I'm curious, how big is Phoenix Wing? Is it a big guild, but our characters are the prominent members while there are background characters?

@hatakekuro I always assumed that the guild has at least a dozen generic wizards hanging around at all times like Fairy Tail did.

At the very least, there are around two dozen abandoned characters that are members of Phoenix Wing.

Yeah, but it doesn't fix the problem that it is a pain to navigate the cs tab.

I have an idea, although it will require quite a bit of time.

Make a blank doc and compile a list of every username and the name(s) of the characters that belong to them, then go one by one, checking last seen in ___minutes/hours/days/months/years or last post on profiles and add that information to them.

Now make a page that has columns, using google docs might work, although Microsoft word would be best, make three coloums: Active, Questionable, and Inactive.

Move the obviously abandoned profiles and characters into the Inactive column. Move the questionable ones into a that column. And lastly have the people you have seen post or you know are still active in Active column.

Check the active and questionable column for people who are not in the RP anymore, but may still be active on the site and move them into the inactive coloum. Also check the questionable column for people who have not posted in a while, but you are unsure if they quit or not. You can pm those people, but leave their names in the questionable column.

Easier said then done, I know. But, hey its an idea.

That will speed the process a quite a bit. If multiple people work together, it would be easier.

I like the idea of an abandoned cs tab. What if someone comes back or a character sheet of an active member gets deleted? I think it's a safer way of doing things.

Mahz added the feature for a GM or co-GM to make a zeroth post in a topic, so to speak. We used it over in Beacon for an updated CS list.

You could make one and use it as an active characters index, that way nothing is gotten rid of and a player coming back is as simple as moving their entry on the list.
