Uhh... That was unexpected. Sadly I have no advice because I am mostly good at big picture and connecting the dots at the moment. I have less experience with the details. Perhaps I should not have come back when I got a PM about the previous thread.

I am sorry if I contributed to the problem. I am unaccustomed to consistently large posts. Probably because I have a habit of being succinct, always have. You should have seen my research papers and how much "fluff" I had to shove in just to meet the page requirements. Creative writing is not by strength which is probably why I'm in IT where getting to the point means fixing the problem faster.

And there could very well be some egotism behind my uncooperative manor. You clearly are better at this kind of thing than I and you enjoy it more. Or at least you do when you don't have people like me gumming up the works. RP's are more a creative escape for what skill I have in it and not something I take serious. Nor will I pour a lot of time into crafting longer posts filled with details that I personally don't find important. It's not that I can't, I know I can. But really I think I just don't have the passion required to keep up at that level. So it was probably wrong of me to stick around after I realized my heart wasn't in it on the same level. Forgive me.

@Caits I want to say I am sorry. I know I caused my share of the drama. More than I am proud of. I have been having a bad year and I think I took a lot of that out on this role (mostly because it's the only one I have at the moment). As someone who hates excused (and I've used more than my share recently) I am not saying that is a valid reason for my actions. I am an adult and I haven't really been acting like one. Maybe it's a midlife crisis. Whatever. I am putting a stop to it now. I am going to put my big girl pants on and get my act together. I will keep an eye out for the restart. I will read all the rules and consider carefully before I apply. I do want to stay in this roleplay. I love the plot. I love the characters. And I think I can met the writing requirements. I think you and the others will push me and help me grow and I need that. I've been stuck. But if you or whoever you chose as your Co-GM don't agree I will understand(though saddened). I've done a lot of damage this year. But hopeful not so much you won't at least consider giving me a second chance to prove that I can do this.

Well. Can't say that I'm not sad to see this go.

I kind of feel like I was part of the problem. If I was, then I apologize, it's just that these last few days have been very hectic for me (what with moving to another state and all), and it's only just recently settled down.

I might not join the next one because I feel like if I do it'll just make more problems. But I might still join it, simply because I really liked using Frank. Either way, I hope that you and anyone who chooses to join the restart enjoys it and has fun.

Um.. sorry if I'm dredging up some stuff or just being incredibly out of loop but I got back from my missionary trip and just to clarify: we're redoing this?
