Why thank you. It's actually an old avatar, one of the first I used back on the old guild. One of my favorite characters from a favorite movie. And I brood a lot, so it often seems fitting.

And... I am present, and I plan on posting tomorrow if all goes well.

I am still here. Just caught between a rock and a proverbial hard place at the moment but will either have a post up by tomorrow (sunday) or will wait until the group leaves to sort out the Lycan problem.

I am back from the wilds and into the real world -- this is the real world, right?
I did enjoy the reads. Fun posts. Good group.

Now, just to check, did any one save the old Pieces? I don't have Ma/Thadd character sheet. I will rewrite if I have to. Yea, yea, I don't save like I should and even when I do I can never find it. So..the slacker is back.

I just poked through the web archives and caches and didn't find it I'm sorry to say! Start sticking that stuff in your google drive so you don't have to save it on your computer. But welcome back!

You know, I was just thinking that it would be hilarious and totally Max-like for him to stroll up to the circle, hands in his pockets and while standing behind them and being all like "Hey, what's up?" Just as Isis is about to whisk them all off. All that build up, feelings and drama and the plug is pulled by a grinning, wise-ass-y Max.

I don't know if it would be terrible storytelling. I could be for certain, but it could also be worked in to be something bigger. Is it really Max? Does he know how he got out? Just new threads to spin with a lot of hilarity.

But seriously, if you look at how long it has taken to get to this point and sort of project how long it will take to "rescue" Max we are looking at months. I had this happen in a RP of mine and it was literally months of me trying to get people to post to rescue the damn characters whose player was only gone 2 weeks.

Well. It certainly would be a poorly chosen time for him to appear imho. Not to say he couldn't appear earlier then intended of course, I agree it could take a bit to long otherwise. but showing up at the circle just wham bam,thank you mam? the "oh yeah i was ok" or "Oh Hi I am back suddenly just like that!" schtick is one of the worst things I know personally. But that's just me.

Well I am confident our GM has some not-terrible way to get Max back into the story. Hopefully without cooling his heels to long. Sir is an expert cat-herder after all.

Sorry I've been silent this morning, but I've been away from my computer (and I still am). First off, welcome back, t! You've been missed, and I'll get a PM to you as soon as I get a chance today. As for how we're going to bring Max back, I have a plan that I think will be sufficiently fun and also take into account the timing issue so we can keep the story moving.

Actually not at my comp either, but Heroes has got this. ;)
