Three lifeforms currently exist, each as boring and unevolved as the last. The Bo, Ry, and Qx.
1. No altering the environment. 2. Every turn you can +1 the evolution of a species, or specifically request a trait. I may or may not oblige based on a private dice roll. Also, one turn per round. 3. Every turn used gives you a point. If you've got ten points you can add a species by drawing it in (I'm lazy) but it cannot be more evolved than the most currently evolved species. 4. You can't use three turns in a row on the same species. 5. Every 5 pages brings a catastrophic event. THRIVE or DIE.
The RY has evolved the rounded teeth of an herbivore. The QX has evolved thin, fleshy appendages and increased mobility. The BO, which remains blind and immobile, has evolved stench.
The BO has evolved ANTENNAE and SONAR. It is an FILTER-FEEDER that eats tiny insects attracted to its STENCH. It has also evolved a thick layer of FAT in addition to its body odor. How charming.
The RY has evolved appendages, including thicker legs for bipedal movement. It is an herbivore that eats dead leaves and fallen fruit. Way to go, guys.
The QX has mutated, and the dominant strain is now that of a fish-catching OMNIVORE that can sustain itself on seaweed for a short period. Not like it's four pages from the fucking APOCALYPSE or anything.
Next turn jumps timeline forward an extra few billion years, and gets to choose
• BO diet • +1 Environment of your choice • A number between 1-10 (Because of Reasons)
