Name: Regina "Reggie" Bates
Age (Magical Girl): 16 (was 10, silver coin)
Age (Before Magical Girl): 17
Gender: Female (always)
Appearance: Underdeveloped (She's short and skinny), Skimpy (was flowing, copper coin)
Regina tries to mimic her old appearance when in disguise, save for the tattoo under her left eye. That she tries to hide. Regina is very much into punk attire. blacks and reds are her favorite colors, and she enjoys accessorizing with belts and rings. While she is a natural red-head, Regina would frequently die it a more vibrant shade.
Regina's true form is still quite human, save the horns on her head and the tail coming out of her skirt. It would not be inaccurate to say she resembles a succubus. The tattoo under her left eye is visible in her true form. While Regina still dresses very punk she's also... a bit more proud of her upper body.
Regina is effectively a wingless dragon covered in horns and scales. There's no semblance of her human appearance, save maybe the eyes.
Specialization: Darkness, psychic
Regina has always been running away from horrors. Ones that linger in the dark and the mind. It's only natural that she would eventually figure out how to control them.
Weapons:
Blow wand (+1 agi +2 mag)
A wand with a hole in it for blowing projectiles. She keeps it stowed between her breasts when not in use.
Sniper staff (+1 agi +2 mag) (gold coin)
A staff with a scope and long barrel for sniping. Very accurate, and can fire cursed bullets. Or it can be used as a catalyst for large scale spells. She can fold it in half and stow it across her back right under her bikini lace.
Power: Twin soul
Perks: (emergency, all support perks were switched to combat side)
Flexibility: Oo-la-la...
Enhanced transform: Regina's disguise does not hold back her power so much, as it so closely represents her true form. She can remain in disguise even when sleeping or unconscious, and retains more of her power.
Healing artifact: A golden buckle Regina wears on her skirt. It enables her to heal her fellow twin. (was masculinity)
Monstrous Metamorphosis: You wouldn't like her when she's angry... (was money)
Enhanced outfit: Her outfit is enchanted, so it's more durable (does that really help!?) and makes her move even more swiftly than before. (emergency)
Duel Weapon: All of Regina's weapons are magical catalysts that double as ranged weapons.
Enhanced Weapon: Regina's weapons are made with Aegis, the metal of the gods. They are nigh indestructible, and work better as magical catalysts. (emergency)
Monster Girl Mutations:
Nonstandard limbs: She has horns and a tail.
Dominator: She likes to control people, or at least, she likes to be in control of people. There's something very calming about an unmoving body, be them asleep or just a doll. The never argue, never complain... they never hurt you.
Second specialization: Psych!
Powerful Aura: Regina's magical power is so expansive that it actually makes her harder to find. Even people with a third eye find their senses overwhelmed by her power. Her presence is a boon to her allies. You know you're inside her aura when you hear a
haunting tune.
Patron: Solo
Patron Benefits: Free agent, Magical overload
Patron Drawbacks: Alone, Monstrous form
Fighting Style: Reggie takes advantage of her high magical potency and accuracy by supporting Rex with her sniper staff. Her darkness magic makes it fairly easy for her to remain hidden. She's a master of the art of shadow teleportation, invisibility, and becoming intangible to avoid attacks. Regina's Psychic powers lets her sense the presence of other minds, which makes it almost impossible for thinking opponents to surprise her. Her aura also makes her very difficult to locate in a fire fight, especially with Rex commanding most of the opponent's attention. When Regina is forced to be close to her prey, her blow gun offers a much quieter approach.
From either weapon, Regina can fire three different types of bullets, each with different effects. Mana bullets work like normal bullets, and can accept both type of magic. Shadow bullets pass through targets harmlessly except for leaving behind the desired darkness effect. Psychic bullets are invisible, don't cause any harm to the targets they hit, but do inflict a psychic effect. A third eye or like power is the only way to see them.
Her darkness and psychic specializations makes it impossible for her to deal damage with her spells. You won't see her crushing things with the force of gravity or anything like that. However, her staff is great for launching "magic mortars." They are essentially large magical projectiles that explode and spread an effect over a large area, be it darkness or psychic based. Her wand does the same thing, only it's much quieter and has a smaller max AoE. Regina can determine how big an explosion a magic mortar will make before lobbing it. The largest explosion from her staff can fill a city street, while her wand can fill the with of a hallway. Regina's magic mortars can have a homing effect, be suspended in motion, and commanded to explode when desired. Due to her magical potency, Regina can control many of these projectiles at once.
Each bullet or mortar can only carry a single effect. Darkness offers a wide spectrum of debuffs and utilities. She can inflict things such as stamina drain, mana drain, magic resistance crush, weaken, slow, frailty, blindness, drowsiness, sleepiness, extreme pain, vertigo, and sickness. With magical mortars, Regina can also create light reflecting zones that effectively create domes of darkness. Only darkness users like Regina and Elroy can see what's going on in these areas. With psychic effects, Regina can have her targets hear sounds, see illusions, and even feel things that aren't there. Regina can also change short term memory in targets (Rex runs into the left most door, but after getting shot, the target chases Rex into the right most door) and alter emotions. Regina can use psychic effects to support Rex directly by relaying her experiences and orders to him. Unlike Darkness effects, psychic effects will only work on targets with minds. They can also be resisted with enough willpower, but the more subtle effects are harder to do so with.
Regina is also free to use her effects on people she touches. But Regina tends to not get close to people unless they have been properly subdued. Though the advantage to making physical contact is that her ability to breach minds is much stronger, and she can apply as many effects as she desires. She also has access to much stronger effects, like altering memories and enslaving people. If someone is sleeping, Regina can enter their dreams and alter them however she desires.
During her monstrous Metamorphosis, she can still launch magic mortars, and she also has access to breath attacks that can inflict the same effects as her weapons. She also becomes VERY fast, and her claws become VERY sharp.

Personality: Regina is that kid who could never quite fit in at school. She's quiet, and never really engages people other than her fellow twin soul. Though there are people who occasionally catch her eye. Regina seldom pushes those away who wish to interact with her, Even if she might want to. Regina is genuinely friendly, albeit a little nervous when interacting with newer people. Despite her seemingly shy, meek personality, Regina has a very low tolerance for behavior she considers unbecoming of others. She can get angry and even violent when such things happen.
History: Regina Bates was an accident, and her parents reminded her of this frequently. At first they were fine arguing with each other, but once her parents divorced, she became the object of her father's scorn. Her mother had entirely vanished from her life, not really carringg what became of her daughter. Regina never really understood why she was so undeserving of love. She didn't have the courage to run away from home, and instead buried herself inside manga and anime to escape her dreary reality.
But as fate would have it. Life was going to get better for Regina. A monster attacked the school she went to, but the local magical girl had mysteriously vanished. (It was rumored to be a tentacle portal, but that's ridiculous! Hahaha!) So Regina became a magical girl that day. Unfortunately, continuing work with the Puchuu would prove to be impossible. He was extremely domineering, and made the mistake of saying "just think of me as your father." Because she did, she did just that. Now Regina is finally powerful, and free to shape her life however she sees fit. Right?
Incantation: Technically monster girls don't need Incantations to enter their disguises but: "Close your eyes, you'll see a dream... For when they open, you'll see the nightmare."
