Relationship with godly ancestor: Camille has a decent relationship with her mother, though Hecate tends not to come to New Celestia as often as other deities.

Relationship with mortal parent: Camille's father Robert is a little bit distant; he found who Camille's mother really was at the same time she did, and never quite adjusted to it. He still lives in New Orleans where he does stage magic at one of the casinos, but makes certain to call Camille every Saturday.

Powers: Camille can sense magic, but it requires a calm mind. She can tell what direction a magic source is located, as well as roughly how far away, how powerful, and even get general information about what type of magic it is. She is also telekinetic, and can lift about 250 lbs.

Personality: Camille is a kind-hearted girl, always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needs it. She's a bit vain, though she doesn't like admitting it. She's a sophomore at the Academy, where she's known as a mediocre student in mortal subjects, and a little bit better at magical things.

Bio: For the first 14 years of her life, Camille was mostly normal. Sure, she often saw strange things out of the corner of her eyes, but it was never obvious. Whenever she asked about her mother, her father told her that she had left when Camille was a baby, not really ready for what having a child entailed. On her fifteenth birthday, Hecate appeared before them, telling the truth of Camille's parentage. They were both stunned, but started to come to terms with it. Camille departed for New Celestia soon after, with a tearful kiss from her father.

Relationship with godly ancestor: While quite distant, Hecate is clearly pleased that one of her descendants not only showed a portion of her power, but was reverent towards her in response to it. the staff she gave to Cristophe is clear proof of her approval.

Relationship with mortal family: Cristophe’s sisters might be a bit jealous, but he’s generally on good terms with the Kritikos family as a whole. They are a relatively close and supporting family.

Powers:
Triplicate self: Cristophe can, at will, make 2 illusory copies of himself that will act and look in every way as he does. If an opponent is sufficiently perceptive or knowledgeable about magic or illusions, they may be able to see through the illusions. If they take any damage, they will fizzle away into nonexistence. Use of this ability will drain Cristophe very quickly.
Crossroads and Pathways: will often be able to intrinsically know which path to take, know when a city or other fortifications are close, and be able to identify spirits and other supernatural beings, even if he is not familiar with them. He is not consciously aware of this at all, and will generally trust his premonitions whether or not they are actually true.
Entwined staff: made of one branch each of Oak, Yew and Cyprus, the staff holds within it a fraction of the power of life. Using the staff, Cristophe is capable of the following;
-raising the dead: those who are slain are not devoid of life, and Cristophe can raise and control 3 of them, assuming the targets are the strength and intelligence of an average human. This does involve a short incantation, and the placement of a yew berry in the mouth of the target. The staff also needs to rejuvenate itself after doing so, becoming nonfunctional for about 40 minutes.
-Posion: inflicts moderate yew poisoning on the target; they will immediately go into convulsions and begin throwing up, and may also have difficulty breathing and tremors, though it may affect supernatural beings differently than humans. Using this power will overload the staff for about 2 minutes
-Healing: target mends injuries, shakes off poisons, and better resists illusions (mind control, forced hallucinations) for as long as Cristophe focuses the staff’s energies on them. The staff can do this for up to 2 minutes, and must recharge 2 minutes for every 1 minute of use.
-note: while the staff is certainly supernaturally strong, it is still breakable.

Personality: Generally supportive, calming and stable, Cristophe is not readily surprised or excited. In the short term he is incredibly willing to change plans, adjust strategies, and even ignore moral convictions if it will eventually let him wind back towards his goal. This also means that he can be distracted or unobservant if his mind is on other things, since he is so rarely concerned with anything in the short term. Cristophe cares most about protecting his family and others close to him, and will do so at great cost. He will trust the decisions of those who he considers friend/family, even if they seem dangerous, and will often defend the decision, irrational as it may be, to others. He is also incredibly interested in plant lore for medicinal/poison use, and will often go out of his way to collect or otherwise observe plants with which he is not familiar.

Bio: Cristophe showed signs of his heritage at a relatively young age, able to do the whole splitting into three dealio. You ever tried catching a 3-year-old running around your house, then realizing you’ve caught a fake one? Yeah, his mother was not amused. Him almost never getting lost proved quite helpful, especially as he started wandering the forests more often. His friends may have found him pretty damned weird, but his parents supported the hobby, and so did his great-grandmother. She elected to wait until after his schooling to alert him of his destiny and gift him his staff. So, fresh out of college with a biology degree, Cristophe is now wandering into… a city full of gods?

