I'm looking forward to giving this character more play. I had made her for my first and so far only DnD campaign however shortly after we started the group broke up so I didn't get to use her much however I absolutely love her character
One minor thing, 'Aressa' is written as 'Alessa' as a few times. Pretty minor point but just wanted to mention it before it goes up. Otherwise I like it, gonna be interesting.
@Aleranicus Whatever works best. Lady Inquisitor is currently heading over to say hello to all the colourful characters in prison and let them know there's a new sheriff in town, but there's no reason she can't greet a nobleman as well.

Understood. I will not be posting over the weekend (work T_T), so I'm going to refrain from writing anything until Monday, just to make sure nobody is left hanging on me.

No worries. That's god to know as I can do some jail bits over the weekend. :)
I have a few ideas. She could be just in a tavern or something in the fort, or she could be sneaking into the prison to kill someone, or she could be in prison preparing to break out, or sneaking into the fort. I can't really decide on which one I want to do
Since everyone seems to be in or going to the prison, I would suggest doing one of those ideas. Which one you pick though really depends on what you think would be the most likely reason for her to be there.
Nicknames/Aliases: Anything is okay with her, though she doesn't have any specific nicknames at the moment.
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Occupation/Class: Blacksmith/Fighter
Kingdom of Origin: Yulia, but currently lives in Pradus (See backstory)
Description: Helena is well-built, standing at 5'4" weighing about 135 pounds. She's one of those people who don't look too strong until they flex or exercise. She has deep brown eyes that go dark in the center and lighter around the edges. She has dark brown, wavy hair which is many times worn down unless working or training.
Equipment: Generic smithing equipment, a one-handed sword she crafted, an iron shield, and leather armor, though she doesn't tend to carry these around. Probably has a small knife with her on all times, but doesn't want to use it unless needed.
Personality: Helena is a pretty friendly person. She's not afraid to start a conversation with a stranger. She really enjoys talking to people and making new friends. Overall, she's the kind of person who would give you the last of her money if you're hungry, even if she's hungry too. She has a lot of confidence in herself, but doesn't like to show off, unless being silly. She's also very stubborn and doesn't usually compromise easily. If you know which buttons to push she can get angry very easily, but usually won't get violent unless physically provoked.
Skills: She's an apprentice in smithing and can craft most common blades and is now focusing on learning more advanced blades. She is a skilled fist and sword fighter.
Weaknesses: She has a "bleeding heart." If an enemy begs for mercy, most likely she will show mercy, and even help them out with wounds depending on the situation.
Fatal Flaw: She has 0 knowledge of magic wielding and would have extreme trouble trying to defend against it. (Though not too sure how the magic works in this thread. XD)
[Brief History: It needs smoothing out- a lot-, but Helena's father, Warren, was a citizen of Pradus, and her mother, Katherine of Yulia. Warren was a simple mine worker while Katherine a powerful mage. Immediately, once the two first met, they vowed themselves to each other. The two met as often as they could, wanting to keep the meetings a secret because of the tensions. Soon, Katherine became pregnant. Although she couldn't quit her training in magic, she reduced it, as the physical consequences could cause her the loss of her unborn child. During this pregnancy, and due to the tensions between Yulia and Pradus, the couple agreed it would be safer to wait a while before seeing each other again. The problem was the custody of the unborn child. Both parents wanted to keep the child, but they couldn't settle a solution happily. Finally, Katherine gave birth, not to one, but to two daughters. Immediately she informed Warren. The two finally found a solution to their problem. One child would be given to each parent. So, Katherine chose Helena to go with Warren and live in Pradus. Her fraternal twin, Diane, remained in Yulia. Since this, Warren and Katherine lost touch. Despite this, both parents have informed the children about each other, though they have never met.
Because of the hard work in the mines, Warren died. Helena now owns the small house he once did (not sure if this is okay with the lore) and is an apprentice under one of the many blacksmiths. Through the years she has been trained in the art of the sword and hand-to-hand combat in case of a full-scaled revolution. When she can, she practices both techniques, making her well-rounded fighter.
Due to the death of her father and the overall harsh conditions put upon the citizens of Pradus, Helena is considering joining the rebel groups.
Other: She knows Diane's name, but if she were walking down the street and crossed her, she would have no way to recognize her as her twin as they aren't identical.
Full Name: Diane Dawson
Nicknames/Aliases: Her mother occasionally calls her Di, but she prefers Diana for anyone else.
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Occupation/Class: Mage
Kingdom of Origin: Yulia
Description: Diane is very thin, standing at 5'5" weighing about 115 pounds. She has very dark brown eyes with even darker flecks near the pupils. She has dark brown, wavy hair which she prefers to wear down than tying up. She wears flowing clothes because she feels she can use magic better that way. Equipment: Honestly, I'm not sure what kind of equipment a mage should have. She does have many books of spells and techniques.
Personality: Diane is a pretty quiet person and prefers to listen to someone talk over talking. At first she'll seem shy, but it's because she likes learning who someone is before opening up. She loves listening to others to learn who they are and will keep her talking not too personal. Once she does open up to someone, they will learn she can be hard to keep quiet.
Skills: I'm not exactly sure how the magic works, but she's still an apprentice. Though she is powerful, she is still learning a lot.
Weaknesses: She majorly lacks in physical strength. Although a strong apprentice, she isn't a master and that could be a problem.
Fatal Flaw: Diane has very little hand-to-hand combat training, so if someone runs up and punches her before she can cast a spell, she's done for.
Brief History: It needs smoothing out- a lot-, but Diane's father, Warren, was a citizen of Pradus, and her mother, Katherine of Yulia. Warren was a simple mine worker while Katherine a powerful mage. Immediately, once the two first met, they vowed themselves to each other. So, Katherine taught Diane many elements of magic from a very young age. This led to Diane being very proficient in magic. Currently, she has switched teachers as both her and her mother thought it would be more beneficial. Diane has not seen her mother in a little over a year, but does exchange letters with her.
Other: She knows Helena's name, but if she were walking down the street and crossed her, she would have no way to recognize her as her twin as they aren't identical.
@VitoftheVoid I don't think I missed anything, but please let me know if I did. :3
@AtomicNut Hi there! Still open for submissions, though keep in mind that humans are the only sentient humanoid species present in this particular universe. People might believe in fae and the like, but they're not going to appear as characters.
