@Alternax Depending on his attack and/or defense he could be fairly strong, but so far it seems to me like a buff Jinzo. So in my opinion, he's cool. (If only my vote really mattered I'd give you my seal of approval)
I'm kinda worried my guardian monster ain't strong enough considering its cost. You guys got any thoughts on whether that's true or not?
Name: Silencer Level: 8 Attribute: LIGHT Type: Spellcaster / Effect / Guardian Effect: Can only be Guardian Summoned when your Life Points are 3000 or lower. Banish two Level 7 or higher "Silent" monsters with different names from your Graveyard to Guardian Summon this card. When this card is Guardian Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot activate Spell Cards. The effects of all Spell Cards your opponent controls are also negated. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, gain 300 ATK. ATK/DEF: 3000/2000
@Scarifar Nah, I'd put him on the high-end of power rather than the low-end. Full nullification of spells OP, especially since your own remain unhindered. It also has an already good atk which is even likely going to grow.
@Scarifar I'd say its pretty strong. Its Imperial Order that affects only your opponent on a 3k body after all. And it gets summoned faster than the other guardians from what I can tell. 3k lp when everyone else is 2k or lower. I'm fine with it, but I'd recommend changing the LP you need left from 3k to 2k or 1.5k.
Just waiting on the GM to comment on my pic choice. But I'd like to ask everyone. Do any of you know any anime girl character thats kind of like Peacock from Skullgirls? You know, that toon vibe, but also kinda creepy? fits in perfect with what YGO toons are.
Personality: Normally he is pretty shy and clueless, not knowing how to handle all kinds of situations. He isn't dumb, just very fast scared of failing. Turn up the pressure in a duel early-game and he has trouble keeping up with you. However, his Guardian doesn't only protect him on the field, it also protects him emotionally. When in the hardest part of a duel or in a situation outside the Duel Monsters arena, usually when under half his original LP or when in danger, the voice of his Guardian starts to guide him. He becomes calmer, thinks more rational and gains a bit of confidence. When in immediate lifethreatening danger or when his Guardian is out on the field, his personality and that of his Guardian almost seem to fuse: He becomes (over)confident, even a bit scary and seems to be a high level duelist.
Bio: Andrew had a rough time growing up. Not only was he very shy and scared from young age, he got bullied by a few classmates who were good in Dueling Monsters. The few cards Andrew had were overall weak compared to the bullies' high level-effect monsters. They would keep on beating him over and over and over, until one faithful day, when he was about to lose all faith in himself, a voice spoke to him. The voice told him that no card was weak as long as you could use them right. The voice guided him, helping him get back at his bullies and winning for the first time. Ever since, whenever he was in big trouble, the voice would help him, and he was able to get better cards through his new way of dueling. The voice, where he still doesn't know the origin from since he never used his Guardian before, would guide him through any big obstacle, while dueling and outside of a duel.
Can only be Guardian Summoned when the user's Life Points are below 2000. Banish one HERO monster from your field, grave, or hand to summon this card. This card's summoning cannot be negated. While this card is face up on the field your opponent cannot activate traps, and this card cannot be affected by spell or card effects if there is another HERO monster on the field.
Alright so same effects from yesterday but what stats would I be allowed to give him? I was thinking maybe in the 2600-3000atk and 25-2600def range. Could I go with 3000 or is that asking too much?
After I get this guardian hero mess sorted I'll find a random e-hero deck of mine and I'll complete that cs.

I'd say change the wording at the bottom to 'this card cannot be affected by card effects if there is another HERO monster on the field' as spells are considered cards. 3000 works fine for me. But thats just my 2c.
Question. Are you running Bubbleman? Are you going to Jaden someone? I've done that irl before and man was it hilarious. had no cards in hand or field, draw bubbleman. SS bubbleman, draw miracle fusion and mask change. Rip opponent xD.

OOOHHH I have done that before, except I wasn't running masked I was doing a joke anime version and I ended the duel with flamewingman and sparkman+sparkblaster. I got a...
I have half a mind to use that deck just for some shenanigans, but I've decided to go with the hands on approach. Just give me a minute, for the people that see this before I put up my 2nd version of my cs.
Personality: Hot, and brash easily describe Daniel the best. Daniel knows things would probably go better for him if he took a second to think, but he'd rather not. "Life is more exciting if you do something, rather than take the time to think about doing something." His older brother used to tell him, and Daniel has taken that to heart. This motto shows itself the most in his most prized deck. He adamantly defends the notion that the game is for fun, and everyone should have fun doing it; if they don't why are they even playing?
Bio: Daniel's family wasn't the poorest or even the richest, but they were loving, and cared for each other like nothing else in the world. Years ago when he was much younger he saw his brother dueling, it was amazing, he had style and the thought he put into assembling his deck baffled the younger Dan. So to follow behind his brother's furious dueling he took up the game as well, but he didn't have a job so he could only do so much with his brother's spare cards. But neither of them cared, Dan's brother even assembled "rush" decks to play and they spent countless evenings dueling each other. As Dan got older his brother offered to buy him his first own starter deck, but with so many choices Dan couldn't figure out which one he wanted.
It wasn't until much later that he knew which to pick. During his elementary school days his best friend was being bullied, he had lost a duel and the person who had just beat him was shaking him down for every rare card he had, Dan couldn't dare stand by while his friend lost everything valuable so he challenged the bully with his deck. Being the absolute mess of "cool" monsters it was, it didn't take long until Dan was loosing himself, but somehow through the skin of his teeth, and using every lucky coin he ever tossed into a fountain he finally beat the bully. It was there Daniel knew, he wanted to be a hero, so the next day he and his brother went out to buy a structure deck "Justice Calls". Since then he still doesn't have a job there's only so much he can do to switch out cards, but he still uses his first deck passionately. He's won first place rarely at his local tournaments, and his standing has taken a steady fall after each update to the game, but people are always happy to see him at the locals. Even sometimes referring to him as their own local "hero".
While his brother was checking his e-mail, for what he never said, but he found an invitation to a duel tournament. Although the money would be nice to have, he wanted to see how such a competitive environment would test his hero, passion-filled, brother and so he gave the invite to him. Money was never #1 in the Cooper household, but following your heart, and doing your best always is. Besides, they probably wouldn't mind if a close relative went in his place, after all they had extremely similar ideals; the decks however are a different story.

Maybe I could change the banish cost to sacrifice a hero instead? Or maybe have summon conditions like the fusions I still like them, but I like neos more, maybe something like "Can be guardian summoned by sacrificing a Elemental Hero Wildheart + Another Elemental Hero monster"

Accepted, but I have a question:
Why does Dan have Neos Contact Fusion monsters(Storm and Grand) in his Extra Deck with no way to summon them?
He's a renegade, don't question his secret genius.
Mere mortals such as ourselves cannot compare.
or he screwed up who really knows
He REALLY loves hero fusions and he loves neos even more, neos fusions are like a double positive they give him...uh...the thing.
Prisma needs to show a fusion monster to "become" that guy. This is important, lets me use him for the neos specials, and the attack bonus in neo space. It's also confusing for someplace who hope I use a miracle contact or something and wait all game to block me.
Since he was accepted I won't bother adjusting my guardian, I'll put it up on the char tabs in a sec.

Uh, in order for Prisma to become a fusion material, you need to send the fusion material from your deck to your graveyard in the first place. Currently you literally can not summon any of your fusion.
EDIT: Correction, you can literally not summon 3/5 fusions.

Man, I remember Prisma being amazing in Gladiator beasts back in the day...

I believe it was @ammokkx who had a synchro guardian, so you could probably make yours a (tribute) fusion monster