Head topped with a thousand curls of scraggly blond hair, Cristophe has not combed it in weeks - not that that would accomplish anything. ears are mostly covered by it, and it's just beginning to move over his eyes, such that he has to flick it out of the way every once in a while. straight, white teeth. thin eyebrows, relatively small nose, long eyelashes. rather small nose, moderate sized ears, soft chin and cheekbones, with the beginnings of a chinstrap beard going (though it's still a tad scraggly). overall, not overly attractive, really, but not ugly either. Voice is middle-pitch and his voice box is rather small, neck is short. usually slumps. long, nimble fingers, chewed at nails (despite his mother's admonitions). comparatively short legs.

Relationship with godly ancestor: The connection between the two is distant at best, as Niorun prefers staying in her hall in the realm of Svartalfheim. Most contact between is rare and made through vague dreams.

Relationship with mortal family: Ben's mortal family resides on Earth, though he regularly calls his dad to check on things and occasionally visits if he has the chance.

Ben is...odd, to say the least.
A calm individual, Ben greets the world with a dull look unfazed by anything. While not entirely stoic, he's not exactly the most expressive either. His constantly bored look, with his deadpan tone and pension for sarcasm, make it difficult to tell whether or not he's serious most of the time. Ben holds a cynical view of the world, but oddly enough tends to voice his thoughts in an almost casual, joking fashion. He holds a strange sense of humor, and has a tendency to choose things that are more entertaining than conventional. Ben's open towards sharing the trivial aspects of his life, but is heavily guarded about his personal life, even towards friends. Despite his idiosyncratic nature, he's generous and enjoys helping people when he can.

Benjamin was the son of his father's dreams. Literally.
Ben's father, a kindly man named Marvin, was frequently visited by Niorun in his dreams. For reasons known only to the goddess, she took a liking to Marvin and as a result, a child was manifested. Suffice to say, there was much confusion and panic that morning.
Though Ben's birth was less than normal, his childhood was fairly plain save for his odd dreams. Though mild at first, over time they began to grow in intensity to the point where Ben actively refused to sleep for however long he could. His father grew concerned with this change and actively sought help. That was when Ben talked to his mother for the first time. In a dream, Niorun spoke of a place where Ben could grow and learn -- New Celestia. Though reluctant to leave his father for an unknown place, Ben eventually succumbed and soon traveled to his new home.

Relationship with godly ancestor: She has a close knit relationship with her dad, with Loki being like her best friend.

Relationship with mortal family: Ainsley doesn’t know her birth mother, Kathrin, that much outside of Holiday visits. Truth be told, Ainsley was the product of a short-term relationship, but after exhibiting various powers that matched her father it was determined that Loki would be full-time guardian.

Powers:

Shadow Sense: The ability to turn into a fate shadow and to feel if another is invisible, but not to know their exact location or who they are.

Shapeshifiting: The ability to turn into a Mare, Falcon, and Salmon.

Personality: Ainsley is like her dad, a trickster. She is mischievous, cunning, and sometimes a bit of a jerk. While she acts bit prideful, that isn’t all there is to her. In reality she doesn’t have the inherited self-confidence of her dad. She is a skilled actor and loves to take part in plays, but sometimes it is hard to control her emotions or portray a persona she needs at that moment. Ainsley is a social butterfly but has trouble keeping friends because of her linage and emotional barriers that keep many away from who she truly is. She is energetic, most likely an ADHD kid, and while smart is many areas she doesn't brag and still needs help with many things (especially math.)

Bio: It was clear from the get go who Ainsley took after, but when the day came when her mother walked in to see a baby horse in the crib instead of her daughter was when it was decided it would be best for Loki to take care of her instead. Ainsley was introduced into a family of four: a wolf, a world snake, literal Hel, and a horse, and it wasn’t long until the twins made their way in.

Her raising was unconventional but fun. Her dad, while busy or distant at times, found time to spend with her. Controlling wouldn’t be the word to use to describe her dad…goal oriented would be a better word. Loki made it clear without directly saying it that he wanted Ainsley to be pretty much the same as him, seeing that Sigyn didn’t want to the twins to get into trouble and the rest of his kids were either banished, ruling another realm, or someone’s personal ride.

Over the years Ainsley became skilled in her powers. When the word of New Celestia came to Asgard, and after a thirty minute debate, it was decided that Ainsley would be allowed to attend.
