morally gray; you'd think Hera would be on the Isle of the Lost too, after what she did.

@Peridot Yes but none of that happened in Disney's Hercules. But if it did you can bet she'd be there.

Yes, I know none of it happened in Disney - hence my inquiry as to why Hera was depicted as a villain in the other person's backstory.

Can somebody please claim a cannon character? PLEase!!!! LOL. I love OC's but I can't really start this without at least two other cannon characters. I can play the others if need be, but I don't want to post with myself.

After a private message from the GM, I've come to realise that they aren't any good at running a roleplay or GMing; since I pointed out obvious flaws in her running this, she addressed me in private rather than risk her own reputation. I have no qualms in repeating it on the public thread, as I highly doubt this roleplay is going anywhere.

Consider this a withdrawal of my interest and character; hopefully she can be used in a better-run roleplay. I suppose I've learnt to avoid free section because of this, so I have gained some experience at the very least.

@PeridotLook, in all honesty, I don't know what your problem is nor should it even be a problem, however, don't continue to be disrespectful.. If you Withdraw that's fine. But rude and disrespectful comments will not be tolerated.

Woah, slow down. If you want to withdraw from the roleplay, that's fine and dandy, but don't just start getting upset about it. It makes me sad when I see things like this happen, but it needs to be stopped. So please, you can just say you're leaving. You don't have to diss the person who proposed the idea of the roleplay. I hope you've gained some experience from this paragraph, too. Also, don't judge the entire free section for one little problem you have. That's called just straight-out being a jerk.

Yes, I agree that I shouldn't have generalised all of the Free section; I did get carried away there, and I do apologise for it. I'm sure there are well-run roleplays and competent GMs in the Free section, and I did not aim to do them a disservice.

As for anything else, I have nothing to apologise for apart from perhaps bluntness. My complaints still stand, as does my belief that this GM is not a competent one. In all seriousness, good luck with the roleplay, if it ever gets past the Interest Check stage. I can't see it lasting long if it does. Again, this is not me being mean - it's me being candid. I suppose I could offer criticism of the constructive kind, but I don't see the point in this case. Goodbye, and good luck once again!

History: Once upon a time there was a Banished Greek God named Hades, he and his minions Pain and Panic were all sent off to the Isle of the lost, where Hades met and fell in love with a female pirate. together they had a beautiful daughter, who they named Kimiko. Kimiko grew up to look just like her mother, who was then invited back over to Arradon, but she refused so she could stay with her daughter and husband. She soon died however being mortal and all. Hades became a drunk and started to beat poor Kimiko for looking like the love of his life, blaming her for his loss. she soon couldn't take it anymore and ran away to Pirate's cove, where she met Harry Hook, Gil; son of Geston and Uma; Daughter of Ursula. All four of them became close friends. Harry and Kimiko soon fell for each other but neither of them have admitted it to the other just yet.
