I'd say three's the most reasonable limit on Noble Phantasms.
well we still will need to even everything out and some characters may end up with a character we may not be allowing. So we still need to go through the whole process of getting the CS's together.

It just depends on the power level of both characters that we would need to look at to make sure things don't go overboard. Typemoon is a very power based system. Me, and Turbo are rather big on making sure characters are relatively strong but not broken. I also have a tendency to make things make sense in canon so any fanon stuff is scrutinized.
@Cojemo I don't know about @Turboshitter But I have issues with double class servants. Their very nature puts them at odds with other servants in power scaling. I do have the power to veto Turbo just as much as he can veto me. This is just as much my story as his. My advice: Just play Lancer.

Should a true manifestation be undertaken to summon the true form of the Library of Alexandria, a Reality Marble shall drag those around him into it and take the appearance of the same on in his mind.
The Noble Phantasm is a library of a seemingly infinite size that was created to house "all of the World's Knowledge" that with each book that he reads. With human knowledge also extending to magecraft, Caster also possesses the same detailed knowledge and is well versed on every form of magecraft that is within the library. A++ Anti-Reality Marble The Noble Phantasm replicating the event of the destruction of the Library of Alexander, a notable disaster which symbolizes the tragedy of losing great works of history and knowledge. If activated, it will render death to Caster and whoever is within the library with him as the reality marble will literally melt with fire. As if the world was made with wax, the surrounding area will begin to melt as Caster is lite aflame as with the death of knowledge is the death of him. It is surely a last-ditch move to when Caster activates this Noble Phantasm as it is certain that he will die, collapsing the reality marble upon itself in self-destruction. Due to the nature of this Noble Phantasm, it will be difficult to convince Caster to activate it without a Command Seal but its usually a smart thing for him to never reveal it in the first place.

Actually, I am currently aiding @Shadow Daedalus in creating a Caster bearing 1/2 of his name, so you two should probably discuss which of you wants to do what before moving forward. If you both want to do Caster, you can both submit your ideas to me in the OOC and I'll pick whichever is best, but it'd be preferable if you could work things out yourselves. That way no one is left feeling disappointed ^^

@Shadow Daedalus can have Caster, I'll have a head start brewing a decent master with some possible character development on their bones rather than a copy+paste person. The person I have in mind is quite interesting now that its starting to form... Hopefully, my fickleness doesn't kill me or leave me in an awkward position lol.
