@kingkonrad There will be a feast and people will have a chance to respond to it but I basically want to put in the rest of the festivities all in with the more plot important stuff. It'll be kind of a floating timeline where people can respond to whatever they wish and interact with each other before moving forward.

@Asura I like the look of the sheet. What do you think of the last book possibly foreshadowing a Romeo and Juliet situation between the Blackwoods and Brackens?

@NecroKnight Our game is a melding of canons, and William is the last Bolton by dint of being Ramsay's son.

@Celeste How was your trip?

Can't wait to read what you write.

@NarcissisticPotato So there you go, you can make an Arryn daughter!

@Spud Still interested in making a Tyrell or Bannerman?

When shall the feast be held? Or can we have characters come and go from it?

@NecroKnight It'll be set during the nighttime and will pretty much be a castle wide thing, people can wander the halls or feast as they please. As the post it will be part of jumps through time in several places, players have a lot more freedom in the chronology of their replies.

@NecroKnight It should be up in a day or two.

For example, the post will jump from the end of the tournament to the feast to several plot important events. This means the post will occur over a time period of several hours. Within these time skips, players will still have time to interact with each other before moving on to later time periods.

That was the implication I was making, but considering there is no Lord Bracken, I left it vague.

@Masterkeun Yeah it was fine, I was just wondering if you were implying that Dorne was in Essos since that's what the phrasing suggests but that is of course wrong.

I'll also point out that Rhoynish Water Magic is a highly unique skill like the Fire Magic of R'hllorism, and it's very unlikely for someone outside of the Rhoynish faith to even comprehend to any meaningful level. Also that it would be more likely for the Boltons and Freys to be allies considering the similar pariah status and alliance in the old war.

@Asura You can go ahead and still have that plot point, the Brackens are a big family and it wouldn't cause much of a disruption to a future potential Bracken player; especially since a lot of PCs have spouses from houses that have no player.

A man has been intrigued by the goings on of this game. A man can offer many things, especially with the Great City of Braavos woefully underrepresented. A man can be many characters.

Is there space for such a man amongst other men?

Yeah, jump in man. Sorry I bagged House Tyrell before ya- I know you played them really well in the last RP I was in, so if you want to take control of Garlan and his son/daughter (he's fleshed out, but hasn't been written IC, so he can be redone to your hearts content), or a Tyrell bannerlord, go ahead :)

I don't know that I'd have the time to participate, or that I'd be able to integrate myself into an RP in progress.

@Dawnscroll A man has a place, and a GM would love to see what he comes up with.

@The Nexerus Well if you want you can give everything a read, but if you can't participate now, you can always come in later if you want.

@Winston Smith How's your own sheet coming?

@MrDidact I know Dorne is outside Esoss, but I wanted to phrase things through Steffon who doesn't understand the uniqueness of water magic at this time. We also wouldn't be allies with the Boltons as we'd put them in the same category as the Starks. Military leaders who lead to the downfall of our people.

The Frey's are meant to be busying themselves with rebuilding bridges and fixing there situation while the Bolton's seemingly aren't doing more then begging. Mable is very much in character to yell at William who is in many ways her opposite. I wouldn't say that Steffon shares her animosity, but Mable isn't a diplomat or strategist. Steffon however would be aware that in the war against the Lannisters the Boltons purposefully massacred there northern allies. Twenty percent of the army were the Frey's meaning the Boltons lost us an entire generation of Frey's purposefully. When in a similar situation the Starks betrayed us our loyalty didn't stick with Rob either. @MrDidact

absolutely, I was thinking a collab is an awesome idea as both characters are opposites in many ways. It would also help to show the difference in tactics to regain power. The Bolton's doing subtle plays behind the scenes as the Frey's try to stand out in the Riverlands to show why there of use to the Tully's @bloonewb
