Is anyone here good with fixing computers? My computer keeps freezing. Like the keyboard buttons don't even work. The mouse stops moving. Everything on screen is frozen. And anything that was making sound like music or something freezes and makes a horrible buzzing sound. The only way to fix it is to shut it down by using the on and off button. Anyway it used to do this like once a week but for the past few days it's like every 30 mins. And sometimes I have to turn it on and off multiple times in a row, because it will freeze while it's starting up. Any ideas?

@Emma How old is the computer? My friend said it could be a heating issue or a graphics issue or maxed out on its limits from what you said.

Heat could be an issue though generally if heat gets dangerously high, a computer would shut down. (but heat does decrease efficiency). Could be a graphics issue as well.

Personally, if my laptop starts acting a bit too weird I generally do a factory reset but that's a LOOONG process.
