@Metal Tortoise If you put half as much effort into your character sheet as you have contesting your rejection it's likely that you would have already been accepted. We gave your profile a fair grading, you were awarded the same care & attention that everyone else received & the fact of the matter is this -- A Panel of 4 Judges deemed your character & skillset unacceptable in comparison to the rest of the contestants. You are not prohibited from entering a different character at this time, however, if you continue to argue needlessly instead of doing so, I cannot guarantee this will continue to be true. If you decide to submit another profile sheet, I am going to have to request that at the very least you write it yourself, while it technically isn't forbidden to use a preexisting profile, it is frowned upon, as profiles generally serve to give us an indication of both your writing abilities & skill & it is unfair to the other entrants that have taken the time to carefully refine their characters. I look forward to seeing a new submission, but I am going to have to insist that you refrain from making any further remarks opposing your rejection.

@Rai You may submit a profile for ONE character in the CHARACTERS section of this forum, There is a list of preestablished rules & regulations that you are required to go over on the first page of the OOC section that you are currently on.

Normally I wouldn't because I dont exactly like the potential of taking something from a character earned, but why not? I'll have something posted up in the general Arena thread, whether it's 'accepted' as the fight you propose or not.

I'll pick you apart like a toothpick cottage, I just hate fighting multiple tiers up. Mostly because people whine when I dunk on their higher tiered character.

Using a Canon had nothing to do with your rejection, the issue we had was that you were unwilling to provide your own profile & plagiarized it verbatim from Marvel.Wikia.Com, the very first Google result for Ultron. Despite that, we were still willing to give you a fair & proper ruling, just like everyone else, I can attest to that personally, as I oversaw the analysis of your profile as a part of the aforementioned panel of judges, I can assure you, your rejection was both unanimous & completely unrelated to your decision to use 'Ultron'. Now, I already warned you once, I'm not going to do it again, & just incase that wasn't clear enough, let me elaborate -- If you continue to troll the forums over our decision, I don't care if you DO beat DLL, you will NOT be taking part in this tournament.

I can't be arsed. This isn't a typo. This is intentional.

I cannot be arsed. I cannot be bothered. I cannot be damned. I cannot be assed to your homework for you. The judges already have a hard time playing catchup since were going over every entrant fairly and thoroughly. Each player who participated had at least one issue minus DLL who deserves a banana sticker. Everyone else took the time to craft their profiles or at least make them before the tournament and just adjusted accordingly. So since they can be arsed, assed, fucked, and damned to take the time then so can I and PM them about any discrepancies IF any; however, I cannot "guarantee" the same treatment for you Metal. It is in the very rules. You decided to copy and paste to cut time. I decided to not give you anymore than one full chance. Had you read the rules and understood the b/r and scheduling system you would have attempted to make any additional changes.

You would have accommodated much like everyone else has. There is no rule about canon characters or even blatant thievery; however, it doesn't mean I am obligated to give you more than one chance. You must take responsibility for not screening Ultron beforehand and wonder "is THIS ability acceptable?" because if you had you would have been given a PM and not a straight rejection. This IS the official stance on your verdict. From here you either submit a new profile or don't, but turning this thread into the fiasco it has will ultimately get you barred from TZDL and perhaps even permanently. The decision is yours.
