As the other talked, her gaze narrowed in what could only be a mix of concern and annoyance. Was he joking? "Olympus Academy..." she started, but allowed her voice to trail off as he moved onto the next subject: his lousy mother. Of course, a godly parent could be lousy, but never in such a mortal way, so her mind ran through the list of possible godly fathers. Nothing that came to mind quite stuck as she watched him. "My dad is afraid of me, so he sends me here every year to learn some self control," she said, and maybe it was a sober subject. However, she forced a smile and even took on a valley girl tone, almost mocking the other student and his giddiness.
She flinched, suddenly, when the diary sounded with a thud behind him. "Uh, do you really not know what this place is?" she asked, a single eyebrow raising. "Who's your father?"

Another student may have been startled by Leona's sudden approaching, but Riddley returned the friendliness with a smile and stretched her hand to shake. "Wow, I love your hair. And you're so beautiful! Definitely an Aphrodite kid. Welcome to Olympus Academy. I'm Riddley Kingsley, daughter of the one and only Athena," she greeted. Unaware that she might have came off too strong, Riddley opened her mouth to continue. However, another child of Aphrodite approached. With two of them right before, Riddley's crooked smile grew--she was well aware of the effect Aphrodite and her children could have on others, but it was almost intoxicating between two of them. "Wow..." she sighed dreamily, looking between the two very beautiful students, reminding herself in her head that love at first sight was most definitely not a thing, right?
Despite the fluttery feeling in her stomach, there was always one person who could turn a good mood sour. Alexander's voice cut through the air, and her smile immediately faded as she narrowed her eyes in his direction. Between the children of Aphrodite and the son of Zeus, the auras of charisma were almost too much for Riddley, but the hate she felt for the boy was just strong enough to hold them at bay. "I'm busy actually welcoming students to our Academy, Alex. Maybe put a hold on being a harpy, hm? But since you mention it," she called, turning back to the two as her hand reached out to catch some of the drizzle, "If you notice the weather, the gods aren't happy. They're all very, very tired of Zeus acting as 'King.' I'm sure Aphrodite couldn't agree more: his treatment of marriage, women, and love is a personal affront to the goddess of Love herself. We need to represent our godly parents here on Earth if we want to see anything change. What do you guys think?"
