And while I also agree it has been drawn out a bit and there isn't much to post about. Not posting at all really doesn't help that now does it? It's a little unfair that we're trying to keep things moving and you're just like 'Nope, I can't think of anything!' It's like a car having a wheel that refuses to spin. Hence why I always say 'Something is better than nothing'.

No, like I said, it's better if I DON'T post. I can't end the fight. That's the GM's responsibility in this case.
And while combat IS a big part of Dark Souls (I never denied that), the same fight for pages is boring. Also, if this was going to be JUST combat, it should belong in the Arena board. As it isn't there, there is expected to be some character development and not just fighting. Another big part is help from others. There IS limited socialization in the game. It can be somewhat important.

I didn't say it was all of it either, just a big part. Nor did I say it would all be combat. And who cares if you can't end it? You don't have to. Just because you can't kill it doesn't mean you shouldn't post. The hell kind of logic is that? lol

The logic was originally that I'm bored with combat. I can't make a post worth reading based on what has been presented so far, and with my level of interest in the RP at the moment. I refuse to make a post that doesn't further the story in any way. Nor do I have any intention of leaving the RP early, even when there's someone who's doing everything in their power to make me want to. I will wait for a GM post. That is all.

I'm not trying to make you leave, quite the opposite, actually. I'm just saying we'd advance faster if you contributed something, especially when you haven't posted for a good while.

To put it bluntly, you're dragging it down.

I don't think you understood what I was saying, so I'll say it a little more clearly: I don't like being told to do things. That would make this into a chore. If I don't find it fun anymore, I leave. If someone tries to make it a chore, I leave. As it wasn't the GM, I'm staying. I wasn't dragging it down. It could easily keep going without me, as it had for several posts. So yes, what you were doing was pushing me away and discouraging me posting. As for what you said about me "straight up refusing to post," the same sentiment applies: you guys could go on without me. My character is in no way vital to the story, not even that of your character. All my character has done is show up, climb on the thing, and jump down. In no way is my character required to that plot. Now, however, I will have to post, as my characters interaction is directly related to the current events and hasn't been said in a previous post. So please don't automatically assume everyone reacts the same way to nagging.

Edit 2: Today just hasn't been a good day in general. My words may have come across as more harsh than normal because of that. If so, I apologize, but I'm not going to edit what it says, because it's still true, just not worded as...nicely.

I made a post. I am unsure as to whether I should continue this. I know, I did a little bad on the opening (or overdid the fighting), but I suppose this drew a lot of interest away from the RP and people left (without sayin, seeing that we have 4/8 continuing, if at all).
