I am making a few assumptions here. That is, that there are a bunch of NPC Magical Girls around. Is this accurate? If so, at least 85% of them should be neither monster/dark/horror nor Beacon.
Also, if I can't make that portal, tell me. But, I figured I probably could, I knew exactly where I wanted it, after all.
Here's what I got after a few test runs... Welp, I rolled a whole ninja squad @.@ I'm aware that we have the option to reroll allies/twinned souls (AND I'M SO TEMPTED!), but I'm interested in seeing where this leads.
Do the Ally and twin fill up their own character slots (meaning I would be maxed out on characters) or are they just NPC'S?
Age: 10 (Roll: 4)
Body: Overdeveloped (+1 STR, VIT, or LCK) (Roll: 16)
Specialization: Stone (+3 STR or VIT, +1 VIT) (Roll: 17)

@Rice Porridge is right, you can have them be minor characters you control or fully fledged PCs.
@SSGSS Senpai I'm pretty sure that the difference is that, if they're PCs, you make all complete rolls and they get their own patrons and 1 gold 3 silvers 4 bronze and all of that. If they're NPCs/just allies, like my two twins, they only get 9 rolls (three Combat Perks), no patron (probably automatically same as yours) and a decreased amount of coins/no coins if they're monster girls. The thing being, you cannot have too many PCs, so, yeah.
@PlatinumSkinkHmm... I figured for the Ally I would have to make a complete roll, but the same would apply for Twinned Souls? I wouldn't mind too much if I had to make a complete roll for the twin, but the descriptions reads "They are the same age, development, and specialization as you".

@Western RobotCan you, please, shed some light on this for me? If I want the ally/twin to be PC's as well, do I need a complete roll?
@SSGSS Senpai I was speaking about the ally. If you're making your ally a PC... then really, do you need to have the Ally perk at all?
Twinned soul is just that, a twin. It has the exact same stats as you, but you both have -1 in all stats and the effects of Silver coins are halved on both of you, and I'm pretty sure the use of Bronze coins do not affect your twin. The only things the twin rolls for are weapon, outfit and power, which for some reason differ. Otherwise, they're an identical copy of you. Same age, body-type, specialization and same perks.
The twin CANNOT be made an additional PC, for, really, they're already part of one. The twin is the same character again. So, yeah.
Roll 9 d20ies for a regular ally. In perks, they only get 3 combat perks. You get to chose to make them a regular girl who can then spend two silvers and three bronze on their stats, or make them a monster girl with benefits and drawbacks as you pick and no coins. That's about that. They're not MEANT to be PCs. Just NPCs that hang along with the character. That's what the Ally perk is supposed to give you.
Edit: I should note that this is just how I personally have interpreted the rules. If the GM says otherwise, then otherwise goes.
