I always submit the first draft and then edit out the mistakes.
I have been a GM for a few roleplays not on this site. But what annoys me most is when people don't bother reading the rules or the plot and blatantly break half of the rules I imposed. And I can usually tell they didn't read the rules because I usually put in a password in the rules. I put a fake-out password and then the real password further down the rules list, and then request that the applicants remove their passwords once they're accepted. 90% of the time the people who didn't read the rules put the fake-out password. It bugs me to no end when that happens, especially since that sets of rules I impose are about a minute-long read.
